Abstract
UN MÉTODO PARA CONTROLAR LA ESTABILIDAD DE UN TREN DE ALTA VELOCIDAD CON NEUMÁTICOS DE CAUCHO, COMPRENDIENDO EL MÉTODO LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: S1, ADQUIRIR LA ACELERACIÓN LATERAL DE CADA CABINA DE UN TREN CON NEUMÁTICOS DE CAUCHO; S2, DESDE LA PRIMERA CABINA A LA ÚLTIMA CABINA, DETERMINAR SECUENCIALMENTE SI LA ACELERACIÓN LATERAL DE LA CABINA ES MAYOR QUE UN LÍMITE DE ACELERACIÓN PREESTABLECIDO, SI NO ES ASÍ, MANTENER EL ESTADO ACTUAL, SI ES ASÍ, AJUSTAR Y REDUCIR GRADUALMENTE EL ÁNGULO DE DIRECCIÓN DEL EJE TRASERO DE ESA CABINA POR MEDIO DE UN CONTROL PID HASTA QUE LA ACELERACIÓN LATERAL DE ESA CABINA SEA MENOR O IGUAL QUE EL LÍMITE DE ACELERACIÓN PREESTABLECIDO. EL MÉTODO DE CONTROL TIENE LAS VENTAJAS DE UN ALGORITMO SIMPLE, UN AJUSTE RÁPIDO, UNA MEJORA EFICAZ EN LA ESTABILIDAD DEL TREN DE ALTA VELOCIDAD Y UN REDUCIDO DETERIORO POR CONTACTO ENTRE LOS NEUMÁTICOS Y EL SUELO PROVOCADO POR UN AJUSTE DE ÁNGULO EXCESIVO.A METHOD TO CONTROL THE STABILITY OF A HIGH-SPEED TRAIN WITH RUBBER TIRES, THE METHOD INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING STAGES: S1, ACQUIRING THE SIDE ACCELERATION OF EACH CABIN OF A TRAIN WITH RUBBER TIRES; S2, FROM THE FIRST CAB TO THE LAST CAB, SEQUENTIALLY DETERMINE WHETHER THE SIDE ACCELERATION OF THE CAB IS GREATER THAN A PRESET THROTTLE LIMIT, IF NOT, KEEP THE CURRENT STATE, IF SO, ADJUST THE GRADE ANGLE AND REDUCE DIRECTION OF THE REAR AXLE OF THAT CAB BY MEANS OF A PID CONTROL UNTIL THE SIDE ACCELERATION OF THAT CAB IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO THE PRESET THROTTLE LIMIT. THE CONTROL METHOD HAS THE ADVANTAGES OF A SIMPLE ALGORITHM, A QUICK ADJUSTMENT, AN EFFECTIVE IMPROVEMENT IN THE STABILITY OF THE HIGH-SPEED TRAIN AND A REDUCED DETERIORATION BY CONTACT BETWEEN THE TIRES AND THE SUGGESTED ANGLE CAUSED BY AN EXVCED ANGLE.
