Description

  

  Aus Saug- und Druckventil bestellender Ventilsatz an Kompressoren.    Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Beispiel des Er  findungsgegenstandes.  



  Es bedeuten:  Fig. 1 ein Achsialschnitt eines Zylinder  kopfes mit dem Ventilsatz,  Fig. 2 ein Schnitt nach C-D in der  Fig. 1,  Fig. ss ein Schnitt nach A-B in der  Fig. 2.  



  Der Ventilkörper V hat die geometrische  Form eines abgestumpften Kegels. Die dem  Deckel Zd zugekehrte Deckfläche ist als Ven  tilsitz des Druckventils, die dem im Zylinder  Z hin und her laufenden Kolben zugekehrte  Bodenfläche als Ventilsitz des Saugventils  (einst zu bearbeiten. Der Kegelmantel ist als       Einpassfläche    ebenfalls (einst zu bearbeiten  und wird durch den Druck der Zylinder  deckelschrauben gegen die gleichfalls ge  schliffene kegelige Innenwandung des Zy  linderdeckels Zd gepresst.  



  Die zu komprimierende Luft wird aus der  Atmosphäre angesogen und strömt durch den    Filter F in die radial verlaufenden Kanäle  S1 des Zylinderdeckels und schliesslich durch  die rechtwinklig zu Tangentialebenen des er  wähnten Kegelmantels verlaufenden Saug  kanälen S2 des Ventilkörpers V in den Zy  linder Z. Dabei wird das mit     einer    Federsitz  hülse VII vernietete Saugventilplättchen VI  entgegen dem Drucke der Feder VIII an  gehoben. Zu     Beginn    des Druckhubes schliesst  das     Saugventilplättchen    die Saugkanäle des       Ventilkörpers.    Die Luft wird durch die  Druckkanäle D im Ventilkörper V gestossen.

    Die     Saugventilplatte    ist zu diesem Zwecke  mit der den Druckkanälen entsprechenden  Anzahl Bohrungen B versehen und gegen  Verdrehen zu sichern, um     ein    überdecken der  Druckkanäle zu vermeiden. Durch den wäh  rend des Kompressionsvorganges erzielten       überdruck    wird das     Druckventilplättchen    IV  gegen den Luftdruck im Druckstutzen und  den Druck der Feder     III    vom Ventilsitz ab  g     e        'hoben        und        die        Luft        ausgestossen.        in        Die      

      Druckventilfeder    wird mittels der Federhülse      II und der auf dem Ventilbolzen IX sitzen  den     Kronenmutter    I, die ihrerseits durch  Splint gesichert ist, gehalten.  



  Das hierdurch beschriebene Beispiel eines       einen        zusammenhängenden    Teil bildenden  Satzes von zwei Kompressorventilen besteht  somit aus insgesamt 10 Einzelteilen, nämlich  den Teilen I bis IX und dem erwähnten  Splint.  



  Mit der erläuterten Konstruktion wird  eine Vereinfachung der Ein- und     Auslass-          organe    bezweckt und sie strebt eine wesent  liche Herabsetzung des schädlichen     Raumes     und damit die Erhöhung des     Liefergrades     von Kompressoren an.
