Description
Flügeldichtungsvorrichtung, insbesondere für Türen und Fenster Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Flügel dichtungsvorrichtung, insbesondere für Türen und Fen ster, mit mindestens einer magnetischen Dichtung aus einem Profil und einem Magnetband.
Als Dichtungsprofile für Türen- und Fensterfähe sind bisher 'Gummi- oder Weich-Polyvinylchlorid-Profile ver wendet worden, welche durch Druck des Flügels auf den Rahmen eine Abdichtung bewirkten.
Bei verzogenen, krummen Flügeln sind solche Ab dichtungen ungenügend.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung wird dieser Mangel dadurch beseitigt, dass das Profil aus einem Befestigungs stück, einem Balg und einer Magnettasche besteht, in welcher das flexible Magnetband lose eingezogen ist.
Das Magnetband bewirkt auch bei krummen Flügel ein vollständiges Abdichten, da der Balg Differenzen z. B. bis 8 mm, überbrücken kann.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Er findung dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 ein Dichtungselement gemäss einer ersten Aus führungsform und die Fig. 2-4 drei weitere Ausführungsformen der Flügel dichtungsvorrichtung mit eingebauten Dichtungselemen ten.
Gemäss Fig. 1 besteht die Dichtung aus einem Befe stigungsstück 1, einem Balg 2, einer Magnettasche 3, einem in die letztere lose eingezogenen flexiblen Magnet band 4 sowie einem nicht dargestellten, in die Bohrung 5 eingeschobenen Rundstab.
Das Befestigungsstück 1 weist einen schwalben- schwanzförmigen Querschnitt auf und sitzt in einer eben falls schwalbenschwanzförmigen Nut des Rahmens oder des Flügels (nicht dargestellt). Beim Einsetzen in die erwähnte Nut können die Teile 6 und 7 des Befestigungs stückes 1 dank der an der Seite 8 offenen Bohrung 5 gegeneinander gedrückt werden. Durch Einführen eines Rundstabes in die Bohrung 5 ist ein unbeabsichtigtes Austreten des Befestigungsstückes 1 aus der Nut verun- möglicht.
Bei geschlossener Tür legt sich das Magnetband 4 (indirekt) an eine der Dichtung gegenüberliegende Eisen zarge (vgl. Fig. 2) an, wobei der Balg 2 entsprechend ausgezogen wird. Die beschriebene Ausführungsform zeichnet sich durch eine einfache Montage und eine zuverlässige Befe stigung der Dichtung aus.
In Fig. 2 bezeichnen 10 den Flügel, 11 eine den Tür falz bildende Eisenzarge und 12 die Dichtung. Diese Ausführungsform unterscheidet sich von derjenigen nach Fig. 1 nur dadurch, dass das Befestigungsstück 13 U- förmig ausgebildet ist. Das Befestigungsstück ist an der abzudichtenden Kante des Türflügels eingenutet.
Gemäss Fig. 3 ist das Befestigungsstück 14 in einer Nut einer Eisenzarge 15 des Rahmens durch Einklem men befestigt, während der in der Tasche lose einge zogene Magnet 16 an einer Eisenkante 17 des Türflügels anliegt.
Bei der letzten Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 4 ist die Türe mit einem Doppelfalz versehen, wobei zwei anhand der Fig. 2 beschriebene Dichtungen 1'8 angeordnet sind, welche einen dichten Hohlraum 19 bilden, um im Türfalz den Schalldurchgang zu dämmen. Bisher wurden zu diesem Zweck mit Filz überzogene Moosgummistreifen verwendet, welche seitlich im Falz und auf der Türfläche angepresst wurden.
Bei allen Ausführungsformen besteht das Profil aus Weich-Polyvinylchlorid.
Die beschriebenen Dichtungen zeichnen sich durch eine grosse Anpassungsfähigkeit aus, so dass auch bei krummen Flügeln eine vollkommene Abdichtung gewähr leistet ist.

With warped, crooked wings, such seals are insufficient.
According to the present invention, this deficiency is eliminated in that the profile consists of a fastening piece, a bellows and a magnetic pocket in which the flexible magnetic tape is loosely drawn.
The magnetic tape causes a complete seal even with curved wings, because the bellows differences z. B. up to 8 mm, can bridge.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. 1 shows a sealing element according to a first embodiment and FIGS. 2-4 three further embodiments of the wing sealing device with built-in sealing elements.
According to Fig. 1, the seal consists of a BEFE stigungsstück 1, a bellows 2, a magnetic pocket 3, a loosely drawn in the latter flexible magnetic tape 4 and a not shown, inserted into the bore 5 round rod.
The fastening piece 1 has a dovetail-shaped cross-section and sits in a dovetail-shaped groove in the frame or the wing (not shown). When inserted into the groove mentioned, the parts 6 and 7 of the fastening piece 1 can be pressed against each other thanks to the hole 5 open on the side 8. By inserting a round rod into the bore 5, an unintentional exit of the fastening piece 1 from the groove is made impossible.
When the door is closed, the magnetic tape 4 (indirectly) against an iron frame opposite the seal (see FIG. 2), the bellows 2 being pulled out accordingly. The embodiment described is characterized by simple assembly and reliable fastening of the seal.
In Fig. 2, 10 denotes the wing, 11 an iron frame forming the door rebate and 12 the seal. This embodiment differs from that according to FIG. 1 only in that the fastening piece 13 is U-shaped. The fastening piece is grooved on the edge of the door leaf to be sealed.
According to Fig. 3, the fastening piece 14 is fastened in a groove of an iron frame 15 of the frame by pinching, while the magnet 16 loosely drawn in the pocket rests on an iron edge 17 of the door leaf.
In the last embodiment according to FIG. 4, the door is provided with a double rebate, two seals 1'8, described with reference to FIG. 2, being arranged which form a tight cavity 19 in order to insulate the passage of sound in the door rebate. So far, felt-coated foam rubber strips have been used for this purpose, which were pressed laterally in the rebate and on the door surface.
In all embodiments, the profile consists of soft polyvinyl chloride.
The seals described are characterized by great adaptability, so that a perfect seal is guaranteed even with crooked wings.
