Description
Kupplung zum lösbaren Verbinden von Hochdruckrohren Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes Nr. 435 888 ist eine Kupplung zum lösbaren Verbinden von runden, glattflä chigen Hochdruckröhren, die je in vorbestimmtem Ab- ,stand von ihren zu verbindenden Endstirnflächen mit einem Ringwulst versehen sind, gegen welche Ringwülste bei geschlossener Kupplung koaxial auf den Röhren verschiebbare Hülsen von aussen her angedrückt werden, mindestens, wenn die Rohrleitung" unter Druck gesetzt wird.
Nach dem Hauptpatent ist die Kupplung erfin dungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülsen zum Halten einer zwischen ihren Innenflächen und den Rohr-Aussenflächen zur Überbrückung der Trennstelle lose eingesetzten zylindrischen Dichtungshülse ausgebil det sind, die in Innen-Nuten eingelegte O-Ringe aus gummielastischem Dichtungsmaterial enthält, welche im Zusammenwirken mit den Rohr-Aussenflächen die Ab dichtung der Rohrverbindung bewirken und dass die genannten Halte-Hülsen zum gegenseitigen lösbaren Ver binden ausgebildet sind.
Es wurden im Hauptpatent Ausführungsformen mit Hülsenteilen beschrieben, die zusammen je eine Um fangsnut zur Aufnahme eines Schliessringes bilden. Ge mäss vorliegender Zusatzerfindung ist eine Kupplung ,dieser Art dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schliessring seinerseits aus zwei Halbringen besteht, die am Aussen umfang zusammen eine Nut zur Aufnahme eines Feder drahtringes bilden, der bestrebt ist, die beiden Halbringe zum Schliessring zu schliessen, aber deren Rufspreizung gegen die Federspannung zulässt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel dieser Art ist in der Zeich nung dargestellt. Es zeigen darin: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht einer geschlossenen Kupplung Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles 11 ,

Die beiden zu verbindenden Hochdruckrohrenden sind mit 11 bzw. 12 bezeichnet.
Die Dichtungshülse 40 mit den beiden eingesetzten Dichtungsringen sowie der Rohrwulst 120 des Rohres 12 sind in Fig. 3 sichtbar. Die Haltehülsen, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die Dichtungs hülse 40 an der Stossstelle der beiden Rohre 11 und 12 zu deren Überbrückung und Abdichtung zu halten, sind mit 22' bzw. 21' bezeichnet. Sie bilden ineinander steckbare Klauen 211' bzw. 221', die an ihren freien Enden mit je einem Kragen 212' bzw. 222' versehen sind. Auf den Innenseiten gegen die zugehörigen Haltehülsen sind die Klauenkragen zur Bildung einer Ringnutflanke und auf der Aussenseite mit einer Konusanschrägung versehen.
In die durch die ausgekehlten Seiten der Klauenkragen nach dem Zusammenstecken der Haltehülsen gebildete Umfangsnut ist ein Schliessring, bestehend aus zwei mit Hilfe einer Schliessfeder 300 vereinigten Halbringen 301, 302, eingesetzt. Die Schliessfeder 300 ist bestrebt, die beiden Schliessring-Halbringe 300, 302 zu einem ge schlossenen Ring zu vereinigen, lässt aber deren Ruf spreizung zum Setzen bzw. zum Öffnen der Kupplung leicht zu. Die Zugkräfte der Haltehülsen werden von den beiden Halbringen aufgenommen, und die Schliessfeder 300 ist so ausgebildet, dass die Stossstellen der Stahlringe nicht an die Stossflanken zwischen den Haltehülsennok- ken zu liegen kommen.

There were described in the main patent embodiments with sleeve parts, which together each form a circumferential groove to receive a locking ring. According to the present additional invention, a coupling of this type is characterized in that the locking ring in turn consists of two half-rings which together form a groove on the outer circumference for receiving a spring wire ring, which strives to close the two half-rings to the locking ring, but their Allow spreading against the spring tension.

The two high-pressure pipe ends to be connected are labeled 11 and 12, respectively.
The sealing sleeve 40 with the two sealing rings used and the tubular bead 120 of the tube 12 can be seen in FIG. 3. The holding sleeves, which are intended to hold the sealing sleeve 40 at the joint between the two tubes 11 and 12 for bridging and sealing them, are denoted by 22 'and 21', respectively. They form claws 211 'and 221' which can be plugged into one another and which are each provided with a collar 212 'and 222' at their free ends. On the inside against the associated holding sleeves, the claw collars are provided to form an annular groove flank and on the outside with a conical bevel.
A locking ring consisting of two half-rings 301, 302 combined with the aid of a locking spring 300 is inserted into the circumferential groove formed by the fluted sides of the claw collars after the holding sleeves have been plugged together. The closing spring 300 strives to unite the two closing ring half-rings 300, 302 to form a closed ring, but allows their call to spread easily to set or to open the clutch. The tensile forces of the holding sleeves are absorbed by the two half-rings, and the closing spring 300 is designed in such a way that the joints of the steel rings do not come to rest on the joint flanks between the retaining sleeve lugs.
