Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UNA SOLUCIÓN ACUOSA DE POLIACRILAMIDA QUE COMPRENDE: HIDRATAR ACRILONITRILO EN AGUA EN PRESENCIA DE UN BIOCATALIZADOR PARA OBTENER UNA SOLUCIÓN DE ACRILAMIDA; POLIMERIZAR DIRECTAMENTE LA SOLUCIÓN DE ACRILAMIDA PARA OBTENER UN GEL DE POLIACRILAMIDA; Y DISOLVER DIRECTAMENTE EL GEL DE POLIACRILAMIDA MEDIANTE LA ADICIÓN DE AGUA PARA OBTENER UNA SOLUCIÓN ACUOSA DE POLIACRILAMIDA, DONDE EL GEL DE POLIACRILAMIDA SE DISUELVE MEDIANTE UN CORTE CON CHORRO DE AGUA.
