Abstract

本发明公开了一种防夹拉链头，包括下底板和倒扣在下底板上的上船板，所述上船板由上盖板和设于上盖板左右两侧的侧板围成，上盖板的上工作面上通过象鼻设有拉手；所述下底板的头部通过支撑梁与上盖板的头部相连；下底板的尾部与上船板的尾部构成供链牙通过的通道；所述上船板的侧板上还设有向外延伸的上翅片，下底板的左右两侧设有向外延伸的下翅片。本发明设置了上翅片和下翅片，在拉合拉链过程中通过上翅片和下翅片将布料推开，避免布料夹入供链牙通过的通道内。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种服装配件，特别涉及一种防夹拉链头。
背景技术
拉链作用服装的常用部件而使用广泛，其中拉链头是拉链的核心部件，其结构优劣直接影响到整个拉链的使用效果。但是现有技术的拉链头在拉合拉链的过程中容易将拉链两侧的布料加入拉链头内，导致拉链卡死。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足，提供一种防夹拉链头，解决现有技术中拉链头在拉合拉链的过程中容易将拉链两侧的布料加入拉链头内，导致拉链卡死的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：防夹拉链头，包括下底板和倒扣在下底板上的上船板，所述上船板由上盖板和设于上盖板左右两侧的侧板围成，上盖板的上工作面上通过象鼻设有拉手；所述下底板的头部通过支撑梁与上盖板的头部相连；下底板的尾部与上船板的尾部构成供链牙通过的通道；所述上船板的侧板上还设有向外延伸的上翅片，下底板的左右两侧设有向外延伸的下翅片。
所述上翅片的外侧边连接有向上翘起的弧形侧翼，上翅片的前侧边和后侧边设别设有向下导向的弧形倒角一。
所述上翅片的宽度为2~8毫米。
所述下翅片的外侧边设有向下隆起的凸起，下翅片的前侧边和后侧边分别设有向下导向的弧形倒角二。
所述下翅片的宽度为2~5毫米。
所述拉链头为带自锁功能的拉链头。
与现有技术相比，本发明所达到的有益效果是：设置了上翅片和下翅片，在拉合拉链过程中通过上翅片和下翅片将布料推开，避免布料夹入供链牙通过的通道内。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1、图2所示，防夹拉链头，包括下底板1和倒扣在下底板1上的上船板，上船板由上盖板2a和设于上盖板2a左右两侧的侧板2b围成，上盖板2a的上工作面上通过象鼻设有拉手11；下底板1的头部通过支撑梁3与上盖板2a的头部相连；下底板1的尾部与上船板的尾部构成供链牙通过的通道4，通道4沿拉链头拉开方向呈逐渐收缩状。上船板的侧板2b上还设有向外延伸的上翅片5，上翅片5的外侧边连接有向上翘起的弧形侧翼6，上翅片5的前侧边和后侧边设别设有向下导向的弧形倒角一7，下底板1的左右两侧设有向外延伸的下翅片8，下翅片8的外侧边设有向下隆起的凸起9，下翅片8的前侧边和后侧边分别设有向下导向的弧形倒角二10。弧形侧翼6和凸起9能将拉链头两侧的布料推开，避免布料夹入供链牙通过的通道4内，弧形倒角一7、弧形倒角二10的设置则用于防止上翅片5、下翅片8刮伤衣物表面。通常情况下，为了避免影响美观，衣物都会在外侧缝制拉链挡片，而拉链挡片是夹入拉链头内的主要布料，所以上翅片5的宽度最好设置在2~8毫米，优选5毫米，以充分将拉链挡片推开，下翅片8的宽度为2~5毫米，优选4毫米。拉链头为带自锁功能的拉链头。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和变形，这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.防夹拉链头，其特征在于，包括下底板和倒扣在下底板上的上船板，所述上船板由上盖板和设于上盖板左右两侧的侧板围成，上盖板的上工作面上通过象鼻设有拉手；所述下底板的头部通过支撑梁与上盖板的头部相连；下底板的尾部与上船板的尾部构成供链牙通过的通道；所述上船板的侧板上还设有向外延伸的上翅片，下底板的左右两侧设有向外延伸的下翅片。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的防夹拉链头，其特征在于，所述上翅片的外侧边连接有向上翘起的弧形侧翼，上翅片的前侧边和后侧边设别设有向下导向的弧形倒角一。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防夹拉链头，其特征在于，所述上翅片的宽度为2~8毫米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防夹拉链头，其特征在于，所述下翅片的外侧边设有向下隆起的凸起，下翅片的前侧边和后侧边分别设有向下导向的弧形倒角二。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防夹拉链头，其特征在于，所述下翅片的宽度为2~5毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防夹拉链头，其特征在于，所述拉链头为带自锁功能的拉链头。
