  Verpackung für eine Anzahl Gegenstände wenigstens annähernd gleicher Grösse
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für eine Anzahl Gegenstände wenigstens annähernd gleicher Grösse, mit aus einem einstückigen, Falt- und Schnittlinien aufweisenden Zuschnitt hergestellten Verpackungskörper, der zwei beiderseits einer doppelten Längsmittelwand angeordnete Reihen von je drei oben   aussenseifig    offenen Aufnahmefächern für die Gegenstände aufweist, wobei jeder Reihe ein Bodenlappen zugeordnet ist.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Verpackung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Längsmittelwand durch zwei nach unten umgefaltete Zuschnitteile gebildet ist, dass am unteren Ende jedes Längsmittelwandteils der von diesem Teil   weggefaftete    Bodenlappen vorhanden ist, welcher den inneren Bodenteil der zugehörigen Reihe von Aufnahmefächern bildet, dass vom mittleren Abschnitt der Aussenkante jedes dieser Bodenteile ein weiterer, den äusseren Bodenteil des mittleren Aufnahmefaches bildender Bodenteil weggefaltet ist, an dessen beiden Seiten je eine Seitenwand aufgeklappt und jeweils in einen Einschnitt des zugeordneten Längsmittelwandteils eingesteckt ist, wobei diese beiden Seitenwände das mittlere Aufnahmefach seitlich begrenzen und dass von beiden seitlichen Endes jedes Längsmittelwandteils je ein quer zu demselben stehender Lappen weggefaltet ist,

   der die eine von vier Stirnwänden des Verpackungskörpers bildet und an seiner unteren äusseren Kante einen umgeklappten, entlang einer etwa in Längsrichtung des Verpackungskörpers verlaufenden Faltlinie umgebogenen Lappen trägt, dessen innerer Teil auf dem betreffenden genannten inneren Bodenteil aufliegt und in der benachbarten Seitenwand des mittleren Aufnahmefaches verankert ist, während sein anderer Teil einen äusseren Bodenteil des sich zwischen der von den genannten Lappen gebildeten Stirnwand und der Seitenwand erstreckenden äusseren Aufnahmefaches bildet.



   Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung beschrieben. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Verpackung für Eier, und
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht des Zuschnittes zur Bildung der Verpackung.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein für Eier vorgesehener Verpackungskörper dargestellt, welcher aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt (Fig. 2) hergestellt ist. Der dargestellte Verpackungskörper weist eine doppelte, nach unten umgefaltete Längsmittelwand 1, 1' auf, an deren beiden Seiten je drei in einer Längsreihe angeordnete Aufnahmefächer   2-4    für die Eier vorhanden sind. Da die beiden Reihen von Aufnahmefächern gleich ausgebildet und bezüglich der Längsmittelwand 1, 1' symmetrisch angeordnet sind, wird in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung nur der Aufbau einer solchen Reihe beschrieben. Die entsprechenden Teile der anderen Reihe sind in der Zeichnung mit den gleichen Hinweisziffern bezeichnet. die jedoch mit einem Index' versehen sind.



   Die Aufnahmefächer 2 - 4 sind oben und seitlich offen und weisen einen Boden auf. Der Boden ist mit einem etwa V-förmigen Querschnitt ausgeführt. Die innere Flanke des V-förmigen Bodens aller Aufnahmefächer 2 - 4 einer Reihe ist durch einen am unteren Ende des zugehörigen Längsmittelwandteils 1 weggefalteten Bodenlappen 5 gebildet und erstreckt sich über die ganze Länge des Längsmittelwandteils 1 von der Faltlinie 6 schräg nach unten und aussen. Vom mittleren Abschnitt der Aussenkante 7 des inneren Bodenlappens 5 ist ein weiterer Bodenteil 8 weggefaltet, welcher sich von der Aussenkante 7 schräg nach oben und aussen erstreckt und die äussere Flanke des V-förmigen Bodens des mittleren Aufnahmefaches 3 bildet.



   An beiden Seiten dieses Bodenteils 8 ist je ein Aussenwandteil 9, 10 aufgeklappt. Jeder Aussenwandteil 9, 10 weist an seinem oberen inneren Ende einen nasenförmigen Abschnitt 11 bzw. 12 auf, mittels welchem er in einem in der Längsmittelwand 1, 1' gebildeten Einschnitt 13 bzw. 14 eingesteckt ist. Die beiden auf diese Weise in der Längsmittelwand 1, 1' gehaltenen Aussenwandteile bilden somit aufrechtstehende Querwände, die einerseits das mittlere Aufnahmefach 3 begrenzen, anderseits jeweils die eine Wand der äusseren Aufnahmefächer 2 bzw. 4 bilden.  



