Description
Stromzuführungsvorrichtung zu einem beweglichen Stromverbraucher Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Stromzuführungsvorrichtung zu einem längs einer vorge gebenen, geraden Bewegungsbahn hin und her bewegli chen Stromverbraucher von einer relativ dazu feststehen den Stromquelle aus.
Der Stromverbraucher kann beispielsweise der mit den Schreiber ausgerüstete Schlitten eines Koordinato- graphen sein, wobei der Schlitten längs eines Querbalkens in einer Koordinatenrichtung verschiebbar ist und der Querbalken seinerseits längs eines Längsbalkens in der anderen Koordinatenrichtung verschiebbar ist. Man hat bei derartigen Anordnungen bisher den Stromverbrau cher, also z.B. den Schlitten über ein flexibles Kabel zu einem über dem Tisch befestigten Galgen und von dort zur Stromquelle verbunden. Damit wurde aber der Raum über dem Tisch beansprucht, was oft unerwünscht ist.
Es ist auch schon vorgeschlagen worden, den verschiebbaren Schlitten über Gleitkontakte mit blanken Leitern neben der Bewegungsbahn zu verbinden, was aber oft Betriebs störungen verursacht.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass parallel neben der Bewegungsbahn des Stromverbrau chers eine an einer Stelle befestigte Stahlbandschleife ausgebildet ist, welche als Trägerin einer aussen darum herumgelegten und örtlich daran befestigten Bandkabel schleife dient.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in Fig. 1 der Zeichnung halbschematisch dargestellt. Fig.2 zeigt in vergrössertem Massstab einen Aus schnitt des Stahlbandes.
In Fig. 1 ist schematisch eine feststehend zu denkende Stromquelle Q gezeichnet, die über flexible Bandkabel B1, B2 oder auch nur mit einem davon, mit einem Stromverbraucher V zu verbinden ist, der in Richtung der Pfeile P hin und her verschiebbar ist.
Zu diesem Zweck ist an einem feststehenden Block 10 ein Stahlband 1 befestigt, das zu einer in vertikaler Ebene gelegenen und in dieser Ebene parallel zum Stromver braucher V hin und her verschiebbaren Doppel-Schleife geformt ist. Wenn das Stahlband 1 in an sich bekannter Weise ein flachgewölbtes Rillenprofil nach Fig.2 auf weist, ist eine solche Schleife relativ stabil, so dass sie gut als Trägerin von aussen darum herumgelegten Bandka- belschleifen dienlich ist.
Die Bandkabel B1, B2 sind z.B. an wenigen Stellen b mit der Stahlbandschleife 1 verbun den, die am Stromverbraucher V befestigten Enden der Bandkabel B1, B2 bewegen praktisch ohne Hemmung die gebildeten Schleifen und die Stahlbandschleife mit. Mit Vorteil sind diese Schleifen in einem Schacht 2 unterge bracht, der zum Herausführen der beweglichen oberen Bandkabelenden einen Längsschlitz 20 aufweist.
Der Schacht 20 kann seinerseits als beweglicher Stromverbraucher über eine weitere solche Stromversor gung mit einem quer dazu orientierten Schacht in Verbindung stehen.

The power consumer can be, for example, the carriage of a coordinate graph equipped with the recorder, the carriage being displaceable along a transverse bar in one coordinate direction and the transverse bar in turn being displaceable along a longitudinal bar in the other coordinate direction. So far, the power consumer has been used in such arrangements, e.g. the slide is connected via a flexible cable to a boom attached above the table and from there to the power source. But this took up the space above the table, which is often undesirable.
It has also been proposed to connect the sliding carriage via sliding contacts with bare conductors next to the trajectory, but this often causes operational disruptions.
According to the present invention it is provided that parallel to the movement path of the power consumer, a steel band loop is formed which is fastened at one point and which serves as a carrier for a ribbon cable loop that is placed around it and locally fastened to it.
An embodiment of the invention is shown semi-schematically in Fig. 1 of the drawing. 2 shows on an enlarged scale a section of the steel strip.
In Fig. 1, a stationary power source Q is shown schematically, which is to be connected via flexible ribbon cables B1, B2 or only with one of them to a power consumer V, which is displaceable in the direction of the arrows P back and forth.
For this purpose, a steel band 1 is attached to a stationary block 10, which is formed into a vertical plane and in this plane parallel to Stromver consumer V back and forth displaceable double loop. If the steel band 1 has a flat arched groove profile according to FIG. 2 in a manner known per se, such a loop is relatively stable, so that it is useful as a wearer of band cable loops wrapped around it.
The ribbon cables B1, B2 are e.g. in a few places b verbun with the steel belt loop 1, the ends of the ribbon cables B1, B2 attached to the power consumer V move the loops formed and the steel belt loop with practically without inhibition. These loops are advantageously placed in a shaft 2 which has a longitudinal slot 20 for leading out the movable upper ribbon cable ends.
The shaft 20 can in turn be connected as a movable power consumer via a further such Stromversor supply with a shaft oriented transversely thereto.
