Abstract
Un aparato y métodos para el tratamiento del gas ácido, que utilizan un ciclo de absorción de etapas múltiples de desulfuración con amoníaco para tratar el gas de cola ácido después del pretratamiento del gas ácido, por lo cual, se alcanza el fin de obtener un tratamiento de gas de cola ácido eficaz y de bajo costo. Los parámetros del gas de cola ácido pueden ajustarse mediante un sistema regulatorio, de manera que el valor de entalpía del gas de cola ácido esté comprendido en el rango entre 60 y 850kJ/kg de gas seco, por ejemplo, entre 80 y 680kJ/kg de gas seco o entre 100 y 450kJ/kg de gas seco, para cumplir con los requisitos de la desulfuración con amoníaco, y alcanzar la sinergia entre el pretratamiento del gas ácido y la desulfuración con amoníaco. Además, se puede convertir el sulfuro de hidrógeno en azufre/ácido sulfúrico más sulfato de amonio, en una relación ajustable.
