DESCRIPTION
La présente invention se rapporte à un ensemble de décoration d'intérieur pouvant être utilisé comme décoration murale, comme décoration de plafond ou comme élément autonome sous forme de cloison amovible ou de paravent.
Une tenture murale de conception classique est posée tendue sur finette ou molleton, agrafée ou clouée au moyen de semences (clous de tapissier) sur un lattis de bois, lui-même fixé à un mur.
Pour des raisons pratiques ou décoratives, il est souhaitable de pouvoir facilement et rapidement remplacer une tenture murale par une autre, par exemple en utilisant un panneau interchangeable et de préférence réversible.
L'ensemble de décoration selon l'invention, visant à atteindre le but précité, est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens de fixation et un panneau dont une face au moins est formée par un tissu et qui est destiné à être maintenu de manière amovible dans lesdits moyens de fixation.
De préférence, les moyens de fixation sont formés de rails, et le panneau amovible est formé d'un châssis dont les deux faces sont garnies d'un tissu de manière à rendre ce panneau réversible. De préférence également, le tissu est fixé de manière amovible sur ledit châssis.
La figure unique du dessin annexé illustre schématiquement, en coupe, une forme d'exécution de l'ensemble de décoration selon l'invention.
L'ensemble illustré comporte tout d'abord des moyens de fixation formés par un cadre fixe, ici des rails 1, 1', par exemple en bois, qui sont fixés contre un mur 2 à décorer au moyen de vis 3.
Dans ce cadre fixe, un panneau décoratif réversible 4 est introduit de manière amovible, son maintien étant assuré simplement par les rails 1. Plus particulièrement, le panneau 4 est d'abord introduit sous le rail supérieur 1, plus large que le rail inférieur 1', puis le panneau 4 est introduit dans ce dernier et posé au fond de la gorge formée par celui-ci.
Comme illustré à titre d'exemple, le panneau interchangeable 4 comporte un châssis formé par un profilé en forme générale de U 5, sur lequel est fixé de manière amovible, de préférence sur chaque face, un tissu décoratif 6. Plus particulièrement, chaque surface de tissu 6, auquel est de préférence joint un molleton 7, est pourvue d'un contrefort 8 sur ses quatre côtés, maintenu par une couture 9, pour former des ourlets destinés à recevoir des tringles de fixation 10. Ces tringles 10 sont alors disposées dans le profilé 5, le tissu 6 étant replié au-dessus l'arête supérieure dudit profilé, et fixées dans cette position par un second profilé 11, également en forme de U, mais disposé à l'envers sur les tringles 10, et fixé lui-même au profilé 5 du châssis par des vis de fixation 12.
Le montage du tissu 6 est donc réalisé par fixation des tringles 10 dans au moins deux profilés 5 opposés.
En pratique, le panneau amovible 4 est préparé en atelier, le tissu 6 étant découpé à la hauteur choisie et cousu de contrefort 8. Les coutures 9 disparaissent au montage en position de service dans les profilés 5 du châssis
Les angles du tissu 6 sont de préférence renforcés au moyen de simples zigzags, ceux-ci disparaissant une fois le panneau amovible 4 posé, dans le cadre 1 fixe au mur Z.
Ainsi, L'ensemble de décoration selon l'invention, utilisant le principe d'un panneau amovible, permet, d'une part, de supprimer la pose d'agrafes ou de semences et, d'autre part, de remplacer facilement et rapidement un décor mural, usé, taché ou qui n'est plus souhaité pour des raisons simplement esthétiques. De plus, le caractère réversible du panneau amovible offre la possibilité d'un changement de décor pratiquement instantané, par simple retournement du panneau amovible
Enfin, la pose de tableaux sur l'ensemble de décoration murale selon l'invention peut être effectuée au moyen de cordelières attachées au cadre fixé au mur. D'autre part, des traverses peuvent être prévues sur le châssis amovible afin d'éviter l'enfoncement et d'assurer une meilleure rigidité.
Il est évident que l'on peut réaliser à l'aide d'un tel ensemble de décoration des panneaux de plus faible hauteur que la pièce à décorer; dans ce cas, le panneau monté de façon amovible dans le cadre peut constituer un décor semblable à un tableau.
Dans des variantes d'utilisation d'un tel ensemble de décoration, on peut fixer le cadre contre un plafond pour faire un décor de plafond interchangeable.
