Description
Wandtafel Die Erfindung betrifft eine mit Kreide oder ähnlichen Schreibmaterialien beschreibbare Wandtafel, die insbe sondere als Schulwandtafel verwendet werden kann.
Schultafeln für den Schulgebrauch werden unter anderem dadurch hergestellt, dass mattierte Glasscheiben mit einer z.B. schwarzen oder grünfarbigen Rückseite versehen werden, oder dass durch Lackieren von furnier ten Wabenkonstruktionen mit entsprechend pigmentier ten Lacken eine mit Kreide beschreibbare Fläche erzeugt wird. Die erste Methode hat den Nachteil einer unnötigen Aufwendigkeit, die andere den einer geringen Lebens dauer.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine technisch einfach herstellbare Wandtafel zu erzeugen, die weitgehend blendfrei auch in der Schrägsicht ist, dennoch aber gut mit Kreide beschreibbar und mit einem trocke nen Lappen zu reinigen ist.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist demgemäss eine mit Kreide beschreibbare Wandtafel, die gekennzeichnet ist durch eine Schreibfläche aus einem Kunststofflaminat mit einer unregelmässig mattierten Oberfläche, wobei etwa jede 3. bis B. Erhebung um etwa 20 bis 80<B>%</B> über die durchschnittliche Höhe der übrigen Erhebungen hinausragt und die Differenz zwischen grösster Höhe und grösster Tiefe der die Mattierung bildenden Erhebungen etwa 5 bis 20 beträgt.
Durch diese besondere neue Art der Mattierung der Oberfläche des Kunststofflaminates wird das einfallende sowie das teilweise vom Hintergrund @ reflektierte Licht stark gestreut, so dass eine weitgehende Blendfreiheit auch in Schrägsicht gegeben ist. Die Wandtafel gemäss der Erfindung lässt sich gut mit Kreide beschreiben und gut mit einem trockenen Lappen reinigen.
Die Herstellung der Wandtafel gemäss der Erfindung kann derart erfolgen, dass ein Kunststofflaminat bzw. ein Schichtpressstoff durch Verpressen von mit Kunstharz getränkten Trägerfolien in an sich bekannter Weise hergestellt wird, wobei das auf der Oberfläche des Laminats aufliegende Pressblech im Sinne der vorliegen den Erfindung mattiert ist, d.h. die Mattierung des Pressbleches kann als Negativ der Mattierung der Lami- natoberfläche gemäss der Erfindung angesprochen wer den.
Die beiliegende Figur ist ein Rauhtiefendiagramm, hergestellt auf dem Profilograph nach Institut Dr. För ster, Reutlingen, im 30-u-Bereich. Dies bedeutet, dass die Breite der Millimeterlinienfläche in der Figur einer tatsächlichen Tiefe von 30 u der gemessenen Oberfläche entspricht.
