Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Puppen-kopfbestandteile für die Herstellung eines Puppenkopfes einer Stoffpuppe, der besonders naturnahe, ausdruckstarke Augen in Form von kugeligen oder linsenförmigen Glas- oder Kunststoff äugen aufweist. Bei den hier zur Diskussion stehenden herkömmlichen Stoffpuppen, die zuweilen auch als Textiipuppen bezeichnet werden, besteht der Puppenkopf aus einer Gesichtsmaske, die aus tiefgezogener PVC-Folie besteht. Diese wird im Zuge der industriellen Herstellung über eine spezielle Gesichtsform gezogen, welche von Künstlern entworfen wurde und ein möglichst natürlich wirkendes Puppen-Gesicht mit besonderem Liebreiz darstellt. Diese Maske wird mit Leim bestrichen und dann wird sie mit einem hautfarbenen Trikotstoff überzogen und beklebt. Der Trikotstoff auf der Maske wird dann bemalt, wobei die Augen, die Augenbrauen, die Nasenlöcher und der Mund in entsprechenden Farben aufgemalt werden und in der Regel auch etwas Wangenrot aufgetragen wird. Dann wird die mit Trikotstoff beklebte Maske auf einen geschäumten Kopf aus Styropor aufgesetzt und der die Maske beidseits überlappende Trikotstoff wird an der Hinterkopfseite vernäht. Der Kopf wird anschliessend am Halskragen an den gestopften Körper der Puppe angenäht oder mittels eines speziellen Halsgelenkes an ihm befestigt, sodass sich der Kopf in verschiedene Stellungen bringen lässt, die er auch halten kann. Solche Textil- oder Stoffpuppen weisen stets auf das Gesicht aufgemalte Augen auf. Es bestand nun schon lange der Wunsch, den Augen einer Stoff- oder Textilpuppe mehr Ausdruck zu verleihen oder diese naturnäher zu gestalten. Bisher war dies alleine dem Geschick der Bastlerin anheimgestellt. Je nach dem, wie geübt und talentiert dieselbe die Augen aufmalen konnte, verhalf sie diesen zu mehr oder weniger Ausstrahlung. Die Fig. 1 zeigt die Bestandteile in einer ersten Variante, welche die Herstellung eines Puppenkopfes für eine Stoffpuppe ermöglicht, wobei der fertige Kopf dann kugelige Glasaugen wie eine industriell hergestellte Puppe oder wie eine kostbare Porzellanpuppe aufweist. Zunächst schliessen diese Bestandteile eine Maske 1 aus tiefgezogener PVC-Folie ein, weiter einen Kopfkern 2, vorzugsweise aus Styropor oder einem anderen geschäumten Material, sowie nun zusätzlich vorfabrizierte, industriell hergestellte Augen 3. Im Gegensatz zu den herkömmlichen Gesichtsmasken, bei denen das gesamte Gesicht mitsamt den Augenpartien mit Trikotstoff überzogen und überklebt wird, und hernach die Augen mit einer geeigneten Textilfarbe aufgemalt werden, weist diese Gesichtsmaske perforierte Augenpartien 4 auf. Die Bastlerin kann nun die Augenbereiche herausbrechen. Bei der linken Augenpartie 4 ist der linsenförmige Augenbereich 6 bereits herausgebrochen worden und liegt vor der Gesichtsmaske 1 am Boden, während der linsenförmige Augenbereich bei der rechten Augenpartie 4 noch nicht herausgebrochen wurde. Diese Perforierung der Augenpartien ermöglicht es der Bastlerin, wahlweise auch einen herkömmlichen Puppenkopf herzustellen, indem sie eben die perforierten Augenbereiche an Ort und Stelle belässt und in bekannter Manier mit Trikotstoff überzieht und hernach die Augen aufmalt. Erfindungsgemäss aber werden die Augenbereiche 6 herausgebrochen und hernach wird die Gesichtsmaske mit Trikotstoff überklebt. Im Bereich der Augen wird der Trikotstoff dabei in der Mitte mit einem Längsschnitt aufgeschlitzt und die beiden Hälften, die den Augenbereich überdecken, werden um die durch das Herausbrechen entstandenen Augenränder 5 nach innen herumgelegt und verklebt. Danach wendet man sich dem Kopfkern 2 zu. Dieser weist an den Augenpartien je eine im Querschnitt kreisrunde und über einen kleinen Bereich zylinderförmige Ausnehmung 7 auf, welche zur Aufnahme eines kugelförmigen Auges 3 bestimmt ist. Wie mit gestrichelten Linien angedeutet ist, sind die Böden 8 der Ausnehmungen 7 kugelförmig und bilden somit je eine halbe Hohlkugel. In diese Ausnehmungen 7 werden die kugelförmigen Augen 3 eingelegt. Diese Augen 3 entsprechen optisch im Prinzip einem echten menschlichen Auge, weisen also insbesondere wenigstens im vorderen Bereich einen weissen Augenapfel und ein farbige Iris auf. Die Iris selbst ist kegelförmig in den Augenapfel eingesetzt. Weil sie aus transparentem Material besteht, wird infolge ihrer Geometrie eine optische Tiefenwirkung erzielt, die dem Auge einen natürlichen Ausdruck verleiht. Solche Augen sind in verschiedenen Grössen und Farben seit langem im Fachhandel erhältlich und werden bisher vorallem zur Herstellung von Porzel-lan-Puppenköpfen eingesetzt. Sie können aus Glas oder auch aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein. Der die Gesichtsmaske 1 überlappende Trikotstoff 15 wird in bekannter Art hinten um den Kopfkern 2 gezogen und am Hinterkopf werden die beiden Überlapps vernäht. Es können am Gesicht noch Wimpern und Augenbrauen entweder aufgeklebt oder aufgemalt werden. Die Nasenlöcher und der Mund werden wie herkömmlich aufgemalt. Diese linsenförmigen Augen 9 sind aus Kunststoff gefertigt und weisen eine flache Rückseite auf. Entsprechend sind die Ausnehmungen 10 am Kopfkern 2 linsenförmig mit flachem Boden ausgeführt. Hierbei werden die Ausnehmungen 10 etwas grösser, besonders etwas länger als die linsenförmigen einzusetzenden Augen 9 gestaltet. Dadurch lassen sich die eingesetzten Augen 9 in den Ausnehmungen 10 etwas nach links oder rechts und wenig nach oben oder unten verschieben, wodurch die Blickrichtung in einem gewissen Rahmen eingestellt werden kann.