   Die andere Wand jedes äusseren Aufnahmefaches 2 bzw. 4 ist jeweils durch einen von den entsprechenden seitlichen Enden 15 bzw. 16 des zugehörigen Längsmittelwandteils 1 bzw. 1' weggefalteten, quer zu denselben stehenden Lappen 17 bzw. 18 gebildet. Jeder Lappen 17 bzw. 18 bildet je eine der vier Stirnwände des Verpakkungskörpers. Die Lappen 17 bzw. 18 sind jeweils entlang zweier Faltlinien 19, 20 bzw. 21, 22, durch welche der Lappen in drei Segmente 17a, b, c, bzw. 18a, b. c aufgeteilt ist, geknickt, so dass die durch die entsprechenden Lappen gebildeten Endwände eine gewölbte Form aufweisen. Am unteren Ende 31 bzw. 32 des äusseren Segments 17c bzw.   1 8c    jedes Lappens ist ein umgeklappter Ansatz 23 bzw. 24 vorhanden, welcher entlang einer etwa in Längsrichtung der Verpackung verlaufenden Faltlinie 25 bzw. 26 geknickt ist.

  Der innere Teil 23a bzw. 24a jedes Ansatzes 23 bzw. 24 liegt auf dem inneren Bodenteil 5 auf. Ein Abschnitt dieses Teils 23a bzw. 24a erstreckt sich unter der Querwand 9 bzw.



  10 hindurch in das mittlere Aufnahmefach 3 hinein und weist dank einem Einschnitt eine Spitze 27 bzw. 28 auf, mittels welcher der Ansatz 23 bzw. 24 in der Querwand 9 bzw. 10 verankert ist. Der andere Teil 23b bzw. 24b jedes Ansatzes 23 bzw. 24 erstreckt sich von der Faltlinie 25 bzw. 26 schräg nach oben und aussen und bildet die äussere Bodenschräge des entsprechenden äusseren Aufnahmefaches 2 bzw. 4.



   Fig. 2 zeigt den Zuschnitt zur Bildung der beschriebenen Verpackung. wobei die Schnittlinien durch ausgezogene Linien, die Faltlinien durch Doppellinien dargestellt sind.



   Die gestrichelte Linie in der Mitte des Zuschnittes zeigt die Faltlinie, entlang welcher die Längsmittelwand umgefaltet ist, wobei zwecks Erleichterung des Umfaltens der Wandteile der Karton entlang dieser Linie perforiert ist. Die einzelnen Teile des Zuschnittes sind mit den gleichen Hinweisziffern versehen, wie die entsprechenden Teile der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Verpackung.



   Wie bereits erwähnt wurde, wird die dargestellte Verpackung zur Aufnahme von Eiern verwendet. Um einen noch besseren Schutz der in den Aufnahmefächern eingesetzten Gegenstände zu bieten, ist es besonders vorteilhaft, den Verpackungskörper mit einer Schrumpffolie (nicht gezeigt) zu umschliessen. Eine in jeder Stirnwand angeordnete Öffnung 29 bzw. 30 ist zur Gewährleistung einer dauernden Belüftung der eingepackten Eier vorgesehen. Selbstverständlich kann die dargestellte Verpackung auch für andere Gegenstände, z.B. Früchte wenigstens annähernd gleicher Grösse, verwendet werden. 

  Die verpackten Gegenstände sind allseitig vor Beschädigungen geschützt und zwar unten durch den rinnenförmig geschrägten Boden, oben durch die Oberkanten der Längsmittelwand, der Querwände und der Stirnwände, an den Längsseiten durch die Aussenkanten der Querwände und der Stirnwände und an den Stirnseiten durch die Faltkanten der gewölbten Stirnwände.

The present invention relates to a packaging for a number of objects of at least approximately the same size, with a packaging body made from a one-piece blank having folding and cut lines, which has two rows of three receptacle compartments for the objects, arranged on both sides of a double longitudinal center wall, each with three outer soaps open at the top a bottom rag is assigned to each row.

