  Verpackungsbehälter
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter mit einem becherförmigen Unterteil und einem durch einen Schnappverschluss mit diesem verbundenen Dekkel, der in den Unterteil hineinragt und einen diesen umschliessenden Rand aufweist.



   Bekannte Verpackungsbehälter dieser Art bestehen z.B. aus gespritztem Kunststoff. Sie sind in der Herstellung verhältnismässig teuer. Zum Verpacken schlagempfindlicher Teile müssen ihre Innenwände mit Polstermaterial ausgekleidet werden.



   Es sind ausserdem Verpackungsbehälter aus tiefgezogenem Kunststoff bekannt, deren Innenwände der Raumform des Verpackungsinhalts angepasst und die genügend elastisch sind, um auf eine spezielle Polsterung verzichten zu können. Die Aussenwände dieser Verpakkungsbehälter sind aber für viele Anwendungen zu wenig formfest, um einen beschädigungsfreien Transport von schlagempfindlichem Inhalt gewährleisten zu können.



  Mangels genügender Formfestigkeit ist es auch nicht ohne weiteres möglich, Deckel und Unterteil eines Verpackungsbehälters aus tiefgezogener Kunststoffolie durch einen zuverlässigen Schnappverschluss miteinander zu verbinden.



   Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen aussen verhältnismässig steifen und innen dennoch genügend elastischen Verpackungsbehälter zu schaffen, dessen Deckel mit einem durch Drehen lösbaren Schnappverschluss auf dem Unterteil befestigt ist und bei der diejenige Winkellage zwischen Deckel und Unterteil, in welcher der Schnappverschluss einrasten kann, leicht erkennbar ist.



   Gemäss der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass der Unterteil und der Deckel aus tiefgezogenem Kunststoff bestehen, dass die Seitenwand des Unterteils durch einen nach oben gezogenen Wulst gebildet ist, dessen Aussenseite aus einem oberen zylindrischen Teil und einem unteren prismatischen Teil besteht, und dass der den Unterteil umschliessende Rand des Deckels prismatisch ausgebildet ist.



   Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Fig. 2 einen Unterteil in perspektivischer Schnittdarstellung.



   In der Zeichnung bedeutet 1 einen Deckel und 2 einen becherförmigen Unterteil eines Verpackungsbehälters aus tiefgezogenem Kunststoff. Die Seitenwand 3 des Unterteils 2 ist durch einen nach oben gezogenen Wulst gebildet, dessen Aussenseite aus einem oberen zylindrischen Teil 4 und einem unteren prismatischen Teil 5 besteht. Im dargestellten Beispiel bildet der Teil 5 ein sechseckiges reguläres Prisma, das an seinem unteren Ende in einen als Standfläche dienenden kreisscheibenförmigen Rand 6 übergeht.



   Der Deckel 1 weist einen nach unten gezogenen Wulst 7 auf, der bei verschlossenem Verpackungsbehälter in den Unterteil 2 hineinragt und diesen staubdicht abschliesst. Der Deckel 1 besitzt ausserdem einen nach unten gezogenen äusseren Rand 8, der prismatisch ausgebildet ist und den Unterteil 2 derart umschliesst, dass seine Seitenflächen den zylindrischen Teil 4 tangieren.



   Der Rand 8 des Deckels 1 weist mehrere am Umfang verteilte, nach innen ragende Noppen 9 auf, die beim Aufsetzen des Deckels auf den Unterteil 2 in Vertiefungen 10 desselben einrasten. Das Öffnen erfolgt durch eine Drehung des Deckels 1. Dadurch werden die Noppen 9 aus den Vertiefungen 10 gehoben, und der Deckel kann nun leicht abgezogen werden.

 

   Durch die   erfindungsgemässe    Ausgestaltung ergibt sich eine steife, nur schwer beschädigbare Aussenwandung des Verpackungsbehälters, deren innere Form dem jeweils vorgesehenen Verpackungsinhalt leicht angepasst und derart gestaltet werden kann, dass die den Inhalt berührenden Innenwände die gewünschte Elastizität aufweisen. Die Innenwände 11, 12 des Deckels 1 und des Unterteils 2 sind zur Sicherung gegen Schläge vorzugsweise gegenüber der Deckfläche 13 bzw. dem als Standfläche dienenden Rand 6 zurückgesetzt.



   Der verschlossene Zustand des Verpackungsbehälters ist dadurch leicht erkennbar, dass die beiden prismatischen Teile deckungsgleich übereinander liegen. 



  
 



  Packaging container
The invention relates to a packaging container with a cup-shaped lower part and a lid connected to the latter by a snap lock, which projects into the lower part and has an edge surrounding it.



   Known packaging containers of this type consist e.g. made of injection-molded plastic. They are relatively expensive to manufacture. To pack parts that are sensitive to impact, their inner walls must be lined with cushioning material.



   There are also known packaging containers made of deep-drawn plastic, the inner walls of which are adapted to the spatial shape of the packaging contents and which are sufficiently elastic to be able to do without special padding. The outer walls of these packaging containers, however, are not dimensionally stable enough for many applications to be able to guarantee damage-free transport of impact-sensitive contents.



  In the absence of sufficient dimensional stability, it is also not easily possible to connect the lid and lower part of a packaging container made of deep-drawn plastic film to one another by means of a reliable snap lock.



   The invention is based on the object of creating a packaging container that is relatively stiff on the outside but nevertheless sufficiently elastic on the inside, the lid of which is fastened to the lower part with a snap lock that can be released by turning and in which the angular position between the lid and the lower part in which the snap lock can engage, is easily recognizable.



   According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the lower part and the cover are made of deep-drawn plastic, that the side wall of the lower part is formed by an upwardly drawn bead, the outside of which consists of an upper cylindrical part and a lower prismatic part, and that the edge of the cover surrounding the lower part is designed to be prismatic.



   An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. It shows:

   In the drawing, 1 denotes a lid and 2 denotes a cup-shaped lower part of a packaging container made of deep-drawn plastic. The side wall 3 of the lower part 2 is formed by an upwardly drawn bead, the outside of which consists of an upper cylindrical part 4 and a lower prismatic part 5. In the example shown, the part 5 forms a hexagonal regular prism which merges at its lower end into a circular disk-shaped edge 6 serving as a base.



   The cover 1 has a downwardly drawn bead 7 which, when the packaging container is closed, protrudes into the lower part 2 and closes it off in a dust-tight manner. The cover 1 also has a downwardly drawn outer edge 8 which is prismatic and encloses the lower part 2 in such a way that its side surfaces are tangent to the cylindrical part 4.



   The edge 8 of the cover 1 has a plurality of inwardly projecting knobs 9 which are distributed around the circumference and which snap into recesses 10 of the lower part 2 when the cover is placed on it. It is opened by turning the cover 1. This lifts the knobs 9 out of the recesses 10 and the cover can now be easily pulled off.

 

   The design according to the invention results in a rigid, difficult-to-damage outer wall of the packaging container, the inner shape of which can be easily adapted to the respective intended packaging content and designed such that the inner walls in contact with the content have the desired elasticity. The inner walls 11, 12 of the cover 1 and of the lower part 2 are set back to protect against impacts, preferably with respect to the top surface 13 or the edge 6 serving as a standing surface.



   The closed state of the packaging container can be easily recognized by the fact that the two prismatic parts are congruent on top of one another.
