Description
Deren Montage erfolgt in bekannter Weise z.
Spriess for buildings The present invention relates to a sprout for buildings, preferably made of metal, with two tubes that can be plugged into one another.
In deeper trenches, an installation must be made to prevent the trench wall from collapsing. One of the most important components of the installation is the sprout. This normally consists of a round timber, sawn off to the exact length, which is installed with a hammer. Instead of wooden sprouts, so-called jib winches are often used. The known spreader winches can be adjusted to any length by means of spindles. However, these spindles have the disadvantage that the threads cannot cope with the rough construction.
The present invention aims to obviate these disadvantages. The inventive Spriess is characterized in that these tubes are provided for mutual fixing by means of a mandrel each with at least one row of holes, and every two rows of holes working together have an identical, mutually different, pitch to the fixable total lengths of the To make Spriesses manifold.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained below with reference to figures. It shows: FIG. 1 a cross section through a dug trench with attached steel spike, FIG. 2 a partial view of the expanded tubes of the steel spike according to FIG.
In the ground 1 a trench 3 is dug, wel cher is supported by floorboards 5 laterally. Along the trench bars 7 or differential carriers 9 are attached laterally, between which in Fig. 1 Darge presented manner at predetermined intervals sprouts 11 are installed. Their assembly takes place in a known manner, for. B. by means of hydraulically actuated th presses, the distance for introducing the sprout between beams 7 or carriers 9 is increased.
The steel shoot 11 comprises an outer tube 13 with a holder 15 for holding onto the longitudinal beam 7 or 9 as well as openings 17, which are evenly arranged with a pitch S along the tube. For insertion into this outer tube 13, an inner tube 19 is provided, at the free end of which a holder 15 or 21 with a support arm 23 is attached.
This support arm 23 comes to lie on the web of the carrier 9, with the support end of the support arm 23 at the level of the axis of the inner tube 19 and thus of the steel ram 11 so that, regardless of the size of the differential carrier, the steel sprue with respect to its longitudinal axis always coincides with the central web of this carrier 9.
The inner tube 19 is also provided with openings 25, a connecting pin 27 attached to a chain 29 being provided for connecting the inner tube 19 and the outer tube 13.
The division of the evenly arranged openings 25 of the inner tube 19 is denoted by Q. It differs slightly from the pitch S of the openings 17 in the outer tube 13, so that, as with a vernier scale, even small, mutual displacements of the two tubes 13 and 19 are sufficient to make two openings 17 and 25 coincide bring. In this way, fine adjustment of the steel profile 11 is possible without the corresponding tubes 13 and 19 being weakened by making correspondingly narrow perforations.
After the hydraulically operated spreading device has been attached, the pipes 13 and 19 are made to coincide with one of their openings 17 and 25 by pressing them together, and the mandrel 27 is then inserted, whereupon the hydraulic spreading device can be removed.
In practice, for pipe diameters of approx. 100 and 85 mm, the divisions Q and S can be, for example, 60 and 70 mm. This division means that at least two openings 17 and 25 of the outer and inner tubes 13 and 19 correspond every 10 mm. This state is shown in FIG. 1 and the position is secured by the connecting pin 27. Of course, a different spacing ratio between the two hole pitches S and Q is also possible, which results in a different gradation of the fineness of adjustment.
It is also possible, instead of one per pipe, to provide two rows of holes, each offset by 90, with a different pitch, in order to further increase the setting gradation.
