PROCESO PARA RECUPERAR VALORES DE METAL DE SÓLIDOS DE MENA TRITURADOS Y MOLIDOS QUE CONTIENEN UN METAL DESEADO COMO VALORES DEL METAL DESEADO QUE PUEDEN ESTAR MEZCLADOS CON UNO O MÁS VALORES DE METAL DIFERENTES, QUE COMPRENDE: (A) MEZCLAR UNA PRIMERA SOLUCIÓN DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA CON UN CUERPO DE SÓLIDOS DE MENA TRITURADOS Y MOLIDOS EN UNA PRIMERA UNIDAD DE LIXIVIACIÓN; (B) SOMETER A LA PRIMERA PASTA DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA A UNA PRIMERA SEPARACIÓN SÓLIDO-LÍQUIDO; (C) ENVIAR LA SEGUNDA PASTA DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA A UNA UNIDAD DE LIXIVIACIÓN FINAL; (D) MEZCLAR UNA SEGUNDA SOLUCIÓN DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA CON LA SEGUNDA PASTA DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA EN LA UNIDAD DE LIXIVIACIÓN FINAL; (E) SOMETER A LA TERCERA PASTA DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA A UNA SEGUNDA SEPARACIÓN SÓLIDO-LÍQUIDO; (T) ENVIAR LA CUARTA PASTA DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA A UNA TERCERA SEPARACIÓN SÓLIDOLIQUIDO Y HACER CIRCULAR LA SEGUNDA SOLUCIÓN ACUOSA DE LIXIVIACIÓN CLARIFICADA HACIA UNA SEGUNDA EXTRACCIÓN CON SOLVENTE; (G) SOMETER A LA CUARTA PASTA DE LIXIVIACIÓN ACUOSA A UNA TERCERA SEPARACIÓN SÓLIDO-LIQUIDO; Y (H) ENVIAR A LA QUINTE PASTA ACUOSA A DESCARTE Y HACER CIRCULAR ¡A TERCERA SOLUCIÓN ACUOSA DE LIXIVIACIÓN CLARIFICADA HACIA UNA TERCERA UNIDAD DE EXTRACCIÓN CON SOLVENTE.PROCESS FOR RECOVERING METAL VALUES FROM CRUSHED AND GROUND ORE SOLIDS CONTAINING A DESIRED METAL AS VALUES OF THE DESIRED METAL WHICH MAY BE MIXED WITH ONE OR MORE DIFFERENT METAL VALUES, WHICH INCLUDES: (A) MIXING A FIRST CONDITIONING SOLUTION A BODY OF CRUSHED AND GROUND ORE SOLIDS IN A FIRST LEACHING UNIT; (B) SUBMIT THE FIRST AQUEOUS LEACHING PASTE TO A FIRST SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION; (C) SEND THE SECOND AQUEOUS LEACHING PASTE TO A FINAL LEACHING UNIT; (D) MIXING A SECOND AQUEOUS LEACHING SOLUTION WITH THE SECOND AQUEOUS LEACHING PASTE IN THE FINAL LEACHING UNIT; (E) SUBMIT THE THIRD AQUEOUS LEACHING PASTE TO A SECOND SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION; (T) SEND THE FOURTH AQUEOUS LEACHING PASTE TO A THIRD SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION AND CIRCULATE THE SECOND CLARIFIED AQUEOUS LEACHING SOLUTION TO A SECOND SOLVENT EXTRACTION; (G) SUBMITTING THE FOURTH AQUEOUS LEACHING PASTE TO A THIRD SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION; AND (H) SEND THE FIFTH AQUEOUS PASTE TO DISCARD AND CIRCULATE THE THIRD AQUEOUS CLEARED LEACHING SOLUTION TO A THIRD SOLVENT EXTRACTION UNIT.
