Description

  

      Vorrichtung    für die     Schalldämmung    an     Pressluft-Hänlmern       Gegenstand des     Erfindung        ist    eine Vorrichtung  für die     Schalldämmung    an, insbesondere bereits     im     Gebrauch stehenden,     Presslufthämmern.     



       Im    folgenden ist an Hand der     Zeichnung    ein       Ausführungsbeispiel    der     erfindungsgemässen    Vor  richtung beschrieben.  



  Es zeigt     Fig.    1     einen        Presslufthammer    in der An  sicht und den     Schalldämm-Mantel    im     Längsschnitt.     Der     Presslufthammer    1 ist     mit    einem röhren  förmigen Mantel 2 überzogen welcher von unterhalb  des     Handgriffes    3 bis unterhalb der     Sperrklinke    4  reicht. Der Mantel 2 besteht aus einem kunststoff  beschichteten äusseren Gewebe 6.

   Die     Mantel-In-          nenseite    ist zur     Schalldämmung        mit    einem     Schaum-          Kunststoff    6 ausgefüttert. An beiden Enden ist der  Mantel 2 mit einem Hohlsaum 7 zur Aufnahme eines       Schnurzuges    8     -I-    9 versehen. Der obere     Schnurzug     8 dient zur Befestigung des Mantels am     Hammer,          während    der untere     Schnurzug    9 nur soweit angezo  gen wird, dass die Abluft     ungehindert    nach unten  austreten kann.

      Mit der beschriebenen Vorrichtung wurde     eine          wirksame        Schalldämmung    erzielt wie praktische Ver  suche und Messungen gezeigt haben.

  It shows Fig. 1 a jackhammer in the view and the soundproof jacket in longitudinal section. The jackhammer 1 is covered with a tubular jacket 2 which extends from below the handle 3 to below the pawl 4. The jacket 2 consists of a plastic-coated outer fabric 6.

   The inside of the jacket is lined with a plastic foam 6 for sound insulation. At both ends, the jacket 2 is provided with a hemstitch 7 for receiving a pull cord 8 -I- 9. The upper pull cord 8 is used to attach the jacket to the hammer, while the lower pull cord 9 is only attracted to the extent that the exhaust air can escape downwards unhindered.

      Effective sound insulation was achieved with the device described, as has been shown in practical tests and measurements.

PATENTANSPRUCH Vorrichtung zur Schalldämmung an Pressluft- hämmern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Press- lufthammer mit- einem röhrenförmigen Mantel über zogen ist, welcher an einem Ende mit einer Vor richtung zur Befestigung des Mantels am Pressluft- hämmer und am anderen Ende eine Vorrichtung zur Drosselung der Abluft aufweist.
