  Zur einmaligen Verwendung bestimmter, eine Flüssigkeit enthaltender Behälter.



   Zur einmaligen Verwendung bestimmte, eine kleine Menge von Liqueur, Sirup, Fruchtsaft oder dergleichen trinkbare Flüssigkeiten enthaltende Behälter sind bereits als   Schoko-    ladebonbons, Pralines usw. bekannt. Da aber solche Süsswaren insbesondere in der Wärme an der Oberfläche weich und klebrig werden,   müssen    sie in besonderen Verpackungen unter  gebracht    werden.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, diesen Nachteil weitgehend zu vermeiden.



  Sie bezieht sich auf einen zur einmaligen Verwendung bestimmten, eine   Flüssigkeit    enthaltenden Behälter, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er eine Haut aufweist, welche eine innere, allseitig geschlossene, eine Flüs  sigkeit    enthaltende Ausfütterung mindestens teilweise umgibt, und dass ferner Mittel zum Entleeren des Behälters vorgesehen sind.



   Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des   Erfindungsgegcn-    standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer ersten Ausführungsform und
Fig. 2 einen senkrechten Schnitt nach der Linie   A-A    in Fig. 1.



   Fig. 3 ist eine Ansicht von oben und
Fig. 4 ein Detail aus Fig. 2, gegenüber dieser in grösserem Massstab dargestellt.



   Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel in gleicher Darstellung wie die Fig. 1 und 2, wobei Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie B-B in Fig. 5   veranschaulicht.   



   Das Beispiel gemäss Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigt einen Behälter aus Metallfolien (z. B. verzinntes Stahlblech, Zinn oder   Alu'ninium)    in der Form eines Mixerbechers, mit einem untern Teil 1 und einem obern Teil (Deckel) 2. An Stelle von Metallfolien können   Kunst-    stoff-Folien verwendet werden, z. B. aus Pressharz, Zellulose, Gelatine usw. Es kann beispielsweise Nylon oder Plexiglas sein. Im Innern der beiden Teile 1 und 2 sind Teilausfütterungen 3 und 4 vorgesehen, welche vorteilhafterweise aus einem essbaren Produkt, beispielsweise Schokolade, Marzipan oder dergleichen bestehen. Für die Ausfütterungen 3 und 4 können aber auch andere, nicht essbare Materialien, welche jedoch keinen gesundheitsschädlichen Einfluss auf die Flüssigkeit ausüben, verwendet werden.



  Zu solchen Materialien gehört beispielsweise Paraffin.



   Während die Ausfütterung dem Behälter die für den Transport erforderliche Stabilität verleiht, schützt umgekehrt die aus den Teilen 1. und 2 bestehende   Haut    die   Ausfütterung,    insbesondere wenn diese aus Schokolade besteht, gegen nachteilige thermische Einflüsse.



   Die Ausfütterung verfolgt nicht nur den Zweck, dem Behälter eine genügende Festigkeit zu geben, sondern sie bewirkt auch, da die   zusammenstossenden    Flächen der beiden Teilausfütterungen 3 und 4 bei der Herstellung zusammenkleben, eine Abdichtung der Naht 5 zwischen den beiden   Hauptteilen    1 und 2. Es ist daher erforderlich, dass das Material für die   Teilausfütternngen    3 und 4 mindestens  halbplastisch ist, wie dies beispielsweise bei Schokolade, Marzipan und Paraffin der Fall ist. Die Naht 5 ist nach dem Bördelverfahren gebildet; es könnte auch eine Lötnaht sein. Bei nichtmetallischen Folien kann unter   Umstän-    den eine Art Vulkanisierverfahren angewandt werden.



   Um das Öffnen eines solchen Behälters zu erleichtern, ist ein Textilst-reifen 6 in der Naht 5 eingelegt, dessen in bezug auf den Behälter inneres Ende im obern Teil 4 der Ausfütterung eingeschmolzen ist. Soll der obere Behälterteil 2, 4 vom untern abgehoben werden, so wird der Streifen 6 nach oben gezogen. Damit wird an dieser Stelle die Naht 5 gelöst und der obere Teil 2, 4 vom untern abgehoben.



   Am   Textilstreifen    6 ist noch eine aus zwei gegeneinander geklebten Marken 7 und 8 bestehende Etikette befestigt,   zweckmässiger-    weise angeklebt. Diese beiden Marken dienen gleichzeitig auch zum Halten eines Röhrchens 9. Dieses Röhrchen, beispielsweise aus Glas oder aus einem Geflügelkiel, dient zur Entnahme des flüssigen Inhaltes 10, ohne die obere Partie 2, 4 des Behälters von dessen unterem Teil zu trennen. Auf der obern Fläche des Behälters ist eine   kreisförmige    Einprägung 11 vorgesehen, welche gegenüber der übrigen Behälterwandung eine schwache, leicht zu durchbrechende Stelle bildet. Um den Behälterinhalt 10 mittels des Röhrchens 9 zu entleeren, wird dieses auf der Einprägung 11 aufgesetzt und diese durch einen leichten Druck mit dem Röhrchen durchstossen, bis dieses in die Flüssigkeit 10 eintaucht.



