一种混凝土无碱液体速凝增强剂,制备所用材料成分的质量百分比是:硫酸铝15%~32.5%、醇胺1.5%~5%、硅酸镁0.25%~1%、无定型氢氧化铝7.5%~10%、甲酸0.5%~5%、草酸0.5%~1.5%、拟薄水铝石1.5%~2.5%、聚乙二醇5%~10%、酰胺0.05%~0.15%,水50%;有益效果是:本发明为液体,溶解性好,稳定性强,保存时间长;早期强度增长迅速,1天强度均在8MP以上,28天强度无损失,甚至对某些水泥强度提高10%~30%;完全无氯,无碱,无毒,对钢筋无腐蚀;掺量小,使混凝土凝结快。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土添加剂,具体涉及一种无碱且能使混凝土速凝和提高强度的添加剂。
技术背景
我国从2005年8月1日开始执行JC477-2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》标准,其中增列了液体速凝剂的技术要求、实验方法。从而体现了速凝剂的发展趋势,即由固体粉末状速凝剂向液体速凝剂转变,目前,市场上的液体速凝剂都有自身的一定缺陷:放置易沉淀,导致质量下降;碱含量过高,腐蚀钢筋,对人损害过大,对混凝土强度也有着不良的影响;掺量过大,导致混凝土的各项指标都不合格;成本过高,根本不适宜大批量生产。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有产品的不足,提供一种无碱速凝有利于提高混凝土强度的混凝土无碱液体速凝增强剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种混凝土无碱液体速凝增强剂,由硫酸铝、醇胺、硅酸镁、无定型氢氧化铝、甲酸、草酸、拟薄水铝石、聚乙二醇、酰胺和水组成,其特征在于:制备所用材料成分的质量百分比是:硫酸铝15%~32.5%、醇胺1.5%~5%、硅酸镁0.25%~1%、无定型氢氧化铝7.5%~10%、甲酸0.5%~5%、草酸0.5%~1.5%、拟薄水铝石1.5%~2.5%、聚乙二醇5%~10%、酰胺0.05%~0.15%,水50%。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明为液体,溶解性好,稳定性强,保存时间长。
2.早期强度增长迅速,1天强度均在8MP以上,28天强度无损失,甚至对某些水泥强度提高10%~30%。
3.完全无氯,无碱,无毒,对钢筋无腐蚀。
4.掺量小,使混凝土凝结快。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
按照下述重量百分比制备的混凝土无碱液体速凝增强剂:硫酸铝22.5%、醇胺4%、硅酸镁0.95%、无定型氢氧化铝9%、甲酸4%、草酸0.5%、拟薄水铝石1.5%、聚乙二醇7.5%、酰胺0.05%,水50%。本方法在掺量小的情况下能快速凝结。
实施例2
硫酸铝25%,醇胺4%,硅酸镁0.95%,无定型氢氧化铝7.5%,甲酸1%,草酸0.5%,拟薄水铝石2.5%,聚乙二醇8.5%,酰胺0.05%,水50%。本方法有利于混凝土后期强度有所加强。
实施例3
硫酸铝30%,醇胺1.5%,硅酸镁0.45%,无定型氢氧化铝8%,甲酸3%,草酸0.5%,拟薄水铝石1.5%,聚乙二醇5%,酰胺0.05%,水50%。本方法有利于混凝土前期强度提升。

1.一种混凝土无碱液体速凝增强剂,由硫酸铝、醇胺、硅酸镁、无定型氢氧化铝、甲酸、草酸、拟薄水铝石、聚乙二醇、酰胺和水组成,其特征在于:制备所用材料成分的质量百分比是:硫酸铝15%~32.5%、醇胺1.5%~5%、硅酸镁0.25%~1%、无定型氢氧化铝7.5%~10%、甲酸0.5%~5%、草酸0.5%~1.5%、拟薄水铝石1.5%~2.5%、聚乙二醇5%~10%、酰胺0.05%~0.15%,水50%。
