Abstract
The building element is for setting up hot bed coverings which are built from arcs set into the ground and covered with plastic foil. A spring elastic bar is covered with a plastic tube with the exception of its two ends. This plastic tubing in the region of each end has a clamp which prevents the movement of the tube on the bar and at the same time connects an eyelet with the plastic tubing. The arrangement allows the formation of a simple covering to give a hothouse atmosphere around plants or crops in the ground below.
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Bauelement zum Erstellen von Treibbeetabdeckungen, die im wesentlichen aus in den Boden gesteckten Bogen aufgebaut und mit Kunststoffolien überdeckt werden.
Damit die Folie auf den Bogen Halt findet, hat man bisher nach dem Auflegen der Folien weitere Bogen aussen über die Folien in den Boden gesteckt. Dies bedeutet aber, dass die doppelte Anzahl Bogen erforderlich ist. Das Material der Bogen sollte glatt und nicht rostig sein, da sonst die Folie sich schnell durchscheuert. Man hat daher Bogen aus verzinktem Stahldraht hergestellt. Es ist auch bekannt, federelastisches Material für die Bogen zu verwenden. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die Bogen bei Nichtgebrauch von selber wieder gerade werden, was für den Transport und die Lagerung bei Nichtgebrauch Vorteile hat.
Das erfindungsgemässe Bauelement dagegen zeichnet sich aus durch einen federelastischen Stab, der mit Ausnahme seiner beiden Enden mit einem Kunststoffschlauch überzogen ist, welch letztgenannter im Bereich jedes seiner Enden mit einer Klemme versehen ist, die das Verschieben des Schlauches auf dem Stab verhindert und zugleich eine Öse mit dem Kunststoffschlauch verbindet.
Dieses Bauelement hat gegenüber bereits bekannten Elementen dieser Art verschiedene Vorteile: a) der federelastische Stab braucht nicht verzinkt zu werden, der Kunststoffschlauch bildet eine bleibend glatte Oberfläche, an der sich die Kunststoffolien nicht verletzen; b) die Klemme sorgt dafür, dass der Kunststoffschlauch sich nicht auf dem federelastischen Stab verschiebt und c) die Öse erlaubt, die auf die Bogen aufgelegte Folie z. B.
mit einer Schnur zu halten, so dass nur noch die halbe Anzahl Bogen erforderlich ist.
In der Zeichnung ist in Fig. 1 ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes und in Fig. 2 dessen Verwendung dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt das Bauelement für sich. Es umfasst einen als Stahldraht ausgebildeten federelastischen Stab 1, der mit einem Kunststoffschlauch 2 überzogen ist. Im Endbereich des Schlauches 2 sind Klemmen 3 aufgesetzt, die den Schlauch auf den Draht pressen. Sie halten zugleich je eine Öse 4, die von der Klemme mitangeklemmt wird.
Bei der Verwendung wird der Draht gebogen und etwa bis zur Öse in den Boden gesteckt, und zwar vorzugsweise so weit, dass auch der Kunststoffschlauch bis in den Boden reicht. Die Übergangsstelle Boden-Luft ist nämlich besonders rostgefährdet.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine solche Verwendung des Bauelementes bei der Überdeckung eines Beetes. Die nunmehr gebogenen, mit 10, 10', 10" bezeichneten Elemente sind je mit beiden Enden in den Boden gesteckt und mit einer Folie F überspannt. Eine Spannschnur S ist an der vorderen Öse des Bogens 10 befestigt und über die Folie zur rückseitigen Öse desselben Bogens gespannt, von hier aus führt die Schnur zur rückseitigen Öse des Bogens 10' und von dort wieder zur vorderen Öse dieses Bogens 10' usw.
Die Schnur kann dabei natürlich durch die Ösen 4 hindurchgesteckt oder nur aussen um dieselben herumgeschlagen sein.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Bauelement zum Erstellen von Treibbeetabdeckungen, die im wesentlichen aus in den Boden gesteckten Bogen aufgebaut und mit Kunststoffolie überdeckt werden, gekennzeichnet durch einen federelastischen Stab, der mit Ausnahme seiner beiden Enden mit einem Kunststoffschlauch überzogen ist, welch letztgenannter im Bereich jedes seiner Enden mit einer Klemme versehen ist, die das Verschieben des Schlauches auf dem Stab verhindert und zugleich eine Öse mit dem Kunststoffschlauch verbindet.

The present invention relates to a structural element for creating drifting bed covers, which are essentially built up from sheets inserted into the ground and covered with plastic films.
In order for the film to hold on to the sheet, further sheets have been inserted into the floor on the outside of the films after the films have been laid on. However, this means that twice the number of sheets is required. The material of the sheets should be smooth and not rusty, otherwise the foil will wear through quickly. Arches were therefore made from galvanized steel wire. It is also known to use resilient material for the arches. This has the advantage that the sheets will straighten out by themselves when not in use, which has advantages for transport and storage when not in use.
The component according to the invention, on the other hand, is characterized by a resilient rod which, with the exception of its two ends, is covered with a plastic tube, the latter being provided with a clamp in the area of each of its ends, which prevents the tube from moving on the rod and at the same time has an eyelet connects to the plastic hose.
This component has various advantages over already known elements of this type: a) the resilient rod does not need to be galvanized, the plastic hose forms a permanently smooth surface on which the plastic films are not damaged; b) the clamp ensures that the plastic tube does not move on the resilient rod and c) the eyelet allows the film placed on the sheet, for. B.
to hold with a string so that only half the number of sheets is required.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIG. 1 and its use is shown in FIG.
Fig. 1 shows the component by itself. It comprises a resilient rod 1 designed as a steel wire, which is covered with a plastic tube 2. In the end area of the hose 2, clamps 3 are placed which press the hose onto the wire. At the same time, they each hold an eyelet 4, which is also clamped by the clamp.
During use, the wire is bent and inserted into the ground approximately up to the eyelet, preferably so far that the plastic tube also extends into the ground. The transition point between ground and air is particularly prone to rust.
Fig. 2 shows such a use of the component when covering a bed. The now bent elements labeled 10, 10 ', 10 "are each inserted with both ends into the ground and covered with a film F. A tension cord S is attached to the front eyelet of the bow 10 and over the film to the rear eyelet of the same Arch tensioned, from here the cord leads to the rear eyelet of the bow 10 'and from there again to the front eyelet of this bow 10' etc.
The cord can of course be pushed through the eyelets 4 or only wrapped around them on the outside.
