Description
Zellenschleuse
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Zellenschleuse, insbesondere e für Vakuumbehälter, und kann für rieselfähige Güter wie Granulat, Korn, Pulver usw. Verwendung finden. Zweck der Erfindung ist eine Zellenschleuse vorzuschlagen, mittels welcher rieselfähige Güter in einen oder aus einem Vakuum-oder Überdruckbehälter kontinuierlich gebracht werden können.
Die bekannten Zellenschleusen, welche ein Schaufelrad aufweisen, können für trockenes Gut nicht gut verwendet werden, da die Dichtungsflächen einer sehr starken Abnützung unterworfen sind und die präzise Bearbeitung derselben kostspielig ist.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Beseitigung des erwähnten Nachteiles. Die erfindungsgemässe Zellenschleuse für einen Vakuum- oder tSberdruckbe- hälter weist ein in einem mit Ein- und Austrittsöffnung versehenen Gehäuse drehbar gelagertes Schaufelrad auf und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse eine elastische, unter Druck stehende Innenverkleidung besitzt, welche gegen das Schaufelrad gepresst wird. Zweckmässigerweise kann die Innenverkleidung aus einem Gummi- oder Kunststoffüberzug bestehen, welcher in den meisten Fällen genügend elastisch und widerstandsfähig ist, um eine genügende Abdichtung der Zellen zu bewirken.
Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn die Innenverkleidung schlauchförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die beiden Schlauchenden im Bereiche der Ein- und Austrittsöffnung des Gehäuses mit diesem dicht verbunden sind.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes schaubildlich dargestellt.
Die Zellenschleuse weist ein Gehäuse 1 auf, in welchem eine Welle 2 bei 3 drehbar gelagert ist. Die genannte Welle 3 ist mit Schaufeln 4 versehen, welche wie üblich drehfest mit der Welle verbunden sind.
Ferner ist das Gehäuse mit einer Innenverkleidung 5 ausgerüstet, die aus Gummi oder einem elastischen Kunststoff besteht und unter Druck gegen die Kanten 6 der Schaufeln gepresst wird. Zu diesem Zwecke ist das Gehäuse 1 mit einem Anschlussstutzen 7 versehen, welcher in den Zwischenraum zwischen der Gehäusewand und der Innenverkleidung mündet. Wird dieser Raum unter Druck versetzt, so erfolgt ein Anpressen der Innenverkleidung gegen die Kanten der Schaufel, so dass eine gute Abdichtung der Zellen erzielt wird.
Die Innenverkleidung ist schlauchförmig ausgebildet und ist beidenends in Bereiche der Zuführ- und Entnahmeöffnung 8 bzw. 9 des Gehäuses mit diesem fest verbunden, so dass durch die genannten oeffnungen der Zugang zu den Zellen offen bleibt.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Zellenschleuse für Vakuum- oder Oberdruckbehälter, welche Schleuse ein in einem mit Ein- und Austrittsöffnung versehenen Gehäuse drehbar gelagertes Schaufelrad besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, Idass das Gehäuse eine elastische, unter Druck stehende Innenverkleidung aufweist, welche gegen das Schaufelrad gepresst wird.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Zellenschleuse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenverkleidung schlauchförmig ausgebildet ist und beidenends im Bereiche der Einund Austrittsöffnung des Gehäuses mit diesem dicht verbunden ist.
2. Zellenschleuse nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenverkleidung aus einem Gummi-oder Kunststoffüberzug besteht.
3. Zellenschleuse nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse mit einem Anschlussstutzen versehen ist, welcher in den Raum zwischen der Gehäusewand und Innenverkleidung mündet.

Cell lock
The present invention relates to a cell lock, in particular for vacuum containers, and can be used for free-flowing goods such as granulate, grain, powder, etc. The purpose of the invention is to propose a cell lock, by means of which pourable goods can be continuously brought into or out of a vacuum or overpressure container.
The known cell locks, which have a paddle wheel, cannot be used well for dry goods, since the sealing surfaces are subject to very strong wear and the precise machining of the same is expensive.
The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the drawback mentioned. The cell lock according to the invention for a vacuum or overpressure container has a paddle wheel rotatably mounted in a housing provided with inlet and outlet openings and is characterized in that the housing has an elastic, pressurized inner lining which is pressed against the paddle wheel. The inner lining can expediently consist of a rubber or plastic cover, which in most cases is sufficiently elastic and resistant to effect a sufficient seal of the cells.
It is advantageous if the inner lining is designed in the form of a hose, the two hose ends being tightly connected to the housing in the area of the inlet and outlet opening.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown diagrammatically in the accompanying drawing.
The cell lock has a housing 1 in which a shaft 2 is rotatably mounted at 3. Said shaft 3 is provided with blades 4 which, as usual, are non-rotatably connected to the shaft.
Furthermore, the housing is equipped with an inner lining 5, which consists of rubber or an elastic plastic and is pressed under pressure against the edges 6 of the blades. For this purpose, the housing 1 is provided with a connection piece 7, which opens into the space between the housing wall and the inner lining. If this space is put under pressure, the inner lining is pressed against the edges of the blade, so that a good seal of the cells is achieved.
The inner cladding is tubular and is firmly connected to the housing at both ends in areas of the feed and removal opening 8 and 9, so that access to the cells remains open through the openings mentioned.
PATENT CLAIM
Cell lock for vacuum or overpressure containers, which lock has a paddle wheel rotatably mounted in a housing provided with inlet and outlet openings, characterized in that the housing has an elastic, pressurized inner lining which is pressed against the paddle wheel.
SUBCLAIMS
1. Cell lock according to claim, characterized in that the inner lining is tubular and is tightly connected to the housing at both ends in the area of the inlet and outlet opening.
2. Cell lock according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the inner lining consists of a rubber or plastic coating.
3. Cell lock according to claim and dependent claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the housing is provided with a connection piece which opens into the space between the housing wall and the inner lining.
