  Capsule contenant une dose de café moulu pour cafetière du type percolateur
 La présente invention se rapporte à une capsule contenant une dose de café moulu pour cafetière du type percolateur.



   Dans les cafetières du type percolateur,   I'infusion    de café est obtenue par filtrage, en faisant passer l'eau bouillante au travers d'une portion prédéterminée de café moulu, opération parfois précédée d'un passage de vapeur sous pression destinée à préchauffer et faire gonfler le produit.



   Ce dernier est introduit en poudre plus ou moins fine dans une coupelle que   l'on    fixe sous un dispositif distributeur de vapeur et/ou d'eau bouillante, ce qui nécessite chaque fois une manutention consistant à prélever la poudre de café d'un récipient, à mesurer la quantité prélevée, à la verser dans la coupelle et l'y tasser par un moyen approprié.



   Ces Opérations sont, non seulement fastidieuses, mais présentent l'inconvénient de donner à l'arôme du café moulu le temps de s'évaporer et de ne pas toujours répondre aux conditions d'hygiène voulues.



   Dans un autre type de cafetière de ménage, I'eau bouillante est forcée verticalement de bas en haut à travers la poudre de café par la pression de la vapeur produite dans la base de la cafetière.



   Il est d'autre part connu de mettre divers thés en sachets dans le but de les infuser en trempant le sachet dans de l'eau bouillante.



   La capsule objet de la présente invention, est constituée de deux disques de papier-filtre réunis par leurs bords et entre lesquels est enfermée la dose de café moulu.



   Le dessin annexé représente deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention, données à titre d'exemple.



   La fig. 1 est une coupe transversale de la première forme d'exécution.



   La fig. 2 en est une vue en plan.



     Lâ    fig.   3 est    une coupe transversale de la seconde forme d'exécution.



   Selon ce qui est représenté aux fig. 1 et 2, deux disques 1 et 2 de papier-filtre sont fixés   l'un    à l'autre par leurs bords en 3.



   Entre les disques est ménagé un espace vide contenant une certaine quantité de café moulu 4. Cette quantité pourra, selon l'épaisseur E de la capsule ainsi obtenue, correspondre à la quantité de poudre de café destinée à l'obtention d'une ou d'un nombre déterminé de tasses de café.



   Dans ces capsules, le café est à l'abri de tout contact et immédiatement prêt à l'emploi, si on prévoit que leur diamètre est tel, par exemple, qu'elles puissent être introduites et serrées par leur rebord 3 dans le mécanisme d'une cafetière du type percolateur de dimension prédéterminée appropriée.



   L'infusion sera obtenue de manière connue, par filtrage en obligeant la vapeur et/ou l'eau à traverser la capsule de part en part.

 

   La seconde forme d'exécution selon la fig. 3 diffère de la première par le fait que son rebord 5 réunissant les disques ne se trouve plus dans le plan du disque obturateur 2 (voir fig. 1), mais s'élève perpendiculairement au plan de ce disque 6 (fig. 3).



   Cette disposition assure l'étanchéité lorsque la capsule est placée dans un cylindre de diamètre correspondant, ledit rebord étant alors appliqué latéralement contre la paroi intérieure de ce cylindre sous l'influence de la pression de la vapeur et/ou de l'eau. On est ainsi assuré que toute la vapeur et/ou l'eau traverse la capsule.
