Abstract

The invention provides a method for controlling an electronic equipment interface through breathing characteristics. When a user operates electronic equipment, and the breathing characteristics of the user operating the electronic equipment are detected; when a first interface in a first interface set of a first application program is displayed on the screen of the electronic equipment, display of a second interface in the first interface set is used for replacing display of the first interface when the detected breathing characteristics are matched with a first preset breathing characteristic, and display of a third interface in the first interface set is used for replacing display of the first interface when the detected breathing characteristics are matched with a second preset breathing characteristic. According to the method, healthy breathing is combined with operations on the electronic equipment so that when people operate the electronic equipment, breathing training can be completed, and foul air in a human body is expired in a deep breathing mode. Besides, by changing different breathing rhythms and volume of expired gas, the interfaces of the electronic equipment can be switched, normal use of the electronic equipment is not influenced, and the bodybuilding effect is achieved at the same time.
