本发明公开了一种液压驱动装置驻车装置，包括液压泵、A口单向顺序阀、B口单向顺序阀、A口逻辑阀、B口液控单向阀、液压马达溢流阀、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀、液压马达、A口液控单向阀、B口逻辑阀、油箱。本发明具有如下的技术效果，1、通过溢流阀来操控液压马达的油路通畅情况进而控制液压马达的运行状况，实现液压马达的驻车功能，从而有效的解决了因不好控制制动器打开时间，导致后溜的现象，解决了而发生架空乘人装置在负载启动时发生乘人器后溜的问题；2、当出现意外情况量，关闭液压马达，可实现刹车；3、本发明结果简单、容易操作，安全性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压驱动装置。
背景技术
由于液压驱动具有性能稳定的特点而被广泛应用，很多驱动装置采用液压驱动方式，液压驱动装置一般是采用在减速机轴上和驱动轮轮边上安装制动器的方式来实现液压驱动装置的运行与停止，但采用这种制动方式时，不好控制制动器的打开时间，常常导致后溜的现象，如，液压驱动架空乘人装置在负载启动时发生乘人器后溜的现象，而引起人员伤亡事故的发生，存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种液压驱动装置驻车装置。
本发明的技术方案是，一种液压驱动装置驻车装置，包括液压泵、A口单向顺序阀、B口单向顺序阀、A口逻辑阀、B口液控单向阀、液压马达溢流阀、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀、液压马达、A口液控单向阀、B口逻辑阀、油箱，液压泵的A1口与A口逻辑阀的进油口、A口单向顺序阀的进油口相连，A口单向顺序阀的出油口与A口液控单向阀的控制油口相连，A口液控单向阀的A口与油箱相连，A口液控单向阀的B口同时与B口逻辑阀的控制油口、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀的T口相连，B口液控单向阀的B口同时与A口逻辑阀的控制油口、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀的P口相连，A口逻辑阀的出油口同时与液压马达的A2口、液压马达溢流阀的T口相连，B口逻辑阀的出油口同时与液压马达的B2口、液压马达溢流阀的P口相连，液压泵的B1口与B口逻辑阀的进油口、B口单向顺序阀的进油口相连，B口单向顺序阀的出油口与B口液控单向阀的控制油口相连，B口液控单向阀的A口与油箱相连，A口单向顺序阀和B口单向顺序阀的泄油口同时与油箱相连。
本发明具有如下的技术效果，1、通过溢流阀来操控液压马达的油路通畅情况进而控制液压马达的运行状况，实现液压马达的驻车功能，从而有效的解决了因不好控制制动器打开时间，导致后溜的现象，解决了而发生架空乘人装置在负载启动时发生乘人器后溜的问题；2、当出现意外情况量，关闭液压马达，可实现刹车；3、本发明结果简单、容易操作，安全性能好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种液压驱动装置驻车装置，包括液压泵1、A口单向顺序阀2、B口单向顺序阀3、A口逻辑阀4、B口液控单向阀5、液压马达溢流阀6、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀7、液压马达8、A口液控单向阀9、B口逻辑阀10、油箱11，其特征在于：液压泵1的A1口与A口逻辑阀4的进油口、A口单向顺序阀2的进油口相连，A口单向顺序阀2的出油口与A口液控单向阀9的控制油口相连，A口液控单向阀9的A口与油箱11相连，A口液控单向阀9的B口同时与B口逻辑阀10的控制油口、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀7的T口相连，B口液控单向阀5的B口同时与A口逻辑阀4的控制油口、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀7的P口相连，A口逻辑阀4的出油口同时与液压马达的A2口、液压马达溢流阀6的T口相连，B口逻辑阀10的出油口同时与液压马达8的B2口、液压马达溢流阀6的P口相连，液压泵1的B1口与B口逻辑阀10的进油口、B口单向顺序阀3的进油口相连，B口单向顺序阀3的出油口与B口液控单向阀5的控制油口相连，B口液控单向阀5的A口与油箱11相连，A口单向顺序阀2和B口单向顺序阀3的泄油口同时与油箱11相连。
本发明的工作原理，液压泵1运行斜盘打开，通过A口单向顺序阀2和B口单向顺序阀3控制系统的开启压力(一般开启压力大于补泵压力)，当驱动压力大于补泵压力液压油经过A口单向顺序阀2和B口单向顺序阀3打开B口液控单向阀5、A口液控单向阀9使其导通，A口逻辑阀4和B口逻辑阀10的控制油口释放压力，使A口逻辑阀4和B口逻辑阀10的进、出油口导通，液压马达8运行工作。
液压泵1运行斜盘未打开，驱动压力等于补泵压力，压力油不能通过A口单向顺序阀2和B口单向顺序阀3打开B口液控单向阀5、A口液控单向阀9，A口逻辑阀4和B口逻辑阀10的控制油口未释放压力，A口逻辑阀4和B口逻辑阀10的进、出油口未导通，液压马达8进出油口被锁死，实现了架空乘人装置负载启动时乘人器不发生后溜状况。当出现意外情况量，关闭液压马达8，可实现刹车。

1.一种液压驱动装置驻车装置，包括液压泵(1)、A口单向顺序阀(2)、B口单向顺序阀(3)、A口逻辑阀(4)、B口液控单向阀(5)、液压马达溢流阀(6)、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀(7)、液压马达(8)、A口液控单向阀(9)、B口逻辑阀(10)、油箱(11)，其特征在于：液压泵(1)的A1口与A口逻辑阀(4)的进油口、A口单向顺序阀(2)的进油口相连，A口单向顺序阀(2)的出油口与A口液控单向阀(9)的控制油口相连，A口液控单向阀(9)的A口与油箱(11)相连，A口液控单向阀(9)的B口同时与B口逻辑阀(10)的控制油口、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀(7)的T口相连，B口液控单向阀(5)的B口同时与A口逻辑阀(4)的控制油口、逻辑阀控制油口溢流阀(7)的P口相连，A口逻辑阀(4)的出油口同时与液压马达的A2口、液压马达溢流阀(6)的T口相连，B口逻辑阀(10)的出油口同时与液压马达(8)的B2口、液压马达溢流阀(6)的P口相连，液压泵(1)的B1口与B口逻辑阀(10)的进油口、B口单向顺序阀(3)的进油口相连，B口单向顺序阀(3)的出油口与B口液控单向阀(5)的控制油口相连，B口液控单向阀(5)的A口与油箱(11)相连，A口单向顺序阀(2)和B口单向顺序阀(3)的泄油口同时与油箱(11)相连。
