背景技术
减速机在原动机和工作机或执行机构之间起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,减速机是一种相对精密的机械,使用它的目的是降低转速,按照传动级数不同可分为单级和多级减速机厂轮形状可分为圆柱齿轮减速机、圆锥齿轮减速机和圆锥-圆柱齿引轮减速机;按照传动的布置形式又可分为展开式、分流式和同进轴式减速机。减速器是一种由封闭在刚性壳体内的齿轮传动、蜗杆传动、齿轮-蜗杆传动所组成的独立部件,常用作原动件与工作机之间的减速传动装置,在原动机和工作机或执行机构之间起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,在现代机械中应用极为广泛。
摆线针轮减速机是目前比较先进的减速机,摆线针轮减速机是一种应用行星式传动原理,采用摆线针齿啮合的新颖传动装置。摆线针轮减速机全部传动装置可分为三部分:输入部分、减速部分、输出部分。在输入轴上装有一个错位180°的双偏心套,在偏心套上装有两个称为转臂的滚柱轴承,形成H机构、两个摆线轮的中心孔即为偏心套上转臂轴承的滚道,并由摆线轮与针齿轮上一组环形排列的针齿相啮合,以组成齿差为一齿的内啮合减速机构,为了减小摩擦,在减速机中,通常针齿上带有针齿壳,但是目前减速在针齿壳的应用制作上,设计并不合理,安装不便,同时牢固性也很差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,设计合理,牢固性强的新型的减速机针齿壳。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种新型的减速机针齿壳,包括上压板、下压板和轴套组成,其特征在于:所述的轴套安装上压板和下压板之间,所述的轴套外圈设置有四组定位孔,所述的定位孔均设置斜向设置,上压板、轴套与下压板上设置一贯穿且斜向下螺孔,所述的轴套内部设置有一齿轮板。
所述的上压板、下压板和轴套为非焊接的铸造结构,结构更加牢固稳定。
所述的定位孔的倾斜角度设置为15°-30°,安装方便,同时定位稳定。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计新颖,安装方便,牢固坚韧,调控简单,实用性好,市场价值高,便于推广和应用。

如图1所示,一种新型的减速机针齿壳,包括上压板1、下压板2和轴套3组成,轴套3安装上压板1和下压板2之间,轴套3外圈设置有四组定位孔4,定位孔4均设置斜向设置,上压板1、轴套3与下压板2上设置一贯穿且斜向下螺孔5,轴套3内部设置有一齿轮板6,上压板1、下压板2和轴套3为非焊接的铸造结构,结构更加牢固稳定,定位孔4的倾斜角度设置为15°-30°,安装方便,同时定位稳定。