   An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawing. It shows:

   In the drawing, a packaging body intended for eggs is shown, which is made from a one-piece blank (FIG. 2). The packaging body shown has a double, downwardly folded longitudinal center wall 1, 1 ', on the two sides of which there are three receiving compartments 2-4 arranged in a longitudinal row for the eggs. Since the two rows of storage compartments are of the same design and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal center wall 1, 1 ', only the structure of such a row is described in the following description. The corresponding parts of the other series are denoted by the same reference numbers in the drawing. but which are provided with an index '.



   The receiving compartments 2-4 are open at the top and sides and have a bottom. The bottom is designed with an approximately V-shaped cross section. The inner flank of the V-shaped bottom of all compartments 2-4 of a row is formed by a bottom flap 5 folded away at the lower end of the associated longitudinal center wall part 1 and extends over the entire length of the longitudinal center wall part 1 from the fold line 6 obliquely downwards and outwards. From the middle section of the outer edge 7 of the inner bottom flap 5, another bottom part 8 is folded away, which extends obliquely upwards and outwards from the outer edge 7 and forms the outer flank of the V-shaped bottom of the middle receiving compartment 3.



   On both sides of this bottom part 8, an outer wall part 9, 10 is opened. Each outer wall part 9, 10 has at its upper inner end a nose-shaped section 11 or 12, by means of which it is inserted into an incision 13 or 14 formed in the longitudinal center wall 1, 1 '. The two outer wall parts held in this way in the longitudinal center wall 1, 1 'thus form upright transverse walls which on the one hand delimit the central receiving compartment 3 and on the other hand each form one wall of the outer receiving compartments 2 and 4, respectively.



   The other wall of each outer receiving compartment 2 or 4 is formed by one of the corresponding lateral ends 15 or 16 of the associated longitudinal center wall part 1 or 1 ', folded away transversely to the same tabs 17 or 18. Each tab 17 or 18 forms one of the four end walls of the packaging body. The tabs 17 and 18 are each along two fold lines 19, 20 and 21, 22, through which the tabs into three segments 17a, b, c, and 18a, b. c is divided, so that the end walls formed by the corresponding tabs have a curved shape. At the lower end 31 or 32 of the outer segment 17c or 18c of each tab there is a folded-over extension 23 or 24 which is kinked along a fold line 25 or 26 running approximately in the longitudinal direction of the packaging.

  The inner part 23a or 24a of each extension 23 or 24 rests on the inner bottom part 5. A section of this part 23a or 24a extends under the transverse wall 9 or



  10 through into the middle receiving compartment 3 and, thanks to an incision, has a tip 27 or 28, by means of which the extension 23 or 24 is anchored in the transverse wall 9 or 10. The other part 23b or 24b of each extension 23 or 24 extends obliquely upwards and outwards from the fold line 25 or 26 and forms the outer bottom slope of the corresponding outer receiving compartment 2 or 4.



   Fig. 2 shows the blank for forming the packaging described. the cutting lines being shown by solid lines, the folding lines by double lines.



   The dashed line in the middle of the blank shows the fold line along which the longitudinal center wall is folded over, the carton being perforated along this line to facilitate the folding over of the wall parts. The individual parts of the blank are provided with the same reference numbers as the corresponding parts of the packaging shown in FIG.



   As already mentioned, the packaging shown is used to hold eggs. In order to offer even better protection of the objects inserted in the receiving compartments, it is particularly advantageous to enclose the packaging body with a shrink film (not shown). An opening 29 or 30 arranged in each end wall is provided to ensure permanent ventilation of the wrapped eggs. Of course, the packaging shown can also be used for other items, e.g. Fruits of at least approximately the same size can be used.

  The packaged objects are protected from damage on all sides, namely at the bottom by the trough-shaped sloping floor, at the top by the upper edges of the longitudinal center wall, the transverse walls and the end walls, on the long sides by the outer edges of the transverse walls and the end walls and on the end sides by the folded edges of the curved ones End walls.

UNDER CLAIMS 1. Packaging according to claim, characterized in that the tabs (17, 18; 17 ', 18') forming the end walls of the packaging body along upwardly striving folding edges (19, 20; 21, 22; 19 ', 20'; 21 ', 22 ') are bent, so that the end walls (17, 17', 18, 18 ') have a curved shape.

Packing according to claim, characterized in that a portion of the inner part (23a; 24a; 23a '; 24a') of said flap (23; 24; 23 '; 24') resting on the inner bottom part (5: 5 ') ) extends under the side wall (9; 10; 9 '; 10') through into the middle receiving compartment (3; 3 ') and a tip (27; 28') engaging behind the side wall (9; 10; 9 '; 10') ; 27 '; 28').
