技术领域
本发明涉及化学涂料,尤其涉及一种紫外光屏蔽涂料。
背景技术
目前的紫外光屏蔽涂料各种各样,但是还是不同程度的存在着一些问题,现有的紫外光屏蔽涂料经光固化后收缩率大、产生收缩应力,导致涂膜性脆、附着力和耐冲击力差、以及涂膜的柔韧性差和硬度低、不耐腐蚀、易黄变老化等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种紫外光屏蔽涂料,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种紫外光屏蔽涂料,包括2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮80-120份,聚乙二醇450-550份,乙醇800-900份,二甲苯90-100份。
生产时,先将聚乙二醇分散在乙醇和二甲苯的混合溶剂中,加入紫外光吸收剂2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮,混合均匀得到紫外光屏蔽涂料。
本发明能透过可见光,但能通过紫外光吸收剂对紫外光产生屏蔽作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮80份,聚乙二醇450份,乙醇800份,二甲苯90份。
实施例2:包括2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮100份,聚乙二醇500份,乙醇850份,二甲苯95份。
实施例3:包括2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮120份,聚乙二醇550份,乙醇900份,二甲苯100份。
生产时,先将聚乙二醇分散在乙醇和二甲苯的混合溶剂中,加入紫外光吸收剂2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮,混合均匀得到紫外光屏蔽涂料。
综上所述,本发明能透过可见光,但能通过紫外光吸收剂对紫外光产生屏蔽作用。

1.一种紫外光屏蔽涂料,其特征在于:包括2-羟基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮80-120份,聚乙二醇450-550份,乙醇800-900份,二甲苯90-100份。
