Description
Werkstück-Anschlag- und -Führungseinrichtung an Kehlmaschinen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung der Werkstück-Anschlag- und -Führungseinrichtung an Kehlmaschinen nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass ein Halteorgan aus Leichtmetall an einer gegen das Fräswerkzeug zu gerichteten Fläche eine Unterbrechung für den Durchtritt des Fräs- werkzeuges aufweist und beiderseits dieser Unterbrechung vertikale, nach vorn offene Nuten enthält, und dass mindestens ein Fe- < lern aufweisendes Element vorgesehen ist,
das zur mindestens teilweisen Überbrückung der Unterbrechung, zur Bildung einer Füh rung und eines Anschlages. für das Werkstück mit den Federn in die Nuten von oben ein- gesehoben und festgeklemmt werden kann, so dass es an der Vorderseite des Halteorgans liegt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht darin, dass mindestens ein zusätzliches, unabhängig von einem. eine Führung und einen Anschlag für das Werkstück zu bilden bestimmten Ele ment am gleichen Halteorgan über Halteele mente einstellbar angeordnetes Schutzholz vorgesehen ist, welches dem Werkstück un mittelbar bei der Bearbeitungsstelle Führung gibt.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind ver schiedene Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfin dungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen Fig.1 und 2 im Seiten- und im Grundriss eine Einrichtung an einer Kehlmaschine für geraden Werkstückanschlag und -führung und Fig. 3 und 4 im Seiten- und im Grundriss eine Einrichtung für geschweiften Werkstück anschlag und -Führung.
Bei den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispie len ist 1 der Kehlmaschinentisch mit der Be festigungsnute 1', 2 die Abdeckung für die Durchtrittsöffnung des Tisches für die verti kale Fräserwelle 4 mit dem Fräskopf 5 mit den auswechselbaren Fräsmessern 6.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 bilden zwei auf dem Tisch befestigte Leichtmetallplatten 9 und 9' das Halteorgan und zugleich einen geraden Anschlag und eine Führung für das Werk stück 18, mit der Unterbrechung für den Durchtritt des Fräswerkzeuges 5. Die Platten 9 und 9' weisen an der Unterbrechung Ab sätze auf, in denen die vertikalen, nach vorn offenen Nuten 10 angebracht sind, in denen Überbrückungselemente für die Unterbre chung mit ihren von oben in die Nuten ein zuschiebenden Federn verklemmt werden kön nen, zur Ergänzung des Anschlages und der Führung an der Vorderseite der Platten.
In den Nuten ist ebenfalls mittels Federn ver klemmt der Halter 33 eingesetzt, der Träger von Führungsbolzen 34 ist, auf denen zwei Klemmplatten 35 und 35' mittels einer Schraube 38 angeklemmt sind. Ferner ist an, der Klemmplatte 35' eine Blattfeder 36 be festigt, die ihrerseits mit einem Schutzholz 37 verbunden ist. Das Schutzholz 37 dient neben dem Schutze des Arbeiters der oberseitigen Führung des zu fräsenden Werkstückes un mittelbar bei der Bearbeitungsstelle und kann am Halteorgan durch Verstellung des Halters 33 in den Nuten 10 in der Höhe und durch Verstellung des Plattenpaares 35 auf dem Bolzen 34 im Abstand von der Fräsachse 4 entsprechend dem zu bearbeitenden Werk-. stück 18 eingestellt werden.
Für die seitliche Führung des zu bearbei tenden Werkstückes 18 an der dem Halte organ abgekehrten Seite ist ein weiteres Schutzholz 2'7' angebracht, und zwar entspre chend über Blattfeder 36, Klemmplatten 35, 35' und Führungsrohre 34, die von Schienen 40 und 40' getragen werden, die mittels Bol zen 41, welche in der Tischnut 1' gehalten sind, auf dem Tisch verschiebbar befestigt sind. Auch dieses Schutzholz kann durch Ver schieben der Klemmplatten auf den Rohren 34 entsprechend dem Werkstück 18 bezüglich der Fräserwelle eingestellt werden.
In den Fig. 3 und 4 sind die die Nuten 1.0 aufweisenden Platten durch einen Support 24 ersetzt, der aus Leichtmetall besteht und zur Bildung der Unterbrechung für den Durchtritt, des Fräswerkzeuges 5 einen von seinen Endteilen 7, 7' mit den Nuten bügel- förmig nach hinten ragenden Mittelteil auf weist. Wiederum mittels Federn sind zur Überbrückung der Unterbrechung zwei Paar Halter 13 mit Anschlag- und Führungsele menten in den- Nuten 10 der Endteile 7 be festigt. Mittels dem eine am Halteorgan 24 sitzende Achse lagernden Bock 26, der mit tels der Bolzen 28 in der Tischnut 1' fest geklemmt ist, ist das Halteorgan 24 verstell bar bezüglich der Fräswelle 4 auf dem Ma schinentisch befestigt.
Die an den Haltern 13 befestigten, einen geschweiften Anschlag und eine Führung für das Werkstück bildenden Elemente 29 weisen eine Bohrung 29' für die Fräswerkzeugwelle auf.
Zur weiteren Führung des Werkstückes 18 unmittelbar bei der Bearbeitungsstelle ist auf am Halteorgan 24 mittels in seine Nuten eingeführten Federn festgeklemmten Haltern 13' das Halteelement 42 angebracht, das sei nerseits Träger eines auf seiner Unterseite befestigten Schutzholzes 43 ist, das eine Aus drehung 43' aufweist, mit welcher Ausdre hung das Schutzholz zentrierend gegen das darunter angeordnete Element 29 anliegt. Dadurch, dass die Halter 13 und 13' in den Nuten 10 höhenverstellbar befestigt sind, kann das daran befestigte Schutzholz 43 so höhenverstellt werden, dass das jeweilige Werkstück 18 zwischen dem Schutzholz 43 und dem Kehlmaschinentisch 1 geführt wird.
