Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调式超高压单向阀,该单向阀的腔体内设有入液通道、出液通道、钢球、活塞、弹簧和旋塞,所述钢球设在所述入液通道出口处,所述活塞密封滑动地设在所述腔体内,一端与所述钢球连接,另一端经所述弹簧与所述旋塞连接;所述旋塞与所述腔体内壁为螺纹连接。本发明利用弹簧结合活塞来对入液通道进行堵塞,在超过引起弹簧形变的压力,单向阀才能打开;另外可通过旋塞来改变弹簧的弹力大小,使得单向阀导通的入液通道的液体压力也变成可变的。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械阀技术领域,尤其是一种可调式超高压单向阀。
背景技术
现有的超高压单向阀,虽然功能强大,但相应结构复杂,操作繁琐,更重要的是容易出现故障,维修不便,导致成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种可调式超高压单向阀,结构巧妙,使用方便。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种可调式超高压单向阀,该单向阀的腔体内设有入液通道、出液通道、钢球、活塞、弹簧和旋塞,所述钢球设在所述入液通道出口处,所述活塞密封滑动地设在所述腔体内,一端与所述钢球连接,另一端经所述弹簧与所述旋塞连接;所述旋塞与所述腔体内壁为螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述入液通道与所述出液通道为90度设置。
进一步地,所述钢球直径大于所述入液通道的直径。
进一步地,所述活塞外壁设有多道密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:利用弹簧结合活塞来对入液通道进行堵塞,在超过引起弹簧形变的压力,单向阀才能打开;另外可通过旋塞来改变弹簧的弹力大小,使得单向阀导通的入液通道的液体压力也变成可变的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示的一种可调式超高压单向阀,该阀体7的腔体内设有入液通道1、出液通道2、钢球3、活塞4、弹簧5和旋塞6,所述钢球3设在所述入液通道1出口处,所述活塞4密封滑动地设在所述腔体内,一端与所述钢球3连接,另一端经所述弹簧5与所述旋塞6连接;所述旋塞6与所述腔体内壁为螺纹连接。其中钢球3的直径大于入液通道1的,可对进入的液体进行堵塞。
入液通道1与所述出液通道2为90度设置,方便活塞4驱动钢球3对入液通道1正对堵塞;对旋塞6进行调节,可调控弹簧5的弹力,从而可控制进入阀体7内的液体压力,只有当压力大于弹簧5的弹力,才能推动钢球3,从出液通道2流出;而反方向流通则无法进行。
为确保活塞4在腔体内的密封性,活塞4外壁设有多道密封圈。

1.一种可调式超高压单向阀,其特征在于:该单向阀的腔体内设有入液通道、出液通道、钢球、活塞、弹簧和旋塞,所述钢球设在所述入液通道出口处,所述活塞密封滑动地设在所述腔体内,一端与所述钢球连接,另一端经所述弹簧与所述旋塞连接;所述旋塞与所述腔体内壁为螺纹连接。
2.如权利要求1所述可调式超高压单向阀,其特征在于:所述入液通道与所述出液通道为90度设置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述可调式超高压单向阀,其特征在于:所述钢球直径大于所述入液通道的直径。
4.如权利要求1所述可调式超高压单向阀,其特征在于:所述活塞外壁设有多道密封圈。
