本发明涉及测土配方施肥的化肥领域。
背景技术
针对在传统农业生产中,只重用氮、磷、钾三大要素,不重视钙、镁、硫中量元素及铁、锌、锰、硼、钼、氯、铜等微量元素的不科学施肥现象,严重影响作物产量的被动局面,我们按照平衡施肥“木桶定律”的原理,研究出含大、中、微所有营养元素,粮、果、蔬都适用的有机无机掺混肥料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于按照平衡施肥“木桶定律”的原理,配制氮、磷、钾;钙、镁、硫;铁、锌、锰、硼、钼、氯、铜大、中、微养分齐全,并含有有机质、氨基酸、腐殖酸的有机无机,粮、果、蔬都适用的掺混肥。为农民增收节支开拓新的空间。
本发明采用如下的技术方案:根据生产需求,选用尿素、有机无机复合肥、磷酸一铵、氯化钾、钙镁磷肥五种肥源,各肥源特性如下:尿素含氮46.3%;有机无机复合肥含氮16%、钾2%、硫16%、微量元素镁硼锌铁适量,有机质>20%,氨基酸>10%,腐殖酸>10%;磷酸一铵含氮11%、磷44%;氯化钾含钾60%;钙镁磷含五氧化二磷18%、氧化镁8%~15%、氧化钙25%~32%、二氧化硅20%~30%、氧化铁0.5%~1.5%、氧化锰0.1%~0.3%、以及少量硼、锌、铜、钼、硒、镍,等作物生长必不可少的微量元素,是名符其实的多元素复合肥,以上各肥源之间有很强的连应性,一铵掺合尿素能形成大分子聚合物,逐渐释放养分;尿素施入土壤后在脲酶的作用下转换成氢氧化铵,与磷酸一铵起反应,生成磷酸二铵及水,起到保肥保水作用;钙镁磷粉掺混尿素等肥源,使其颗粒表面,形成一层钙镁磷粉薄膜,既防止成品潮解结块现象,还可减少磷的固定及缓释氮的利用,该配方包含大、中、微所有养分,市面罕见,由于养分全,粮、果、蔬都适用;由于该配方中,中、微量元素及有机质、氨基酸、腐殖酸都不计价,所以该配方生产的有机无机掺混肥具有肥效高、肥力长、价格低等优点。
具体实施方式
本发明有机无机掺混肥料配方,每生产1000公斤,用尿素400公斤、有机无机复合肥400公斤、磷酸一铵100公斤、氯化钾50公斤、钙镁磷粉50公斤,配成氮、磷、钾三要素35%(26∶5∶4);中量元素钙、镁、硫6%;微量元素铁、锌、锰、硼、钼、氯、铜及有益元素硅、硒、镍适量,有机质8%、氨基酸4%、腐殖酸4%的有机无机掺混肥,具体掺混参数看下表:
