技术领域
本发明主要涉及农业领域,尤其涉及一种草甘膦增效剂。
背景技术
草甘膦为内吸传导型慢性广谱灭生性除草剂,主要抑制物体内烯醇丙酮基莽草素磷酸合成酶,从而抑制莽草素向苯丙氨酸、酷氨酸及色氨酸的转化,使蛋白质的合成受到干扰导致植物死亡。草甘膦是通过茎叶吸收后传导到植物各部位的,可防除单子叶和双子叶、一年生和多年生、草本和灌木等40 多科的植物。草甘膦入土后很快与铁、铝等金属离子结合而失去活性,对土壤中潜藏的种子和土壤微生物无不良影响。由于草甘膦酸在水中的溶解度差,解决的主要方法是成盐,增大其在水中的溶解度,草甘膦主要盐有钠盐、铵盐、异丙胺盐、钾盐、二甲胺盐等。目前市场上草甘膦的主要剂型为异丙胺盐水剂以及铵盐粉剂和水溶性粒剂。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种草甘膦增效剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种草甘膦增效剂,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
30%草甘膦水剂70-80、二氯炔戊菊酯3-4、硫酸铵1-2、聚六亚甲基胍1-2、柠檬酸钾1-2、聚羧酸钠1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1、乙二醇1-2、黄原胶2-3、N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.5-1、水20-30。
一种草甘膦增效剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚羧酸钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸铵混合,搅拌均匀后加入黄原胶,在30-40℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,得料a;
(2)将聚六亚甲基胍加入到上述水中,搅拌溶解后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀,加入上述料a,100-200转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,得料b;
(3)将30%草甘膦水剂与二氯炔戊菊酯混合,搅拌均匀后加入料b和剩余各原料,送入胶体磨,磨制2-3分钟,即得所述草甘膦增效剂。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的草甘膦增效剂不仅具有很好的除草效果,还具有杀虫、灭菌的功效,对环境友好,不会结块,使用方便,工艺简单,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种草甘膦增效剂,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
30%草甘膦水剂80、二氯炔戊菊酯3、硫酸铵2、聚六亚甲基胍2、柠檬酸钾1、聚羧酸钠1、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5、乙二醇1、黄原胶3、N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.5、水30。
一种草甘膦增效剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚羧酸钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸铵混合,搅拌均匀后加入黄原胶,在40℃下搅拌混合6分钟,得料a;
(2)将聚六亚甲基胍加入到上述水中,搅拌溶解后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀,加入上述料a,200转/分搅拌分散13分钟,得料b;
(3)将30%草甘膦水剂与二氯炔戊菊酯混合,搅拌均匀后加入料b和剩余各原料,送入胶体磨,磨制2分钟,即得所述草甘膦增效剂。
本发明喷雾对于马唐防效达到93%,对于反枝苋防效达到94%,较传达室统剂提高40%以上。
Claims (2)
1.一种草甘膦增效剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
30%草甘膦水剂70-80、二氯炔戊菊酯3-4、硫酸铵1-2、聚六亚甲基胍1-2、柠檬酸钾1-2、聚羧酸钠1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1、乙二醇1-2、黄原胶2-3、N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.5-1、水20-30。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的草甘膦增效剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚羧酸钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸铵混合,搅拌均匀后加入黄原胶,在30-40℃下搅拌混合4-6分钟,得料a;
(2)将聚六亚甲基胍加入到上述水中,搅拌溶解后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌均匀,加入上述料a,100-200转/分搅拌分散10-13分钟,得料b;
(3)将30%草甘膦水剂与二氯炔戊菊酯混合,搅拌均匀后加入料b和剩余各原料,送入胶体磨,磨制2-3分钟,即得所述草甘膦增效剂。
