技术方案
本项发明的目的是:利用韩城大红袍花椒成熟期上部果枝来制作鲜花椒果枝保健观赏瓶,不仅要长期保持其秀美姿态,并要在摆放期散发出辛香扑鼻气味,还要具有保健功效,来成为价格低廉旅客喜爱的文化旅游产品,并促进企业增效农民增收。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:以在花椒采摘期剪收花椒果密集果枝为基础,再分选配装成多形态的透光、透气的观赏瓶,鲜花椒果枝保健观赏瓶的制作方法分为空瓶制作和剪收整枝装瓶两道程序。其具体制作的方法是:先制作鲜花椒果枝保健观赏瓶的空瓶,选材为强透光塑料,形态可分为圆镜型、圆筒形、动物型等多种工艺形状,高度宜10厘米以上,厚度或直径宜5厘米左右,瓶口直径3-3.5厘米,并配置双盖,内盖有十多个透气小孔,孔径为1-2毫米,外盖为封闭型,瓶底粘贴上企业标志和产品说明;再在花椒成熟采摘期剪收果枝,以果实累累枝头为佳,并将果枝用剪刀整理,保留少量叶片,剪去下端果枝,再果叶向上地分装入观赏瓶中,松紧以保持挺立美观为佳,拧上内盖拧紧外盖后得鲜花椒果保健观赏瓶;观赏瓶摆放室中后拧松外盖,以能闻到花椒香味为宜。

具体实施方式
1、鲜花椒果枝保健观赏瓶空瓶制作:
由企业制作或选定厂家定作塑料空瓶,形态可分为圆镜型、圆筒形、动物型等多种工艺形状,高度宜10厘米以上,厚度或直径宜5厘米左右,透光性要强,瓶口直径3-3.5厘米,瓶口配制双盖,内盖有十多个透气小孔,孔径为1-2毫米,外盖为封闭型,瓶底贴上企业标志和产品说明。
2.成熟花椒果枝剪收配装观赏瓶:
在花椒成熟采摘期前,先培训椒农并发放空观赏包装瓶,让椒农在花椒期一边剪收果实累累的枝头,一边用剪刀进行整理,保留少量叶片,剪去下端果枝,再握紧枝条,慢慢将花椒果枝分次装入观赏瓶中,以不松不紧外看美观为佳,最后拧上内盖拧紧外盖得鲜花椒果枝保健观赏瓶。
