技术领域
本发明属于电化学和新能源产品的技术领域,涉及一种硫化聚合物的制备及以此硫化聚合物为正极活性物质的二次铝电池,尤其是涉及一种以硫化聚烷基硅氧烷为正极活性物质的二次铝电池及该硫化聚烷基硅氧烷的制备。
背景技术
现代科技的发展对能源的需求越来越高,而能源的紧缺又进一步加剧了能源危机,因此资源丰富、价格低廉且环境友好型的可充蓄电池就成为亟待开发的产品。
新型的铝二次电池是一种安全、高性能、低成本的绿色电池,其以铝或铝合金为负极材料、硫及硫基化合物为正极活性材料。铝、硫材料安全、环保、价格低廉且资源丰富,电池安全性非常好。金属铝理论能量密度高达2980mAh/g,仅次于金属锂(3862mAh/g),然而其体积比容量为8050mAh/cm3,约为锂(2040mAh/g)的4倍。
作为铝二次电池的正极材料,主链共轭并具有氧化还原活性的聚合物如聚苯胺、聚噻吩、聚吡咯、聚苯等导电聚合物已经引起关注,但是这类材料有其致命的缺点:比容量低、开路电位小。
发明内容
(一)发明目的
为了解决现有技术的缺陷,本发明采用硫化聚烷基硅氧烷为正极活性材料,制备了一种新型的聚合物铝二次电池。硫化聚烷基硅氧烷聚合物分子中含有大量的S-S键和碳碳共轭双键,具有高比容量,并可减少了充放电过程中硫的流失。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种新型的硫化聚合物的制备方法,可以高效经济地得到硫化聚烷基硅氧烷,为二次铝电池提供高比容量的正极活性材料。
本发明的目的还在于,提供该硫化聚合物用于二次电池的应用。
本发明的目的还在于,提供一种新型的二次铝电池,这种电池的正极活性材料为硫化聚烷基硅氧烷。
本发明制备方法简单,生产成本低,工艺简单,路径绿色环保,具有较高的充放电容量和较好的循环性能及市场前景。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种二次铝电池,包括正极、负极和电解质,其特征在于:
(a) 含硫聚合物的正极,其中,所述含硫聚合物为硫化聚烷基硅氧烷;
(b) 含铝负极;
(c) 非水电解液。

方案所述正极活性物质硫化聚烷基硅氧烷聚合物的制备方法中,催化剂为:氯化锌、氯化硒、氯化碲、有机过氧化物(如过氧化苯甲酰)、氨基甲酸乙酯中的任一种。有机溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二硫化碳、四氯化碳和苯中的任一种。
方案所述的导电剂包括但不限于石墨基材料、碳基材料和导电聚合物。石墨基材料包括导电石墨KS6,碳基材料包括Super P、Ketjen黑、乙炔黑或炭黑。导电聚合物包括聚苯胺、聚吡咯、聚噻吩、聚乙炔,或它们的混合物。
方案所述的粘合剂为聚乙烯醇 (PVA)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物(SBR)、氟化橡胶和聚氨酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸乙酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚己内酰胺、聚丁二烯、聚异戊二烯、聚丙烯酸,及其衍生物、混合物或共聚物。
集流体包括但不限于不锈钢、铜、镍、钛、铝。更优选的是碳涂布的铝集流体,更容易覆盖包括正极活性物质的涂层,具有较低的接触电阻,并且可抑制硫化物的腐蚀。
方案所述的二次铝电池还可包括位于正极和负极之间的隔膜。合适的固体多孔隔膜材料包括但不限于:聚烯烃如聚乙烯和聚丙烯、玻璃纤维滤纸和陶瓷材料。
负极
方案所述的含铝负极活性材料,包括但不限于:铝金属,例如铝箔和沉积在基材上的铝; 铝合金,包括含有选自Li、Na、K、Ca、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mn、Sn、Pb、Ma、Ga、In、Cr、Ge中的至少一种元素与Al的合金。
电解液
方案所述的非水电解液,其特征在于,所述非水电解液包含卤铝酸型离子液体。
方案所述的卤铝酸型离子液体,其特征在于,所述卤铝酸型离子液体为离子液体-卤化铝体系。
方案所述的离子液体-卤化铝体系,其特征在于,所述的离子液体-卤化铝的摩尔比为1:1.1~3.0。
方案所述的离子液体-卤化铝体系,其特征在于,所述离子液体的阳离子包括咪唑鎓离子,吡啶鎓离子,吡咯鎓离子,哌啶鎓离子,吗啉鎓离子,季铵盐离子,季鏻盐离子和叔鋶盐离子;阴离子包括Cl-,Br-,I-,PF6-,BF4-,CN-,SCN-,[N(CF3SO2)2]-,[N(CN)2]- 等离子。包括但不限于氯化铝-三乙胺盐酸盐、氯化铝-氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑、氯化铝-苯基三甲基氯化铵、溴化铝-溴化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑等离子液体。
