Abstract
The holding arrangement is used for building facing plates or for internal wall facing plates. The holding arrangement has a threaded bar which is at right angles to the wall and facing plate planes. The threaded rod (1) is fastened by a dowel sleeve (3) into the masonry wall. On the other end of this rod is screwed a sleeve (4) whose closed end is connected by a countersunk head screw (7) on the channel profile (5). The spacing of this profile from the masonry wall is adjusted by rotating the sleeve. This holding arrangement has relatively few components and is simple to produce and operate.
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung für Fassadenoder Innenwandverkleidungen, sowie Innen- oder Aussenverkleidungen von Decken, mit einem zur tragenden Wand bzw.
Decke senkrecht festgelegten Gewindestab.
Zum Tragen von Fassaden- oder Innenwandverkleidungen bzw. Innen- oder Aussenverkleidungen von Decken, die in bestimmtem Abstand zu der tragenden Wand bzw. Decke senkrecht mit derselben angeordnet sind, sind verschiedene Haltevorrichtungen vorgeschlagen. Alle diese bekannten Haltevorrichtungen haben jedoch die Nachteile, dass die Herstellungskosten verhältnismässig gross sind und der Montagevorgang wegen verschiedener Bestandteile und manchmal auch komplizierter Zusammensetzung derselben langsam vor sich geht.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Nachteile der bekannten Haltevorrichtungen, für Fassaden- oder Innenwandverkleidungen, sowie Innen- oder Aussenverkleidungen von Decken zu vermeiden.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäss durch eine Haltevorrichtung für Fassaden- oder Innenwandverkleidungen, sowie Innen- oder Aussenverkleidungen von Decken der eingangs erwähnten Art ereicht, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das eine Ende des Gewindestabes in einem in der tragenden Wand bzw.
Decke geankerten Dübel eingeschraubt ist, wobei auf dem anderen Ende eine Gewindehülse angeordnet ist, die auf dem Gewindestab in Grenzen der Länge ihrer Gewindebohrung einstellbar ist.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand wird nachstehend anhand einer Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert.
Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Haltevorrichtung für Fassaden- oder Innenwandverkleidungen im fertigen Zustand an der tragenden Wand,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt derselben nach der Fig. 1.
In der tragenden Wand 2 ist ein üblicher Dübel 3 geankert, in welchem ein Gewindestab 1 mit seinem einen Ende eingeschraubt ist. Auf dem anderen Ende des Gewindestabes 1 ist eine Gewindehülse 4 aufgeschraubt, die zwei Gewindebohrungen aufweist, die eines unterschiedlichen Durchmessers und einer unterschiedlichen Länge sind. Die Gewindehülse 4 ist auf dem anderen Ende des Gewindestabes 1 in den Grenzen der längeren Bohrung einstellbar. In die kleinere Bohrung der Gewindehülse 4 ist eine Schraube 4 mit einem Senkkopf eingeschraubt, die eine Trägerschiene 5 hält, mit welcher die Verkleidungsplatten 6 vernietet sind.
Die Verkleidungsplatten 6, die mit der tragenden Wand 2 parallel verlaufen, werden also auf Abstand zu derselben so eingestellt, dass zuerst die Gewindehülse 4 auf dem Gewindestab 1 auf den gewünschten Abstand aufgeschraubt wird, wonach die Trägerschiene 5 mit den Verkleidungsplatten 6 mittels der Schrauben 7 an die Gewindehülsen 4 befestigt wird.
Die oben beschriebene Haltevorrichtung kommt sehr billig zu stehen, weil die meisten Bestandteile handelsüblich sind.
Durch die kleine Anzahl der Bestandteile der Vorrichtung wird die Dauer der Montage der Verkleidungsplatten wesentlich verkürzt. Bevor die Verkleidungsplatten auf die Trägerschienen aufgeschraubt werden, kann z.B. ein aus Platten bestehendes Isolationsmaterial auf den Gewindestab aufgedrückt werden. Durch diese Haltevorrichtung kann die Verkleidung zur tragenden Wand bzw. Decke auf Millimeter genau eingestellt werden. Dabei kann der Abstand sehr klein sein, weil allenfalls durch die Einsenkung der Gewindehülse in eine abgestufte Bohrung in der Wand bzw. Decke die Trägerschiene bis an der Wand bzw. Decke liegen kann.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Haltevorrichtung für Fassaden- oder Innenwandverkleidungen, sowie Innen- oder Aussenverkleidungen von Decken, mit einem zur tragenden Wand bzw. Decke senkrecht festgelegten Gewindestab, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Ende des Gewindestabes (1) in einem in der tragenden Wand (2) bzw.
Decke geankerten Dübel (3) eingeschraubt ist, wobei auf dem anderen Ende eine Gewindehülse (4) angeordnet ist, die auf dem Gewindestab (1) in Grenzen der Länge ihrer Gewindebohrung einstellbar ist.
UNTERANSPRUCH
Haltevorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das von dem Gewindestab (1) abgewandte Ende der Gewindehülse (4) mit einer Gewindebohrung eines kleineren Durchmessers und einer kleineren Länge als diejenige für den Gewindestab (1) versehen ist, in welche eine die Trägerschiene (5) der Verkleidungsplatten (6) haltende Schraube (7) mit Senkkopf eingeschraubt ist.

A conventional dowel 3 is anchored in the load-bearing wall 2, into which a threaded rod 1 is screwed at one end. A threaded sleeve 4 is screwed onto the other end of the threaded rod 1 and has two threaded bores which are of different diameters and lengths. The threaded sleeve 4 is adjustable on the other end of the threaded rod 1 within the limits of the longer bore. A screw 4 with a countersunk head is screwed into the smaller bore of the threaded sleeve 4 and holds a support rail 5 to which the cladding panels 6 are riveted.
The cladding panels 6, which run parallel to the load-bearing wall 2, are set at a distance from the same so that first the threaded sleeve 4 is screwed onto the threaded rod 1 to the desired distance, after which the support rail 5 with the cladding panels 6 by means of the screws 7 is attached to the threaded sleeves 4.
The holding device described above is very cheap because most of the components are commercially available.
Due to the small number of components of the device, the assembly time of the cladding panels is significantly reduced. Before the cladding panels are screwed onto the support rails, e.g. an insulation material consisting of plates can be pressed onto the threaded rod. With this holding device, the cladding to the load-bearing wall or ceiling can be adjusted to the millimeter. The distance can be very small because, if necessary, the support rail can lie up to the wall or ceiling due to the depression of the threaded sleeve in a stepped bore in the wall or ceiling.
