Description

  

  Procédé pour l'obtention d'un     dispositif        guide-barre    pour     machine-outil     et dispositif     guide-barre    pour     machine-outil    obtenu par ce procédé    La présente invention comprend un pro  cédé pour l'obtention d'un dispositif     guide-          barre    pour machine-outil, comprenant un     tube-          guide    à section droite en forme de 8, et un  dispositif guide-barre pour machine-outil ob  tenu par ce procédé.

   Le procédé est caractérisé  par le fait que, pour l'obtention de ce     tube-          guide,    on part d'un tube à section droite ronde,  le transforme en un tube à section droite oblon  gue, place à l'intérieur de celui-ci, à chacune  des extrémités du grand diamètre de cette sec  tion oblongue, une barre ronde de la longueur  du tube, puis rapproche mécaniquement les  deux     parties    en regard du tube qui se trouvent  entre les barres.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif  guide-barre que comprend l'invention, et illus  tre le procédé pour son obtention, constituant  une mise en     aeuvre    du procédé que comprend  aussi l'invention.    La     fig.    1 est une section longitudinale de  ladite forme d'exécution du dispositif.  



  La     fig.    2 est une coupe par<I>I1-11</I> de la       fig.    l .  



  Les     fig.    3 à 6 concernent ladite mise en       aeuvre    du procédé.  



  Le dispositif représenté comprend un tube  intérieur 1 à section droite en forme de 8, en-         touré    par un tube extérieur 2, l'espace entre     ces     deux tubes étant rempli d'une matière amor  tissant les sons. Dans le canal inférieur du tube  1 est disposée une barre A destinée à alimenter  une machine-outil, par exemple un tour à dé  colleter ; dans le canal supérieur est disposé un  câble de traction<I>B</I> relié à la barre<I>A</I> et per  mettant de déplacer longitudinalement celle-ci.  



  D'habitude, le tube 1 est formé de deux  tubes ronds présentant l'un et l'autre une fente  longitudinale. Ces deux tubes sont juxtaposés,  leurs fentes en regard ; après quoi les lèvres de  l'une des fentes sont soudées à celles de l'autre.  Ce travail est compliqué, délicat et exige, une  fois qu'il est terminé, un nettoyage complet du  tube.  



  D'après la mise en     oeuvre    du procédé illus  trée aux     fig.    4 à 6, ce tube est obtenu sans  soudure de la façon suivante : on part d'un  tube à section droite ronde 3, on le transforme,  par étirage par exemple, en un tube à section  droite oblongue 4 ; puis on place à l'intérieur  du tube, aux deux extrémités du grand dia  mètre de cette section oblongue, deux barres  rondes 5 s'étendant sur toute la longueur du  tube; après quoi, au moyen de poinçons 6,  commandés par des presses (ou au moyen de  roulettes), on rapproche les parties 7 en regard  du tube et se trouvant entre les deux barres,      le tube se déplaçant longitudinalement entre  les poinçons.

  The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the bar guide device that the invention comprises, and illustrates the process for obtaining it, constituting an implementation of the process that also includes the invention. Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of said embodiment of the device.



  Fig. 2 is a section through <I> I1-11 </I> of FIG. l.



  Figs. 3 to 6 relate to said implementation of the process.



  The device shown comprises an inner tube 1 with a straight section in the form of 8, surrounded by an outer tube 2, the space between these two tubes being filled with a sound-absorbing material. In the lower channel of the tube 1 is arranged a bar A intended to supply a machine tool, for example a collating lathe; in the upper channel is placed a traction cable <I> B </I> connected to the bar <I> A </I> and allowing the latter to be moved longitudinally.



  Usually, the tube 1 is formed of two round tubes each having a longitudinal slot. These two tubes are juxtaposed, their slits facing each other; after which the lips of one of the slits are welded to those of the other. This work is complicated, delicate and requires, once completed, a complete cleaning of the tube.



  According to the implementation of the process illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6, this tube is obtained without welding as follows: starting from a tube with a round cross section 3, it is transformed, by drawing for example, into a tube with an oblong cross section 4; then placed inside the tube, at both ends of the large diameter of this oblong section, two round bars 5 extending over the entire length of the tube; after which, by means of punches 6, controlled by presses (or by means of rollers), the parts 7 facing the tube and located between the two bars are brought together, the tube moving longitudinally between the punches.