   Aus   dekorativen    Gründen sind die Seitenflächen der Behälterteile bzw. der Haut 1, 2 geriffelt. Es können auch andere ornamentale   Oberfläehengestaltungen    vorgesehen werden.



   Das in Fig. 5   und    6 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt einen konischen, oben offenen Becher 12 mit einem Fuss 13. Im eine dünne Haut (Zinn- oder Aluminiumfolie) bildenden Becher 12 ist ein hohler Einsatz (Ausfütterung) 14, beispielsweise aus Schokolade, vorgesehen, dessen Hohlraum eine Flüssigkeit 10 enthält. In der Decke des Einsatzes 14 ist ein Röhrchen 9 so weit eingeschmolzen, dass es von der Einsatzdecke gehalten ist, von dieser aber leicht gelöst werden kann.   Mit    diesem Röhrchen 9 kann dann die unter dessen Sitz dünne Wand der   Einsatzdecke    durchstossen und damit das Röhrchen 9 in den Flüssigkeitsinhalt 10 zwecks Entleerung des Behälters eingetaucht werden.



      PATENTAN-SPRUCH :   
Zur einmaligen Verwendung   bestimmter    eine Flüssigkeit enthaltender Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Haut aufweist, welche eine innere, allseitig geschlossene, eine Flüssigkeit enthaltende Ausfütterung mindestens teilweise   umgibt,    und dass ferner Mittel zum Entleeren des Behälters vorgesehen sind.



      UNTERANSPRTtCIIE:   
1. Behälter nach   Patentansprueh,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haut aus zwei durch eine Naht vereinigten Teilen besteht.



   2. Behälter nach   Patcntanspnich,    dadurch   gekennzeichnet,    dass dessen Haut aus einer Metallfolie besteht.



   3. Behälter nach   Patentansprueh    und Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallfolie aus verzinntem Stahlblech besteht.   



  
 



  For single use of certain containers containing a liquid.



   Containers intended for single use and containing a small amount of liqueur, syrup, fruit juice or similar drinkable liquids are already known as chocolate candies, pralines etc. But since such confectionery becomes soft and sticky on the surface, especially when exposed to heat, they have to be placed in special packaging.



   The present invention aims to largely avoid this disadvantage.



  It relates to a single-use, liquid-containing container, which is characterized in that it has a skin which at least partially surrounds an inner, all-round, liquid-containing lining, and that further means for emptying the container are provided.

   The example according to FIGS. 1 to 3 shows a container made of metal foils (z. B. tinned sheet steel, tin or aluminum) in the form of a mixer cup, with a lower part 1 and an upper part (lid) 2. Instead of Metal foils, plastic foils can be used, e.g. B. from molding resin, cellulose, gelatin, etc. It can be nylon or plexiglass, for example. In the interior of the two parts 1 and 2, partial linings 3 and 4 are provided, which advantageously consist of an edible product, for example chocolate, marzipan or the like. For linings 3 and 4, however, other, non-edible materials can also be used which, however, do not have a harmful effect on the liquid.



  Such materials include, for example, paraffin.



   While the lining gives the container the stability required for transport, conversely the skin consisting of parts 1 and 2 protects the lining, particularly if it is made of chocolate, against adverse thermal influences.



   The purpose of the lining is not only to give the container sufficient strength, but it also has the effect of sealing the seam 5 between the two main parts 1 and 2, since the surfaces of the two partial linings 3 and 4 stick together during manufacture It is therefore necessary that the material for partial lining 3 and 4 is at least semi-plastic, as is the case with chocolate, marzipan and paraffin, for example. The seam 5 is formed by the flanging method; it could also be a soldered seam. In the case of non-metallic foils, a kind of vulcanization process can be used under certain circumstances.



   In order to facilitate the opening of such a container, a textile strip 6 is inserted in the seam 5, the inner end of which with respect to the container is melted in the upper part 4 of the lining. If the upper container part 2, 4 is to be lifted from the lower part, the strip 6 is pulled upwards. This loosens the seam 5 at this point and lifts the upper part 2, 4 off the lower.



   A label consisting of two marks 7 and 8 glued against one another is also attached to the textile strip 6, suitably glued on. These two marks also serve to hold a tube 9. This tube, for example made of glass or a poultry quill, is used to remove the liquid content 10 without separating the upper part 2, 4 of the container from its lower part. A circular indentation 11 is provided on the upper surface of the container, which forms a weak, easy-to-break point opposite the rest of the container wall. In order to empty the container contents 10 by means of the tube 9, this is placed on the indentation 11 and the tube is pierced by applying slight pressure until it is immersed in the liquid 10.



   For decorative reasons, the side surfaces of the container parts or the skin 1, 2 are corrugated. Other ornamental surface designs can also be provided.



   The embodiment shown in Fig. 5 and 6 shows a conical, open-topped cup 12 with a foot 13. In a thin skin (tin or aluminum foil) forming cup 12 is a hollow insert (lining) 14, for example made of chocolate, is provided. the cavity of which contains a liquid 10. In the cover of the insert 14, a tube 9 is melted so far that it is held by the insert cover, but can easily be detached from it. With this tube 9 the thin wall of the insert blanket under its seat can then be pierced and the tube 9 can thus be immersed in the liquid content 10 for the purpose of emptying the container.



      PATENT SAYING:
