Abstract

Inserted in the rebate of the frame (1) is a glass plate (2) and a cover plate (3). Fitted on two opposite frame sides is a fine dovetail groove arrangement (5). Both ends of clamping rods (4) bear analogous fine dovetail groove arrangements as a counterprofile. On insertion of the clamping rods the glass and cover plate (2, 3) and the goods to be put on display are firmly pressed into the frame rebate. <IMAGE>

   PATENTANSPRUCH
Schnellspan-Bilderwechselrahmen mit umlaufendem Vollholzprofil, in dessen Falz eine Glasplatte sowie eine Bildauflageplatte eingelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an zwei gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten des Rahmenfalzes eine Fein Keilzinkenkehlung (5) angebracht ist sowie lose Vollholzspannstäbe (4), die an ihren beiden Stirnseiten die analogen Fein-Keilzinkenkehlungen als Konterprofil aufweisen, vorhanden sind, das Ganze derart, dass beim Ineinandergreifen und Verkeilen der Spannstäbe mit dem Rahmenprofil die Glasund die Bildauflegeplatte sowie das Ausstellgut in den Rahmenfalz gedrückt werden.



   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schnellspann-Bilderwechselrahmen mit umlaufendem Vollholzprofil, in dessen Falz eine Glasplatte sowie eine   Bildauflageplatte    eingelegt ist. Es sind mir bis dahin keine Wechselrahmen bekannt, bei welchen die Halterung der Dicke des Ausstellgutes angepasst werden kann.



   Die Erfindung bezweckt das schnelle und einfache, mit wenigen Handgriffen erreichbare Auswechseln des Ausstellgutes. Dies wurde in einer bestechend einfachen Konstruktion ohne jegliche Metallteile gefunden.



   Im folgenden wird anhand der beigelegten Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 eine Rückseitenansicht, Fig. 2 Teil einer Rückseiten-Perspektive sowie Fig. 3 und 4 je einen Querschnitt von Seiten- und Grundriss des Wechselrahmens.

 

   Das Rahmenprofil 1 aus Massivholz wird in den Ecken auf Gehrung zusammengefedert und verleimt. An zwei Innen seiten, und zwar an den beiden Längsseiten, bei rechteckiger Form, ist ein Fein-Keilzinkenprofil 5. auch Mini-Keilzinkenprofil genannt, angebracht. Mit Massivholz Spann-Stäben 4, welche an ihren beiden Stirnseiten das gleiche Keilzinken Konterprofil aufweisen, werden Glas- und Abdeckplatte 2, 3 sowie das eingelegte Ausstellgut fest in den Rahmenfalz gedrückt. Für die Aufhängung der Wechselrahmen sind auf einer Kurz- und einer Längsseite der Rahmenrückseite je zwei Auskehlungen für die Fixation der   Authängungsstifte    6 ange bracht.

   The invention relates to a quick-release picture changing frame with a circumferential solid wood profile, in the fold of which a glass plate and a picture support plate are inserted. Until then, I did not know of any removable frames in which the holder can be adapted to the thickness of the goods on display.



   The aim of the invention is to enable the items to be displayed to be exchanged quickly and easily, which can be achieved in a few simple steps. This was found in an impressively simple construction without any metal parts.



   In the following, an embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a rear view, FIG. 2 shows part of a rear perspective, and FIGS. 3 and 4 each show a cross-section of the side and floor plan of the removable frame.

 

   The frame profile 1 made of solid wood is mitred and glued together in the corners. On two inner sides, namely on the two long sides, with a rectangular shape, a fine finger joint profile 5, also called mini finger joint profile, is attached. With solid wood tension rods 4, which have the same finger-joint counter profile on both of their front sides, the glass and cover plates 2, 3 and the inserted display items are pressed firmly into the frame rebate. For the suspension of the removable frame, two grooves for the fixation of the suspension pins 6 are placed on one short and one long side of the rear of the frame.
