Description
Vorrichtung zum Abblasen des Schleifstaubes von Schleifkörpern, insbesondere Schleifbändern Gegenstand oder Erfindung bildet eine Vorrich tung zum Abblasen des Schleifstaubes von Schleif körpern, insbesondere Schleifbändern, bei welcher erfindungsgemäss eine Düse eine über die Breite des Schleifkörpers sich erstreckende Reihe von Düsen öffnungen aufweist und in Querrichtung hin- und her beweglich ist,
um bei geringem Verbrauch von aus den Düsenöffnungen austretendem .Blasmittel die gare Schleiffläche gleichmässig zu bestreichen. Mit tels dieser Vorrichtung kann die Griffigkeit und Standzeit von Schleifkörpern bzw. ,Schleifbändern um mindestens 50 Prozent erhöht werden, so dass sich eine entsprechende Erhöhung der Schleifleistung er gibt.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel .des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Vorderansicht oder Vorrichtung und Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht derselben.
An einer senkrechten Tragstange 1 ist ein rohr förmiger Teil 2 wes Tragarmes 2, 3 senkrecht verstellbar angeordnet. Über den im Querschnitt rechteckigen Ausleger 3 des Tragarmes 2, 3 ist ein Rohrteil 4 geschoben und mittels Schraube 5 seitlich verstellbar festgelegt. Mit dem Rohrteil 4 besteht eine Halteplatte 6 aus einem Stück,
@an welcher Platte 6 mittels Schrauben 7 das Gehäusedes Druck- luftmotors 8 befestigt ist. Am hin und her bewegE- chen Teil 9 des Druckluftmotors 8 ist mittels Schrau ben 10 der Mittelteil 11 einer Düse befestigt, welche ein beidenends abgeschlossenes Rohr 12 mit einer Reihe von Düsenöffnungen 13 :aufweist.
Das Rohr 12 ist quer zu dem abzublasenden Schleifband 14 angeordnet, das sich in Richtung des Pfeiles 15 bewegt. Von dem Rohr 12 verläuft eine .Schlauch- leitung 16 zu einem A.nschlussstutzen 17, von wel- chem ferner eine Rohrleitung 18 zum Motor 8 führt.
An den Anschlussstutzen 17 ist eine Druck luftquelle anschliessbar. Wenn im Betrieb der Stutzen 17 an die nicht :gezeigte DruckhLftquelle angeschlos- sen ist,
fliesst vom Stutzen 17 durch die Schlauch- Ieitung 16 Druckluft zum Düsenrohr 12 und wird durch die Öffnungen 13 gleichmässig herausgeblasen. Gleichzeitig wird durch idie Leitung 18 Druckluft in den Motor 8 .geleitet,
dessen Teil 9 hin und her geschwuggen wird und hierbei Idas Düsenrohr 12 mitnimmt, iso @dass die laus .den Öffnungen 13 aus- tretenden .Düsenstrahlen ,die ganze Breite des Schleif- tandes 14 gleichmässig und lückenlos bestreichen.
Dadurch kann bei verhältnismässig geringem Ver brauch ;an Druckluft ein einwandfreies Abblasen des Schleifstaubes vom Schleifband -erreicht werden. Die Griffigkeit und Standzeit,des Schleifbandes und damit dessen Schleifleistung kann daher um mindestens 50 % erhöht werden.
Mittels oder beschriebenen Vorrichtung kann statt einem ,Schleifband in gleicher Weiseauch eine Schleif- @scheiibie abgeblasen werden.

On a vertical support rod 1, a tubular part 2 wes support arm 2, 3 is arranged vertically adjustable. A tubular part 4 is pushed over the bracket 3 of the support arm 2, 3, which is rectangular in cross section, and is fixed laterally adjustable by means of a screw 5. @ to which plate 6 the housing of the compressed air motor 8 is fastened by means of screws 7. On the back and forth moving part 9 of the compressed air motor 8, the middle part 11 of a nozzle is fastened by means of screws 10, which nozzle has a tube 12 closed at both ends with a row of nozzle openings 13 :.
The tube 12 is arranged transversely to the abrasive belt 14 to be blown off, which moves in the direction of the arrow 15. A hose line 16 runs from the pipe 12 to a connecting piece 17, from which a pipe 18 also leads to the motor 8.
A compressed air source can be connected to the connecting piece 17. If the nozzle 17 is connected to the not shown compressed air source during operation,
compressed air flows from the nozzle 17 through the hose line 16 to the nozzle tube 12 and is blown out evenly through the openings 13. At the same time compressed air is fed into the motor 8 through the line 18,
the part 9 of which is swung back and forth, taking Idas nozzle tube 12 with it, iso @that the lousy .jets exiting the openings 13 cover the entire width of the sanding area 14 evenly and without gaps.
As a result, the sanding dust can be perfectly blown off the sanding belt with relatively little consumption of compressed air. The grip and service life of the sanding belt and thus its sanding performance can therefore be increased by at least 50%.
Instead of a sanding belt, a sanding disc can be blown off in the same way by means of or described device.
