Abstract
The first fluid passes through the central pipe and the second via side inlet/outlet anions in the annular gap between that central pipe and a concentric jacket with end caps. A spiral spring in contact with the outer surface of the central pipe and the inner wall of the jacket acts as a helical guide for the second fluid. High thermal transfer capacity in relatively compact assembly.
Description
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Wärmeaustauscher mit einem ersten Rohr für eine aufzuheizende Flüssigkeit und einem dazu koaxial angeordneten und das erste umfassenden zweiten Rohr für eine Heizflüssigkeit.
Wärmeaustauscher dieser Art sind bekannt, besassen aber den Nachteil, dass eine Verbesserung der Leistung stets nur durch eine entsprechende Vergrösserung der Abmessungen und insbesondere der Längenabmessungen möglich war.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Wärmeaustauscher der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, mit welchem bei gleichbleibenden Dimensionen eine wesentlich bessere Leistung erzielt werden kann.
Der erfindungsgemässe Wärmeaustauscher ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Rohren ein schraubenlinienförmiges Leitorgan vorgesehen ist, durch welches eine schraubenlinienförmige Bahn für die Heizflüssigkeit gebildet wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Schnitt dargestellt.
Mit 1 ist das Rohr für die zu beheizende Flüssigkeit bezeichnet, welches von dem dazu koaxial angeordneten Rohr 2 für die Heizflüssigkeit umgeben ist. Das Rohr 2 besitzt einen hintern und einen vordern Abschlussring 3 bzw.
4 sowie Anschlussstutzen 5 zur Verbindung des Hohlraumes zwischen den beiden Rohren 1 und 2 mit einem nicht dargestellten Heizkessel. Im Raum zwischen den beiden Rohren 1 und 2 ist zwischen den beiden Anschlussstutzen 5 ein schraubenlinienförmiges Leitorgan in Form einer Schraubenfeder 6 eingelegt und zwar derart, dass die Schraubenfeder einerseits gegen die Aussenwand des Rohres 1 und andererseits gegen die Innenwand des Rohres 2 anliegt, so dass eine schraubenlinienförmige Bahn für die Heizflüssigkeit gebildet wird. Dadurch, dass die Heizflüssigkeit sich längs einer solchen schraubenlinienförmigen Bahn um das Innenrohr 1 herumbewegt, wird eine wesentlich intensivere Wärmeabgabe an das Rohr 1 und damit eine entscheidende Verbesserung der Leistungsfähigkeit des Wärmeaustauschers erreicht, ohne dass der Nachteil einer grösseren Dimensionierung in Kauf genommen werden müsste.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Wärmeaustauscher mit einem ersten Rohr für eine aufzuheizende Flüssigkeit und einem dazu koaxial angeordneten und das erste umfassenden zweiten Rohr für eine Heizflüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Rohren ein schraubenlinienförmiges Leitorgan vorgesehen ist, durch welches eine schraubenlinienförmige Bahn für die Heizflüssigkeit gebildet wird.
UNTERANSPRUCH
Wärmeaustauscher nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leitorgan als aussen gegen die Innenwand des zweiten Rohres und innen gegen die Aussenwand des ersten Rohres anliegende Schraubenfeder ausgebildet ist.

Heat exchangers of this type are known, but had the disadvantage that an improvement in performance was always only possible by correspondingly increasing the dimensions and, in particular, the length dimensions.
The present invention was based on the object of creating a heat exchanger of the type mentioned at the beginning, with which a significantly better performance can be achieved with the same dimensions.
The heat exchanger according to the invention is characterized in that a helical guide element is provided between the two tubes, through which a helical path for the heating fluid is formed.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown in section.

In the space between the two pipes 1 and 2, a helical guide member in the form of a helical spring 6 is inserted between the two connecting pieces 5 in such a way that the helical spring rests on the one hand against the outer wall of the pipe 1 and on the other hand against the inner wall of the pipe 2, so that a helical path is formed for the heating fluid. Because the heating fluid moves along such a helical path around the inner tube 1, a significantly more intensive heat transfer to the tube 1 and thus a decisive improvement in the performance of the heat exchanger is achieved without having to accept the disadvantage of larger dimensions.
PATENT CLAIM
Heat exchanger with a first tube for a liquid to be heated and a second tube for a heating liquid which is arranged coaxially therewith and encompasses the first, characterized in that a helical guide element is provided between the two tubes, through which a helical path for the heating liquid is formed.
SUBClaim
Heat exchanger according to patent claim, characterized in that the guide member is designed as a helical spring resting against the outside against the inner wall of the second tube and inside against the outside wall of the first tube.
