Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Inkontinenten-Vorlage gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. The invention relates to an incontinence template according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Insbesondere bei älteren Menschen lässt bekanntlich die Funktionsfähigkeit des Darmausgangs- oder Blasenschliess-muskels nach, so dass diese Patienten häufig nicht in der Lage sind, Stoffwechselprodukte zurückzuhalten. Um die Verschmutzung der Wäsche zu vermeiden, ist es bekannt, den Patienten windelartige Vorlagen anzulegen, die meistens aus einem entsprechend aufgebauten und umhüllten Saugkissen bestehen und die entweder in die Hose eingelegt oder mit eigens hierfür zugeschnittenen Haltefolien befestigt werden. Die Benutzung derartiger Saugkissen stellt für den betroffenen Patienten eine erhebliche Erleichterung dar; sie bringt aber auf der anderen Seite auch beträchtliche Misshelligkeiten mit sich. Diese Misshelligkeiten bestehen insbesondere bei Vorlagen mit Folienhaltern darin, dass die Folien zu erheblichem Wärmestau führen, so dass in der Folge Dekubituserscheinungen nahezu unausbleiblich sind. Saugvorlagen, die einfach in die Hose eingelegt werden, sind indessen häufig zu klein, um den erwünschten sicheren Schutz zu bieten. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Inkontinenten-Vorlage der eingangs genannten Art, die die Nachteile bekannter Ausführungen vermeidet und die insbesondere billig hergestellt werden kann und anderseits infolge ihres Aufbaues auch für dauerndes Tragen geeignet ist. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruchs 1 definierten Massnahmen gelöst. Durch das genannte Längen-Breiten-Verhältnis ist es möglich, die Vorlage so auszuführen, dass sie in den betroffenen Zonen ein Maximum an Schutz bietet, anderseits aber die nichtbetroffenen Körperoberflächen möglichst wenig bedeckt. Dabei kommt noch als angenehm hinzu, dass die Vorlage an der Körper-Rück- und -Vorderseite ein gewisses Stück hochgezogen werden kann, so dass der Träger auch subjektiv ein erhöhtes Sicherheitsgefühl erhält. Anderseits wird der Halt der Vorlage lediglich durch die erwähnten Verschlussstreifen herbeigeführt, also durch verhältnismässig kleinflächige Gebilde, welche auch bei dauernder Auflage auf der Haut nicht zu nennenswertem Wärmestau führen. Auch gehören Zellstoff-Saugvorlagen zum Stande der Technik, welche im ungefalteten Zustand ein mehr oder weniger rechteckiges Gebilde darstellen. Sie haben ein Längen-Breiten-Verhältnis von etwa 1,0 bis 1,2 und sind deshalb für den hier gedachten Zweck ebenfalls nicht geeignet. Die Inkontinenten-Vorlage 1 besteht aus einem rechteckigen Saugkissen 2, dessen Gebrauchsseite 3 mit einem flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Vliesstoff 4 (in Fig. 1 kreuzschraffiert) und dessen Rückseite 5 mit einer flüssigkeitsundurchlässigen Folie 6 abgedeckt ist. Die Folie 6 ist an den Seitenrändern 7, T des Saugkissens um dieses herumgeführt, um auf diese Weise auch seitlich einen Flüssigkeitsverschluss zu bilden.