方案所述的离子液体-卤化铝体系,其特征在于,所述卤化铝为氯化铝、溴化铝或碘化铝中的一种。
方案所述的二次铝硫电池的制备方法如下:
将正极活性材料,导电剂、粘结剂(比例为7:2:1),制成活性材料浆涂于0.6mm厚的泡沫镍基体上,烘干碾压至0.33毫米裁成40mm宽×15mm长的极片,和0.16mm厚的隔膜以及用铝片作为负极活性材料制成的负极卷绕成电芯装入镀镍钢壳,再注入电解液,封口制成二次铝电池。
(三)有益效果
本发明正极活性材料是采用导电性非常高的硫化聚烷基硅氧烷。其结构是硫硫键链接枝于聚合物的骨架上,这样不仅仅可以提高材料的导电性能,而且同时固定S-S键。这种正极材料不但制备简单,而且含有大量的S-S键和碳碳共轭双键,使得这种新型二次聚合物铝电池具有高的容量、循环性能优异。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。下面的实施例描述了本发明的几种实施方式,它们仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。
实施例1
硫化聚二乙基硅氧烷的制备:首先制备聚二乙基硅氧烷:选用氢氧化钾乙基碱胶为催化剂,以六乙基环三硅氧烷为原料在温度为120~180℃下进行回流反应2~14h,反应结束后自然冷却,然后倒入200mL甲醇中,沉降,即得产物聚二乙基硅氧烷。将产物洗涤、过滤、真空干燥。
硫化聚二乙基硅氧烷的制备:
以硫:聚二乙基硅氧烷摩尔比为1.5:1加入N,N-二甲基酰胺中,在室温下搅拌5小时,然后缓慢升温至100~400℃。再向上述溶液中5g催化剂氯化锌,继续搅拌反应10h,所得的黑色产物即为硫化聚二乙基硅氧烷。
实施例2
以硫:聚二乙基硅氧烷摩尔比为2:1制备的硫化聚二乙基硅氧烷正极活性材料,与导电剂、粘结剂按比例为7:2:1制成活性材料浆涂于0.6mm厚的泡沫镍基体上,烘干碾压至0.33毫米裁成40mm宽×15mm长的极片,和0.16mm厚的隔膜以及用铝片作为负极活性材料制成的负极卷绕成电芯装入镀镍钢壳,再注入氯化铝-三乙胺盐酸盐液体电解液,封口制成二次铝电池。
电池充放电循环测试时,以1C进行充电至2.5 V,0.1C放电,放电截止电压为1.2 V。电池开路电压为1.84 V,最高放电容量为586 mAh,50次充放电循环后放电容量为369 mAh。
实施例3
以硫:聚二乙基硅氧烷摩尔比为3:1制备的硫化聚二乙基硅氧烷材料为正极,正极的制备方法同实施案例1;负极和电池的装配及测试方法也同实施例1。电池开路电压为1.85 V,最高放电容量为592 mAh,50次充放电循环后放电容量为382 mAh。
实施例4
以硫:聚二乙基硅氧烷摩尔比为4:1制备的硫化聚二乙基硅氧烷材料为正极,正极的制备方法同实施案例1;负极和电池的装配及测试方法也同实施例1。电池开路电压为1.86 V,最高放电容量为603 mAh,50次充放电循环后放电容量为415mAh。
尽管已经参照实施方案对本发明进行了详细的描述,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离所附权利要求书及其等价物所述的本发明的构思和范围的情况下,可以对其作出各种修改和替换。
Claims (5)
1.一种二次铝电池,包括正极、负极和电解质,其特征在于,包括:
(a)含硫聚合物的正极,其中,所述含硫聚合物为硫化聚烷基硅氧烷;
(b)含铝负极;
(c)非水电解液。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的二次铝电池,其特征在于,所述硫化聚烷基硅氧烷包含硫硫单键和碳碳双键的侧链结构和硅氧基团主链结构,其硫化聚合物分子结构简式如下式所示:

3.一种硫化聚烷基硅氧烷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将过量的升华硫加入到有机溶剂中,在室温下搅拌5小时,然后缓慢升温至100~400℃,再向溶液中加入聚烷基硅氧烷和催化剂,继续搅拌反应2~14小时,所得黑色产物即为所述硫化聚烷基硅氧烷。
4.如权利要求3所述的硫化聚烷基硅氧烷的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述催化剂为氯化锌、氯化硒、氯化碲、有机过氧化物、氨基甲酸乙酯中的任一种。
5.如权利要求3所述的硫化聚烷基硅氧烷的制备方法,其特征是:
有机溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二硫化碳、四氯化碳和苯中的任一种。
