Description

  

      Pikker    für     Unterschlagwebstühle    mit auf der Rückseite des Schützenkastens  angeordnetem Schlagstock    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen     Pikker    für       Unterschlagwebstühle    mit auf der     Rückseite    des Schüt  zenkastens     angeordnetem    Schlagstock und einem     Web-          schützen    mit über die     Auftreffstelle    rückseitig in Achs  richtung hinausragender Spitze.  



       Pikker    für spitzenlose Webschützen sind bei Jute  Webstühlenbekannt     und.    :besitzen keine besondere     Form-          gestaltung.    Die     Pikker    der     Northropwebstühle    sind für  die in der Baumwollweberei bis jetzt     bekannten    und ver  wendeten spitzenlosen Webschützen nicht besonders  geformt und bei Wechselstühlen noch nicht     iangewendet     worden.  



  Die Erfindung hat die Aufgabe, einen     Pikker    zu       schaffen,    der     dadurchgekennzeichnet    ist,     .dass    der     Pikker     zwischen     dem    Mittel- und dem     Unterteil    einen freien  Raum aufweist, 'm     dem    sich jeweils die Spitze des       Websehützens        befindet.     



       Auf    der Zeichnung ist     ;der        Erfindungsgegenstand     in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Es zeigt:       Fig.    1     die        Draufsicht    ;des Schützenkastens und       Pikkers,          Fig.    2 die Seitenansicht des     Pikkers    und       Fig.    3 die Ansicht der     Breitseite    des     Pikkers.     



  Der     Pikker    1 ist auf der     Pikkerstange    2 geführt.  In     dein    Schützenkasten. 4 sitzt der     Webschützen    3.  Der     Webschützen        weist        an    den Enden eine Fläche auf.

    Die     Auftreffstelle    im Unterteil 1' des     Pikkers    besitzt       ebenfalls    eine ebene .Fläche.     Zwischen        Odem    Unterteil 1'  und dem     Mittelteil    des     Pikkers    ist ein freier     Raum    5 in  Form eines     Einschnittes    vorhanden. Der auf der Zeich-         nung        dargestellte        Webschützen    weist     rückseitig        eine          Spitze    mit spitz zulaufendem Ende auf.

   In der     Ruhe-          stellung    des     Webschützens    und     während    des Schlages       befindet    :sich die Spitze in dem Einschnitt 5. Der     Pikker     kann auch an dem Unterteil als     Anschlagstelle    einen.  eingesetzten Stutzen oder Pfropfen aufweisen. Zwischen  diesem und dem Mittelteil des     Pikkers    ist ebenfalls ein  freier Raum.  



  Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin,     @dass    .ins  besondere bei Wechselstühlen beim Wechsel von einem  Webschützen auf einen anderen Webschützen die senk  rechte Hubbewegung des Schützenkastens     ohne    Wider  stand und Reibung erfolgt. Der Schützenwechsel erfor  dert     dadurch        also    .geringere Kraft und die Drucksiche  rung tritt weniger oft in     Tätigkeit.    Die Betriebsdauer  des an und für sich     teueren        Pikkers        wird    verlängert und  :die bekannten     Auffangvorrichtungen    am Hubkasten  wechsel kommen in Wegfall.
