Description
On remue bien, puis on laisse décanter 24 heures.

The process which is the subject of the present invention is characterized in that a cupric salt is reacted with a reducing agent and in the presence of an iodide, so as to precipitate cuprous iodide, in that this is mixed. freshly precipitated iodide with manganese, cobalt and zinc salts and gelatin,
in that this mixture is treated with ammonia so as to obtain colloidal hydroxides of manganese, cobalt and zinc, the product thus obtained being added to orotic acid, lysozyme, vitamins A, C , D3, B3 and Bic, choline and an iron salt.
The freshly precipitated cuprous iodide can also be mixed with brewer's yeast, before treatment with ammonia. It is advantageous to dry the product resulting from the ammonia treatment before adding to it orotic acid, lysozyme, said vitamins, choline and iron salt.
The product thus obtained may be in the form of powder or tablets. It is intended either to be incorporated into food preparations such as children's food, soups in sachets, or to be added to food directly before consumption, or to be absorbed as such in the form of tablets,
before or during a meal. It improves the assimilation of food by the people who consume it, in particular by children and the elderly; it is also useful for athletes and in general for all people called upon to provide a physical effort.
In children, it stimulates growth, in old people, it restores vitality. For athletes, it is to be taken during training periods. The method of the invention of m am can be carried out,
'era that the product obtained additionally contains the following components:
at least one vitamin of the B complex (such as vitamins Bi, B2, PP (mcotflnic acid), d-pantomhenic acid and its salts, meso-inositol, p-amno-benzdic acid and its salts), vitamin K,
a salt of at least one of the metals: calcium, magnesium, molybdenum and selenium, phosphorus and / or sulfur in the form of anions.
The copper contained in the product may be cuprous copper and be combined there with iodine in the form of Cul ,. The constituents indicated so far can be mixed with at least one material acting as a support, such as for example brewer's yeast,
gelatin, skimmed milk powder, dried fruit pomace, cereal flour. Here is, by way of example, how the method of the invention can be carried out:
a) 1 kg of copper sulfate (CuS04.5H20) is dissolved in 5 to 6 liters of hot water; 1 kg of sodium thiosulfate (Na2S203.5H20) in crystals is added to this solution while stirring, so as to obtain a fine precipitate. When the thiosulfate is completely dissolved,
800g of potassium iodide dissolved beforehand in 2 liters of water are added. Stir well, then let settle for 24 hours. We get about lkg of extremely thin Ciz2I2.
This is separated from the supernatant liquid by aspiration of the latter. The Cu2I2 is washed twice by decantation with 5 to 6 titers of water.
The wet precipitate of Cu2I2 is suspended in 4 liters of hot water and the whole is poured into 2,500 kg of MnSO4. H20 kg 0.300 of CoS04.7H20, and kg 0.400 of ZnS04.7H20.
The mixture is stirred to dissolve these salts and then 3 kg of brewer's yeast and 1 kg of edible gelatin are added. Stir for about 1/2 hour and add 1 liter of concentrated ammonia. When the mass is homogeneous, it is kneaded with 7 kg of lime carbonate. It is then dried in the oven at 70o C.
The dry product is then mixed with 1 / s liter of edible oil (rapeseed, peanuts, etc.), in order to prevent it from being too dusty, then we l e grind. The grinding is carried out either with a ball mill or with a hammer mill,
then the product is sieved with a grid the holes of which are 0.125 mm in diameter.
b) A mixture of the following constituents is also prepared
