Abstract

The dust and mothproof bag is used for protecting clothes during transport. The bag has a carrying handle and it accommodates a clothing hanger. The lower end of the bag is folded over so that it is fastened on the upper end for effective sealing against dust. The bag opening is a slit over the whole bag whish is reinforced by an internal stiffening strip which also has a peg (11) for the clothes hanger (12). The carrying handle is also connected to this strip, and the lower end of the bag has aa slot (9) for the handle. The carrying handle may be held at one end by a snap fit for opening when the bags are hung by the handles on support rails.

   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine staub- und/oder mottensichere Kleidertragtasche mit Schutzsack und Aufhängevorrichtung und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzsack mindestens an seinem abgeschlossenen Ende Befestigungsmittel aufweist zum Befestigen dieses Endes nach seinem Hochklappen an oberen Sackpartien.



   Die Erfindung wird anschliessend beispielsweise anhand von Figuren erläutert.



   Es zeigen:

   Die Tragtasche gemäss Fig. 1 umfasst einen oben und unten geschlossenen Schutzsack 1, beispielsweise aus Kunststoffolie hergestellt, mit einer oberen und einer unteren Schweissnaht 2 resp. 3. Die eine der beiden Sackwände ist parallel zur oberen Schweissnaht 2, in gewissem Abstand davon, auf ihrer ganzen Breite aufgeschlitzt, wodurch eine Sacköffnung 4 entsteht. Eine Verstärkungsleiste 5 ist, entlang dem unteren Schlitzrand, auf der Innenseite der geschlitzten Sackwandung befestigt, beispielsweise mit dieser verschweisst. Die Verstärkungsleiste 5 weist in ihrer Mitte einen in Sackebene aufragenden Tragbügel 6 auf. Der Tragbügel 6 ist beidseitig mit der Verstärkungsleiste 5 verbunden. Beide sind vorteilhafterweise aus einem Stück, beispielsweise aus Plastik, gefertigt.

  In der hinteren, nicht geschlitzten Sackwand befindet sich auf der Höhe der Sacköffnung 4 eine Durchstecköffnung 10, so dass ein durch die obere Schweissnaht 2 und die Sacköffnung 4 gebildeter Verschliesslappen 8 über die Sacköffnung 4 umgelegt werden kann, und so der Tragbügel 6 durch die Durchstecköffnung 10 hindurch nach aussen ragt. Wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, ist in der Mitte der Verstärkungsleiste 5 ein Aufhängenocken 11 ausgeformt. Dieser Aufhängenocken 11 ist zwar grundsätzlich zylinderförmig ausgebildet. Er ist aber mit einer   Auflagemulde    16 ausgeführt, welche durch einen aufstehenden Rand 15 ihren vordern Abschluss findet. Oberhalb des Aufhängenockens 11 ragt eine Abdeckleiste 14 rechtwinklig zur Verstärkungsleiste 5 so vor, dass zwischen ihr und dem Rand eine schmale Einführöffnung 13 entsteht.

  Ein Kleiderbügelhaken eines Kleiderbügels 12 wird durch den Einführschlitz 13 in die Auflagemulde 16   gehängt    Da, wie die Verstärkungsleiste 5, auch der Aufhängenocken 11 und die aus der Verstärkungsleiste 5 vorstehende Abdeckleiste 14 aus elastischem Material gefertigt werden, lässt sich beim Einführen des Kleiderbügelhakens letztere unter relativ geringem Kraftaufwand elastisch verformen und verhindert trotzdem nach erfolgtem Einschnappen des Hakens in die   Auflagemulde    16 ein allfälliges Aushängen. Die Abdeckleiste 14 erstreckt sich über die ganze Breite der Verstärkungsleiste 5 und bildet mit letzterer zusammen ein relativ starres Profil.

  In Fällen wo die Leiste 14 stärker ausgebildet ist, so dass das Einführen des Kleiderbügelhakens nurmehr unter grösserem Kraftaufwand möglich wäre, wird sie, wie Fig. 4 zeigt, auf beiden Seiten des Aufhängenockens 11 unterbrochen, so dass ein eigentlicher Schnapper 18 mit abgeschrägter Unterseite entsteht, der sich wiederum unter kleinerem Kraftaufwand ausbiegen lässt.



   Der untere Rand des Sackes 1 mit der Schweissnaht 3 ist ebenfalls zu einem Überstülpkragen 7 umgelegt und seitlich mit den Sackkanten verschweisst. Wird nun die untere Sackhälfte mit dem Überstülpkragen 7 hochgeklappt, so kann dieser über die durch den Verschliesslappen 8 verschlossene Sacköffnung 4 gestülpt werden, wobei der Tragbügel 6 wiederum durch eine Durchstecköffnung 9 an der Umlegkante des Kragens 7 nach aussen ragt.



