PATIENT CLAIMS
1. A method for producing a peelable paste in the form of a paste that holds permanent magnet bodies in a set form, characterized in that dust, powder or granules of a magnetizable substance are mixed with various binders in such a way that the paste can be applied to any surface and binds.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the magnetizable substance is iron, cobalt or nickel.
3. Drawing-up mass, produced according to the method according to claim 1.
4. Drawing-up composition according to claim 3, characterized in that the various binders are based on an aqueous, oily or lacquer base or are based on synthetic resins.
5. drawing-up mass according to claim 3 and 4, characterized in that an anti-corrosion agent is added.
6. Drawing-up mass according to claim 3-5, characterized in that a filler is added.
7. Aufziehmasse according to claim 3 - 6, characterized in that a structure effect agent, z.iB. Quartz stones, stone sand or stone powder is added.
The present invention relates to a method for the Her stel'nun a Aufziehmasse in paste form, which holds permanent magnet bodies in the bound form. With the permanent magnet bodies, everything from a large map to a small note sheet can be attached to the surfaces treated with the adhesive.
Pull-up masses which hold permanent magnet bodies are not known.
Mixing different binders ensures that the magnetizable parts are evenly distributed in the mass and do not settle in the bucket.
The adhesive can be applied to any surface, such as: - Brick - Concrete - Gypsum - Base plaster - Plastic plaster (all) - Wood (all) - Cardboard - Paper (wallpaper) - Glass - Fabrics (textile) Any type of panels such as: - Pavatex - Novopan - Perfekta - Alba - carpet (needle felt) etc.
Any product available on the market can be added as a binder to the adhesive, e.g .: on an aqueous basis: - methyl cellulose glue - alkyd - emulsion - PVAC - copolymer - dispersion - dispersion binder - acrylic resin binder, etc.
on an oily base: (all drying oils) e.g .: - linseed oil (varnish) on a paint base: (e.g.) - oleoresin paints - alkyd resin paints on a synthetic resin base: (based on the principle of) - polymerization - polyaddition - polycondensation
It should be mentioned that setting with an aqueous binder product, an anti-corrosion agent must be added to prevent corrosion (rust); arises.
A natural, aqueous, inorganic binding agent is preferably used for this purpose, such as: - cement - white lime - hydraulic lime - various salts
A filler product is advantageously added to the mounting compound. This will level out any unevenness on the respective substrate and improve the adhesive contact between the two surfaces (surface layers). Products such as talc, chalk or asphalt are added for the sake of advantage. Even finished products such as Filler, plaster of paris, quartz powder or sand can be added.
The adhesive can also be colored with commercially available mixed colors (see example 5).
A granular material can be added to the mounting mass as an additive, for the purpose of a structure effect, (see example 1)! E.g .: - Stone sand (fine to coarse) - Quartz stones (0.5 to 2.5 mm) - Styrofoam grains (0.5 up to 1.5 mm) - grains of sand (fine to coarse)
The compound can be applied with a trowel, roller, brush or by spraying.
The mass can be used as follows:
example 1
The adhesive according to the present invention is applied to a base plaster. By adding quartz stones (e.g. 1 mm grain), the applied mass is rubbed off round, horizontally or vertically with a plastic disc, thus creating a structural effect. After drying (overnight), a barrier primer is applied with a water-free paint such as oil, synthetic resin or primer. After it has dried, a finished coat can be applied with any synthetic resin, oil or emulsion paint.
With permanent magnetic bodies, everything from a large site plan or poster to a small note sheet can be attached anywhere.
Example 2
The adhesive according to the present invention is applied to plaster of paris. (Without the addition of quartz elements.) A barrier primer is applied to the now fine structure (abrasion) as in Example 1. Any wallpaper can be used over this.
The permanent magnet bodies hold on here as well.
Example 3
The adhesive mass according to the present invention is applied to a Novopan board (e.g. 3.00 x 1.20 m) according to Example 2. Blocking base according to Example 1.
Now you can use any commercially available filler to create a fine smoothing and use blackboard lacquer to create a whiteboard surface that can be written on with chalk.
The permanent magnet bodies hold on here as well.
Example 4
The adhesive according to the present invention is applied to a finished wall (e.g. plastic plaster coated).
adorned, in a rectangular field previously marked out with a plastic or aluminum rail.
Structure, barrier primer and finished coat according to example 1.
The embedded plastic or aluminum rail now forms a clean edge to the magnetic field.
The permanent magnet bodies hold firmly in this area as well.
Example 5
The adhesive composition according to the present invention is colored with mixed colors. (A barrier primer and a finished coat are no longer necessary here.) Applied to a Pavatexpliatite. (E.g. 1.00 x 1.00 m.)
The Pavatex panel can now be glued or screwed to any wall individually or in a row.
The permanent magnet bodies held on the treated plates without restriction.
