Description
Vorgefertigtes Trennwandelement Die Erfindung betrifft ein vorgefertigtes Trennwand- element, mit Hilfe dessen nichttragende Zwischenwände in Bauwerken erstellt werden können. Derartige Trenn wände sollen möglichst geringes Gewicht und Stärke und eine gute, innere Steifigkeit haben, aber gleichzeitig gute schall- und wärmedämmende Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, ein in sich steifes Trennwandelement zu schaffen, welches bei guter Schall- und Wärmedämmung ein geringes Gewicht und geringe Stärke aufweist.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass das Trennwandelement zwei Trägerschichten aus einem mit Hohlräumen versehenen Körper mit auf einer Seite befestigter, vollflächiger Verkleidungsplatte und auf der anderen Seite in einem Abstand voneinander an geordneter Plattenstreifen besitzt, wobei die je mit Plat tenstreifen versehene Seite der zwei Trägerschichten an einer Zwischenschicht aus Isolierstoff befestigt ist, der art, dass die Ansichtsseiten je von einer vollflächigen Verkleidung gebildet sind.
In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Ausführungs formen des Gegenstandes gemäss der Erfindung sche matisch dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines Trennwandelements mit diagonal befestigten Plattenstreifen bei abgenommener Zwischenschicht, Fig.2 eine Ansicht eines Trennwandelements mit senkrecht befestigten Plattenstreifen bei abgenommener Zwischenschicht, Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch ein Trennwandelement mit versetzt angeordneten Plattenstreifen,
Fig.4 einen Schnitt durch ein Trennwandelement mit parallel gegenüberstehenden Plattenstreifen.
Auf einer Trägerschicht 1, die aus einem mit Hohl räumen versehenen Körper, wie beispielsweise Well pappe, besteht, ist auf der einen Seite eine Verkleidungs platte 2, wie zum Beispiel grossformatige Gipskarton platte, befestigt. Auf der anderen Seite der Trägerschicht 1 sind vorzugsweise aus dem gleichen Material wie die Verkleidungsplatte 2 bestehende Plattenstreifen 3a im Abstand a senkrecht oder diagonal angeordnet. Der Ab stand a wird so gewählt, dass eine optimale Öffnung ent steht und trotzdem ein ausreichend statisch wirksamer Plattenquerschnitt erhalten bleibt.
Auf den Plattenstreifen 3a ist eine Zwischenschicht 4 aus Isoliermaterial befestigt, auf der wiederum die Plattenstreifen 3b, welche an einer weiteren Träger schicht 1 befestigt sind, angeordnet sind. Durch die An ordnung der Plattenstreifen 3a, 3b im Abstand a wird die Trennung der bei den bekannten Ausführungen mit innen liegenden vollflächigen Platten vorhandenen drei Lufträume in den Trägerschichten und der Zwischen schicht weitgehend aufgehoben. Es entsteht hierdurch ein lediglich geringfügiger, durch die Plattenstreifen 3a, 3b unterbrochener Luftraum zwischen den beiden äus- seren Verkleidungsplatten 2.
Dieser vergrösserte Luft raum wirkt sich bei leichten Trennwänden auf die Schall dämmung ausserordentlich günstig aus.
Die Plattenstreifen 3a, 3b bei einem derartig zu sammengesetzten Trennwandelement, können entweder gegenüberstehend parallel oder gegenüberstehend ver setzt parallel angeordnet werden.

The object is achieved according to the invention in that the partition element has two carrier layers made of a body provided with cavities with a full-surface cladding panel fastened on one side and a spaced-apart panel strip on the other side, the side of the two each provided with panel strips Carrier layers is attached to an intermediate layer of insulating material, such that the viewing sides are each formed by a full-surface cladding.

On a carrier layer 1, which consists of a body provided with cavities, such as corrugated cardboard, a cladding plate 2, such as large-format plasterboard plate, is attached on one side. On the other side of the carrier layer 1, plate strips 3a consisting of the same material as the cladding plate 2 are arranged vertically or diagonally at a distance a. The distance a is chosen so that an optimal opening is created and a sufficiently statically effective panel cross-section is still retained.
On the plate strip 3a, an intermediate layer 4 of insulating material is attached, on which in turn the plate strips 3b, which are attached to a further carrier layer 1, are arranged. Due to the arrangement of the plate strips 3a, 3b at a distance a, the separation of the three air spaces in the carrier layers and the intermediate layer existing in the known designs with internal full-surface plates is largely eliminated. This results in an only slight air space, interrupted by the panel strips 3a, 3b, between the two outer paneling panels 2.
This enlarged air space has an exceptionally beneficial effect on sound insulation in lightweight partition walls.
The plate strips 3a, 3b in such a composite partition element can be arranged either opposite parallel or opposite ver sets in parallel.
