Description
Rohrwärmeaustauscher, bei welchem die Rohre in Rohrböden elastisch befestigt sind Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rohrwärme- austauscher, bei welchem die Rohre in Rohrböden elastisch befestigt sind.
Wärmeaustauscher für ortsfeste Anlagen sind bereits in verschiedenen Varianten bekannt und er füllen die an sie gestellten Forderungen weitgehend. Bei Wärmeaustauschem für Gasturbinen entstehen jedoch zusätzliche Schwierigkeiten, indem diese Wärmeaustauscher sehr unterschiedlichen thermi- sehen Belastungen unterliegen.
Schwierig ist insbeson dere die Befestigung von dünnwandigen Wärme#- austauschrohren an massiven Wärmeaustauschböden, an welche bedeutende Festigkeitsansprüche gestellt werden und wobei letztere eine vergleichsweise grosse thennische Trägheit aufweisen und sich bei Bela stungsänderungen nur langsam den geänderten Tem peraturen anpassen. Dies verursacht häufig Störun gen an solchen Wärmeaustauschern bei unterschied licher Belastung.
Die angeführten Nachteile werden durch die vor liegende Erfindung beseitigt. Diese ist dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass jeder Boden um die Öffnung für den Einsatz des betreffenden Wärmeaustauschrohres herum zu einem Stutzen verlängert ist, wobei das Wärmeaustauschrohr derart in die Öffnung eingesetzt ist, dass zwischen dem Boden mit dem Stutzen und dem Wärmeaustauschrohr ein Ringraum für die Wärmeabschirmung des in den Rohrboden hinein ragenden Teiles des Wärmeaustauschrohres gegen über dem Boden entsteht.
Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen standes sind in der Zeichnung veranschaulicht.
Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 zeigen<B>je</B> einen Längsschnitt durch die elastische Befestigung der Wärmeaustauschrohre im Rohrboden eines Wärme#austauschers bei ver- schiedener Ausführung der Enden der Wärmeaus- tauschrohre.
Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, ist jedes Wärmeaustauschrohr <B>1</B> in der betreffen-den Öffnung des Rohrbodens<B>3</B> des Wärmeaustauschers mit Spiel eingesetzt, wobei im so entstandenen Ringraum sich stagnierendes Gas befindet, so dass eine Wärmeab schirmung zwischen dem in den Rohrboden<B>3</B> hinein ragenden Teil des Rohres<B>1</B> und dem Rohrboden<B>3</B> entsteht. Aus dem Rohrboden<B>3</B> des Wärmeaus- tauschers ist für jedes Rohr<B>1</B> ein Stutzen 2 heraus gearbeitet, an welchen das Wärmeaustauschrohr <B>1</B> angeschweisst ist.
Auf diese Weise wird die Länge des den vorerwähnten Rohrteil wärmeabschirmenden Ringraumes vergrössert. Der Rohrboden<B>3</B> ändert seine Temperatur infolge seiner beträchtlichen Masse nur langsam im Gegensatz zu den Rohren<B>1.</B> Durch die vorbeschriebene elastische Befestigung der Wärmeaustauschrohre <B>1</B> im Rohrboden<B>3,</B> indem erstere nur an der Schweissstelle mit dem Rohrboden <B>3</B> in Berührung stehen, können die Wärmespannungen in diesen beiden Teilen unter den zulässigen Wert bei sich beliebig ändernder Wännebelastung des Wärme- austauschers gehalten werden.

Heat exchangers for stationary systems are already known in various versions and they largely meet the demands placed on them. In the case of heat exchangers for gas turbines, however, additional difficulties arise in that these heat exchangers are subject to very different thermal loads.
In particular, it is difficult to attach thin-walled heat exchange tubes to massive heat exchange floors, which are subject to significant strength requirements and where the latter have a comparatively high thermal inertia and only slowly adapt to the changed temperatures when the load changes. This often causes Störun conditions on such heat exchangers with different loads.
The stated disadvantages are eliminated by the present invention. This is characterized in that each base around the opening for the use of the relevant heat exchange tube is extended to form a socket, the heat exchange tube being inserted into the opening in such a way that an annular space for heat shielding between the base with the socket and the heat exchange tube of the part of the heat exchange tube protruding into the tube sheet is produced above the base.
Two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated in the drawing.
FIGS. 1 and 2 each show a longitudinal section through the elastic fastening of the heat exchange tubes in the tube sheet of a heat exchanger with different designs of the ends of the heat exchange tubes.
As can be seen from the drawing, each heat exchange tube <B> 1 </B> is inserted with play in the relevant opening of the tube sheet <B> 3 </B> of the heat exchanger, with stagnant gas being located in the annular space thus created, so that a heat shield is created between that part of the tube <B> 1 </B> protruding into the tube sheet <B> 3 </B> and the tube sheet <B> 3 </B>. From the tube sheet <B> 3 </B> of the heat exchanger, a connecting piece 2 is made for each tube <B> 1 </B>, to which the heat exchange tube <B> 1 </B> is welded.
In this way, the length of the annular space which heat-shields the aforementioned tubular part is increased. The tube sheet <B> 3 </B> changes its temperature only slowly as a result of its considerable mass in contrast to the tubes <B> 1. </B> Due to the above-described elastic fastening of the heat exchange tubes <B> 1 </B> in the tube sheet <B> 3 </B> because the former are only in contact with the tube sheet <B> 3 </B> at the weld point, the thermal stresses in these two parts can fall below the permissible value with any change in the heat load on the heat exchanger being held.
