La présente invention concerne un appareil de ménage, électrique, portatif, pour la cuisson des aliments.
Pour la cuisson de façon habituelle de certains aliments liquides ou pâteux, comme par exemple des gâteaux, il est actuellement connu d'utiliser des fours portatifs électriques qui sont généralement constitués par une espéce de boite circulaire présentant une surface plane horizontale sur laquelle on dépose les produits à cuire placés à plat dans un récipient ou un moule et que l'on ferme au moyen d'un couvercle.
On connaît aussi d'autres appareils électroménagers pour griller des aliments tels que de la viande ou du pain; dans ce cas, les tranches de pain ou les morceaux de viande sont emprisonnés entre deux grilles ou piqués sur des tiges et exposés directement devant des résistances électriques de chauffage dans une chambre verticale.
Actuellement, il est donc nécessaire d'avoir recours à un appareil de cuisson particulier selon l'opération de cuisson à exécuter car dans un cas on utilise un four et dans l'autre on emploie un grille-pain ou grille-viande; on est donc obligé d'acheter les deux types d'appareils du fait que chacun d'eux a une destination bien limitée. Il en résulte tout d'abord une dépense à l'achat pour des appareils utilisés seulement de façon passagère; de plus, bien que de dimensions assez faibles, ces appareils peuvent être encombrants et posent des difficultés de rangement dans la cuisine où déjà bien souvent il y a trop peu de place.
Le problème à la base de l'invention est de fournir un appareil ménager de cuisson portatif ayant diverses destinations, c'est-à-dire pouvant être utilisé comme four pour exécuter une cuisson suivant le mode habituel aussi bien que comme appareil à griller le pain ou la viande.
Une solution à ce problème est obtenue par un appareil électrique portatif de ménage pour la cuisson des aliments, constitué par un corps présentant une chambre de cuisson ayant une entrée et pourvue d'un moyen de chauffage. Suivant l'invention, ledit corps est porté de façon pivotante par un support, par rapport auquel il pivote autour d'un axe horizontal de façon à permettre son basculement d'une position pçur laquelle l'entrée est dans un plan vertical à une position dans laquelle l'entrée est dans un plan horizontal et inversement.
Suivant une variante, I'entrée de la chambre de cuisson est une ouverture dépourvue d'un moyen de fermeture.
Selon une autre variante, le support constitue, dans une position donnée, un pied d'appui sur une assise horizontale et, dans une autre position, une pièce d'accrochage à un élément vertical tel qu'un mur.
Selon encore une particularité, le moyen de chauffage est constitué par des tubes de quartz chauffants logés dans des réflecteurs situés dans la chambre de cuisson.
Enfin, dans la réalisation préférée, la chambre de cuisson est de forme aplatie et est limitée par au moins deux grandes surfaces planes parallèles; en position horizontale, ladite chambre reçoit un plateau de support, amovible, enlevé quand le corps est pivoté pour amener la chambre en position verticale dans laquelle sont alors pendus des accessoires amovibles destinés au grillage des aliments et constitués par une grille ou des tiges; de cette façon, quand l'appareil occupe la position horizontale il est utilisé comme four alors que, s'il est en position verticale, il peut servir de grille-pain ou de grille-viande selon les accessoires utilisés.
D'autres particularités pourront apparaître dans la description suivante des dessins annexés qui se rapportent à un exemple de réalisation donné à titre illustratif seulement.

et la fig. 2 est une vue en perspective du même appareil en position pour constituer un grille-pain ou grille-viande.
La fig. 3 est une vue en coupe suivant 111-111 de la fig. 1.
Les fig. 4 et 5 sont des vues en perspective de divers accessoires pour l'usage en vue de grillage du pain ou de la viande.
Par la fig. 1, on voit que l'appareil de cuisson comporte un corps rigide creux I de forme parallélépipédique aplatie: latéralement, sur les flasques opposés 2 se trouvent deux pivots opposés non montrés qui tournent dans deux paliers 3 solidaires d'un support 4; ainsi ce corps 1 est monté sur le support 4 de façon à pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal passant par les pivots. Le support 4 est conformé pour constituer un pied d'appui pour poser l'appareil sur une base d'assise quelconque comme, par exemple, sur une table; il peut aussi constituer une pièce venant s'accrocher à des crochets fixés dans un mur.
Le corps I comporte une chambre de cuisson 5 fermée de toutes parts et possédant une entrée 6 qui est dépourvue d'une porte de fermeture.
Cette chambre 5 est de forme aplatie et est limitée par deux grandes faces, planes, parallèles, 7, à faible distance desquelles sont situés deux tubes de chauffage en quartz, 8, logés dans des réflecteurs 9.
Dans la position de la fig. 1, le corps I est pivoté pour que la chambre de cuisson 5 soit en position horizontale et l'entrée 6 vers l'avant: alors un plateau amovible 10 sur lequel se dispose un plat ou autre récipient contenant un produit à cuire est introduit dans la chambre 5 en le glissant sur des glissières latérales Il; dans cette position, I'appareil constitue un four de cuisson.
Si on fait pivoter le corps I et qu'on l'amène en position pour que la chambre 5 soit verticale comme dans la fig. 2, I'appareil peut devenir un appareil à griller.
Ainsi, dans la chambre 5, on peut pendre une grille amovible 12 prenant appui sur les parois latérales extrêmes de celle-ci et comportant deux parties l'une articulée à l'autre, entre lesquelles se disposent les tranches de pain ou de viande à griller; I'appareil fonctionne en grille-pain ou grille-viande; dans un autre cas, après avoir enlevé la grille 12 on pose une lame 13 sur les bords des parois latérales de la chambre 5 et on y pend des brochettes ou tiges 14 sur lesquelles sont piqués divers morceaux de viande à griller: I'appareil fonctionne alors toujours comme grilleviande.
REVENDICATION
Appareil électrique portatif de ménage pour la cuisson des aliments constitué par un corps présentant une chambre de cuisson ayant une entrée et pourvue d'un moyen de chauffage, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps est porté de façon pivotante par un support par rapport auquel il pivote autour d'un axe horizontal de façon à permettre son basculement d'une position pour laquelle l'entrée est dans un plan vertical à une position dans laquelle l'entrée est dans un plan horizontal et inversement.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Appareil suivant la revendication, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée de la chambre de cuisson est une ouverture dépourvue d'un moyen de fermeture.
2. Appareil suivant la sous-revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support est conformé pour constituer, dans une position donnée, un pied d'appui sur une assise horizontale et, dans l'autre position, une pièce d'accrochage à un élément vertical tel qu'un mur.
3. Appareil suivant la revendication ou l'une des sous-revendications I ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de cuisson est de forme aplatie et limitée par au moins deux grandes surfaces planes parallèles.
4. Appareil suivant la sous-revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de cuisson en position horizontale reçoit un plateau de support amovible enlevé quand le corps est pivoté pour amener ladite chambre en position verticale dans laquelle sont alors pendus des accessoires amovibles destinés au grillage des aliments et constitués par une grille ou des tiges.