   Ein Kleidungsstück (nicht dargestellt) wird, am Kleiderhaken 12 hängend, durch die Sacköffnung 4 in den Sack eingeführt und der Kleiderhaken am Aufhängenocken 11 festgehängt. Zum Transportieren wird nun die untere Sackhälfte der Tragtasche hochgeklappt und, wie beschrieben, befestigt, wogegen sie zum Lagern aufgefaltet am Tragbügel 6 aufgehängt wird. Dabei ist eine staubdichte Aufbewahrung von Kleidungsstücken gewährleistet.



   Wie in Fig. 5 aufgezeigt, kann es sich als günstig erweisen, insbesondere zum Aufhängen der Tragtasche an Kleiderstangen, dass der Tragbügel einseitig geöffnet werden kann.



  Ein Tragbügel 20 ist einenends fest mit der Verstärkungsleiste 25 verbunden. Das andere Ende des Tragbügels 20 weist einen quer zur Verstärkungsleiste 25 vorragenden Nocken 26 auf. Entsprechend diesem Nocken 26 ist auf der Verstärkungsleiste 25 eine Einrastöffnung 27 angeordnet.



  Zum Einhängen des Tragbügels 20 über eine Kleiderstange wird der Tragbügel mit den Nocken 26 aus der Einrastöffnung 27 ausgerastet, über die Stange geführt, und wiederum eingerastet. Die Bewegung des Tragbügels 20 kann spielend innerhalb seiner elastischen Verformbarkeit ausgeführt werden.



   In Fig. 6 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform einer Verstärkungsleiste und entsprechender Aufhängung aufgezeigt.



  Eine Verstärkungsleiste 30 ist als L-Profil ausgebildet. In der Mitte der Sackbreite ist eine schlitzförmige Durchsteck öffnung 31 im abgewinkelten Schenkel der Verstärkungsleiste angebracht, durch welche ein Haken eines Kleiderbügels 32 direkt von der Sackinnenseite her nach aussen gesteckt wird. Bei dieser Ausführungsvariante wird der Kleiderbügelhaken zugleich als Tragbügel benützt, so dass sich jegliche komplizierte Ausformung der Verstärkungsleiste er übrigt.



   Da der Kleiderbügel mit den Kleidungsstücken an der Verstärkungsleiste befestigt wird, ist die Folie, welche den Sack bildet, keinerlei Beanspruchungen unterworfen, was eine Sackherstellung aus äusserst dünner Folie ermöglicht.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Staub- und/oder mottensichere Kleidertragtasche mit Schutzsack (1) und Aufhängevorrichtung (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzsack (1) mindestens an seinem abgeschlossenen Ende Befestigungsmittel (7) aufweist zum Befestigen dieses Endes nach seinem Hochklappen an oberen Sackpartien.

 

   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Staub- und/oder mottensichere Kleidertragtasche nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel einen Überstülpkragen (7) umfassen, der durch Umlegen des Sackendes und seitliches Befestigen des umgelegten Stückes am Schutzsack (1) gebildet wird, und der eine Durchstecköffnung (9) aufweist, um ein Überziehen des Kragens (7) über die Sacköffnung (4) mit der Aufhängevorrichtung (6) zu ermöglichen.

   The carrier bag according to FIG. 1 comprises a protective bag 1, which is closed at the top and bottom, for example made of plastic film, with an upper and a lower weld seam 2, respectively. 3.    An item of clothing (not shown), hanging on the clothes hook 12, is inserted through the bag opening 4 into the sack and the clothes hook is hung on the hanging cam 11. For transport, the lower half of the bag is now folded up and, as described, fastened, whereas it is unfolded and hung on the carrying handle 6 for storage. Dust-tight storage of clothing is guaranteed.



   As shown in FIG. 5, it can prove to be advantageous, especially for hanging the carrier bag on clothes rails, that the carrier handle can be opened on one side.



  A support bracket 20 is firmly connected to the reinforcement strip 25 at one end. The other end of the support bracket 20 has a cam 26 projecting transversely to the reinforcement strip 25. Corresponding to this cam 26, a latching opening 27 is arranged on the reinforcing strip 25.



  To hang the support bracket 20 over a clothes rail, the support bracket with the cams 26 is disengaged from the latching opening 27, guided over the rod, and latched again. The movement of the support bracket 20 can easily be carried out within its elastic deformability.

  A reinforcing strip 30 is designed as an L-profile. In the middle of the bag width, a slot-shaped push-through opening 31 is attached in the angled leg of the reinforcing strip, through which a hook of a clothes hanger 32 is inserted directly from the inside of the bag to the outside. In this embodiment, the clothes hanger hook is also used as a support bracket, so that any complicated shaping of the reinforcement strip is eliminated.



   Since the clothes hanger with the items of clothing is attached to the reinforcement strip, the film that forms the sack is not subjected to any stresses whatsoever, which enables the sack to be made from extremely thin film.
