  Erdhalter.



   In steilem Gelände ist das Pflanzen von   Xewäehsen    oft schwierig, weil die Erde leicht von den Wurzeln wegfällt oder durch Regen und   Begiessung    weggeschwemmt wird.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, diese Nachteile dadurch zu beheben, dass ein in die Erde   einzusteekender    Schild vorgesehen ist,   zweeks    Bildung einer horizontalen, zum Pflanzen von Gewächsen in steilem   Gel#nde    be  stimmten    Pflanzstelle und zwecks   Erschwe-      rung des Herunterfallens    bzw. Wegschwemmens von Erdreich.



   Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung in mehreren Formen beispielsweise dargestellt.



   Fig.   1    zeigt einen in der Erde eingesteekten Erdhalter in Form eines Schildes i mit Pflanze p im Schnitt.



   Fig. 2 zeigt den Aufriss,
Fig. 3 den zugehörigen Grundriss eines kleinen   schildförmigen    Erdhalters mit kreisbogenförmigem Querschnitt. Die strichpunktierten Linien a deuten den zum   gleichschenk-    ligen Dreieck abgewickelten Erdhalter an.



   Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen, analog Fig. 2 und 3, einen schildförmigen Erdhalter mittlerer   Grosse im Auf-bzw. Grundriss,    dessen Abwicklung ein gleichschenkliges Dreieck mit parallel zu seiner   H#he    abgeschnittenen obern Ecken ist, so dass der obere Teil des Erdhalters einen Teil eines hohlen Kreiszylinders bildet zum   Zweeke,    die Erde auch seitlich gut zu halten. Am Erdhalter ist in seiner Mitte ein Pfahl c befestigt
Fig. 6 und   7    zeigen, analog zu den Fig. 2, 3 bzw. 4,5, im Auf-und Grundriss einen gro ssen schildförmigen Erdhalter, an welchem mehrere Pfähle f,   g,    h befestigt sind. Die obern Enden des Erdhalters sind hier   zurück-    gebogen.



   Fig. 8 zeigt im Grundriss einen schildförmigen Erdhalter von   V-förmigem    Querschnitt und
Fig. 9, ebenfalls im Grundriss, einen sol  chen von U-förmigem Querschnitt.   



   Alle diese Formen von Erdhaltern können Verstärkungswülste oder-rippen aufweisen.



     F#r    den Erdhalter wird zweckmässig nichtrostendes Eisenblech, wie z. B. verzinntes, verzinktes, eadmiertes oder lackiertes Eisenblech, verwendet. Er kann aber auch aus einem Metall wie Zink, Messing, Kupfer, Aluminium oder aus einem   Kvmststoff    bestehen.



  Der Erdhalter kann in verschiedenen Grössen   f#r    kleine und grössere Pflanzen sowie   f#r    Sträucher und Bäume hergestellt werden.



   Mit dem beschriebenen Erdhalter wird sowohl die Bildung einer horizontalen, zum Pflanzen von Gewächsen in steilem Gelände bestimmten   Pflanzstelle    als auch die Erschwerung des Herunterfallens   bzw. Wegschwem-    mens von Erdreich bezweckt.

   Planting Xewäehsen is often difficult in steep terrain because the soil easily falls away from the roots or is washed away by rain and watering.



   The present invention aims to remedy these disadvantages by providing a shield to be stuck into the earth to form a horizontal planting site intended for planting plants in steep terrain and to make it more difficult for soil to fall or wash away .

   Fig. 1 shows an earth holder embedded in the earth in the form of a shield i with plant p in section.

   4 and 5 show, analogously to FIGS. 2 and 3, a shield-shaped earth holder of medium size in the open or. Ground plan, the development of which is an isosceles triangle with upper corners cut off parallel to its height, so that the upper part of the earth holder forms part of a hollow circular cylinder for the purpose of holding the earth well laterally. FIGS. 6 and 7 show, analogously to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, 5, in plan and floor plan a large shield-shaped earth holder, to which several posts f, g, h are attached. The upper ends of the earth holder are bent back here.



   Fig. 8 shows in plan a shield-shaped earth holder of V-shaped cross-section and
Fig. 9, also in plan, a sol chen of U-shaped cross-section.



   All of these forms of earth holders can have reinforcing beads or ribs.



     For the earth holder, it is advisable to use stainless steel sheet, such as B. tinned, galvanized, eadmosed or painted sheet iron is used. But it can also consist of a metal such as zinc, brass, copper, aluminum or a plastic.



  The earth holder can be made in different sizes for small and large plants as well as for bushes and trees.



   The purpose of the earth holder described is to create a horizontal planting site intended for planting plants in steep terrain and to make it more difficult for soil to fall down or be washed away.

PATENT CLAIM: Earth holder, characterized by a shield to be stuck into the earth for the purpose of forming a horizontal planting site intended for planting plants in steep terrain and for the purpose of making it more difficult for the earth to fall or wash away.

SUBCLAIMS: 1. Earth holder according to claim, characterized in that the shield is made of metal.

2. Earth holder according to patent claim, characterized in that the shield consists of bent iron sheet provided with a rust-protecting coating.

3. Earth holder according to claim, characterized in that the shield is made of plastic.

4. Earth holder according to claim, characterized in that the shield has reinforcing ribs.

5. Earth holder according to patent claim, characterized in that the shield has reinforcing beads.

6. Erdhalter according to patent claim, characterized in that the shield in the settlement is a triangular triangle.
