Description
Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zur Hubbegrenzungsumkehr der Fadenführerstange einer Fadenaufwickelvorrichtung, welches gemäss dem Patentanspruch I des Hauptpatentes dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Hubbewegung der Gesamtmasse von Fadenführerstange und allen daran befestigten Bauteilen mindestens zum Teil durch Reflexion dieser Masse an einem Reflexionskörper in die jeweils entgegengesetzte Richtung umgekehrt wird. Die Reflexion der Masse kann an einem feststehenden Körper erfolgen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt eine Weiterentwicklung dar. wobei sich das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Reflexion der Gesamtmasse der Fadenführerstange und aller daran befestigten Bauteile an einem pendelnd aufgehängten Reflexionskörper erfolgt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist anhand der Figur der Zeichnung, welche eine schematische Darstellung einer Fadenführer-Antriebsvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen der Erfindung zeigt, näher erläutert.
Wie bei der im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Vorrichtung sind an der Fadenführerstange 1 eine Anzahl Fadenführer 2 befestigt. Die Fadenführerstange 1 wird durch ein Hublager 3 gehalten, welches seinerseits über den Gleitstein 4 in eine in die drehbare Trommel 5 eingefräste Nut 6 eingreift. An den beiden Stirnseiten des Hublagers ist je ein Gummipuffer 7a, 7b vorgesehen, welcher jeweils kurz vor dem Erreichen des Scheitels der Hubbewegung auf den am Maschinenrahmen 9 pendelnd aufgehängten rahmenförmigen Anschlagkörper 8 aufläuft, wobei die Reflexion des Hublagers und der mit diesem verbundenen Massen erfolgt. Das Verhältnis der Gesamtmasse der Fadenführerstange und aller daran befestigten Bauteile zur Masse des rahmenförmigen Anschlagkörpers soll dabei mindestens 1:10 betragen.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE
I. Verfahren zur Hubbewegungsumkehr der Fadenführerstange einer Fadenaufwickelvorrichtung nach Patentanspruch I des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflexion der Gesamtmasse der Fadenführerstange mit allen daran befestigten Bauteilen an einem pendelnd aufgehängten Reflexionskörper erfolgt.
II. Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch I, mit mindestens einem jeweils an den Scheitelpunkten des Hubes der Fadenführerstange (1) wirksamen, zwischen einem Anschlag und einer an der Fadenführerstange (1) angeordneten Halterung (3) elastisch verformbaren Reflektorelement (7a, 7b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein am Rahmen (9) der Fadenaufwickelvorrichtung pendelnd aufgehängter Anschlagkörper (8) als Reflexionskörper vorgesehen ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Gesamtmasse der Fadenführerstange und aller daran befestigten Bauteile zur Masse des pendelnd aufgehängten Reflexionskörpers mindestens 1:10 beträgt.
2. Einrichtung nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagkörper (8) rahmenförmig ist.

As in the device described in the main patent, a number of thread guides 2 are attached to the thread guide rod 1. The thread guide rod 1 is held by a pin bearing 3, which in turn engages via the sliding block 4 in a groove 6 milled into the rotatable drum 5. A rubber buffer 7a, 7b is provided on each of the two end faces of the pin bearing, which, shortly before reaching the apex of the lifting movement, runs onto the frame-shaped stop body 8 suspended on the machine frame 9, with the reflection of the pin bearing and the masses connected to it. The ratio of the total mass of the thread guide rod and all components attached to it to the mass of the frame-shaped stop body should be at least 1:10.
PATENT CLAIMS
I. A method for reversing the stroke movement of the thread guide rod of a thread winding device according to claim I of the main patent, characterized in that the reflection of the total mass of the thread guide rod with all components attached to it takes place on a pendulum suspended reflection body.
II. Device for carrying out the method according to claim I, with at least one reflector element (7a, 7b) which is effective at the apex of the stroke of the thread guide rod (1) and is elastically deformable between a stop and a holder (3) arranged on the thread guide rod (1) ), characterized in that a stop body (8) suspended in a pendulous manner on the frame (9) of the thread winding device is provided as a reflection body.
SUBCLAIMS
1. The method according to claim I, characterized in that the ratio of the total mass of the thread guide rod and all components attached to it to the mass of the pendulum suspended reflection body is at least 1:10.
2. Device according to claim II, characterized in that the stop body (8) is frame-shaped.