Dans d'autres variantes, le cadre peut être fixé sur un support reposant sur le sol et ainsi l'ensemble de décoration permet de réaliser des parois amovibles de séparation, de hauteur variable, simplement posées sur le sol à l'instar d'un paravent.
Dans d'autres variantes, les moyens de fixation peuvent être réalisés par des portions de rails 1, 1' seulement qui ne s'étendent pas sur toute la largeur du panneau. Dans certains cas, ces moyens de fixation peuvent être constitués par quatre coins ou angles seulement ayant la même fonction que les rails 1, 1', mais ne coopérant qu'avec les coins du panneau réversible, le montage de celui-ci restant toujours le même.
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to an interior decoration assembly which can be used as a wall decoration, as a ceiling decoration or as a stand-alone element in the form of a removable partition or screen.
A classic design wall hanging is hung on a finette or fleece, stapled or nailed with seeds (upholstery nails) on a wooden lath, itself fixed to a wall.
For practical or decorative reasons, it is desirable to be able to easily and quickly replace a wall hanging with another, for example by using an interchangeable and preferably reversible panel.
The decoration assembly according to the invention, aimed at achieving the above-mentioned aim, is characterized in that it comprises fixing means and a panel of which at least one face is formed by a fabric and which is intended to be held removably in said fixing means.
Preferably, the fixing means are formed of rails, and the removable panel is formed of a frame, the two faces of which are lined with a fabric so as to make this panel reversible. Also preferably, the fabric is removably attached to said frame.
The single figure of the appended drawing schematically illustrates, in section, an embodiment of the decoration assembly according to the invention.
The illustrated assembly firstly comprises fixing means formed by a fixed frame, here rails 1, 1 ′, for example of wood, which are fixed against a wall 2 to be decorated by means of screws 3.
In this fixed frame, a reversible decorative panel 4 is inserted in a removable manner, its maintenance being ensured simply by the rails 1. More particularly, the panel 4 is first introduced under the upper rail 1, wider than the lower rail 1 ', then the panel 4 is introduced into the latter and placed at the bottom of the groove formed by the latter.
As illustrated by way of example, the interchangeable panel 4 comprises a frame formed by a generally U-shaped profile 5, on which is fixed removably, preferably on each side, a decorative fabric 6. More particularly, each surface of fabric 6, to which a fleece 7 is preferably attached, is provided with a buttress 8 on its four sides, held by a seam 9, to form hems intended to receive fixing rods 10. These rods 10 are then arranged in section 5, the fabric 6 being folded over the upper edge of said section, and fixed in this position by a second section 11, also in the shape of a U, but arranged upside down on the rods 10, and fixed itself to the profile 5 of the chassis by fixing screws 12.
The fabric 6 is therefore assembled by fixing the rods 10 in at least two opposite sections 5.
In practice, the removable panel 4 is prepared in the workshop, the fabric 6 being cut to the chosen height and sewn with buttress 8. The seams 9 disappear when mounted in the service position in the profiles 5 of the chassis.
The angles of the fabric 6 are preferably reinforced by means of simple zigzags, these disappearing once the removable panel 4 is installed, in the frame 1 fixed to the wall Z.
Thus, the decoration assembly according to the invention, using the principle of a removable panel, makes it possible, on the one hand, to eliminate the laying of staples or seeds and, on the other hand, to replace easily and quickly a wall decor, worn, stained or which is no longer desired for purely aesthetic reasons. In addition, the reversible nature of the removable panel offers the possibility of a virtually instant change of scenery, by simply inverting the removable panel.
Finally, the installation of paintings on the wall decoration assembly according to the invention can be carried out by means of cords attached to the frame fixed to the wall. On the other hand, crosspieces can be provided on the removable chassis in order to avoid sinking and to ensure better rigidity.
It is obvious that it is possible to produce, using such a decoration assembly, panels of lower height than the room to be decorated; in this case, the panel removably mounted in the frame can constitute a decor similar to a painting.
In alternative uses of such a decoration assembly, the frame can be fixed against a ceiling to make an interchangeable ceiling decoration.
In other variants, the frame can be fixed on a support resting on the ground and thus the decoration assembly makes it possible to produce removable partition walls, of variable height, simply placed on the ground like a screen.
In other variants, the fixing means can be produced by rail portions 1, 1 ′ only which do not extend over the entire width of the panel. In certain cases, these fixing means may consist of only four corners or angles having the same function as the rails 1, 1 ′, but only cooperating with the corners of the reversible panel, the mounting of the latter always remaining the even.
