Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Spreizfussbandage mit veränderlicher Fuss umfassungsweite. Die Veränderlichkeit lässt sich vorteilhaft in bekannter Weise entweder durch Herstellung der Bandage ganz oder teilweise aus einem elastischen Material oder auch durch ein Zugorgan, Band oder Schnur, erreichen.
An der erfindungsgemässen SpreizfuBbandage ist eine Unterlage fest angeordnet, welche unter die Mittelfussknochen, mit Ausnahme des Mittelfussknochens des Grosszehens, zu legen ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die Auftrittsfläche des FuBes unter den vier äussern Mittelfussknochen höher gelagert ist als die Auftrittsfläche des Grosszehenballens, so dass der Fuss beim Gehen in der Längsachse iiber den grossen Zehen abrollt.
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungs- form des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 das Skelett eines rechten Fusses und die Lage der Bandage in bezug auf denselben, Fig. 2 eine Bandage im Schaubild mit eingesetzter Unterlage,
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch die Unterlage nach der Linie III-III der Fig. 2 und
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch die Unterlage nach der Linie IV-VI der Fig. 2.
Mit 6 ist ein in sich geschlossenes elastisches Band für den rechten Fuss bezeichnet.
Durch die Elastizität des Bandes (z. B.
Gummibänder) ist die Fussumfassungsweite veränderlich. Wie in der Fig. 1 ersichtlich, werden durch die Bandage die Mittelfussknochen einschliesslich der Gelenke 1, 2, 3, 4 und 5 zusammengefasst. Die Bandage ist mit einer Unterlage 7 ausgerüstet, die in die Bandage eingenäht, eingeklebt oder auf andere Weise an derselben befestigt ist ; sie kann innen oder aussen an der Bandage angebracht sein. Die Unterlage besteht zum Beispiel aus einem Stück Leder und ist gegen aussen, wie aus den Fig. 3 und 4 hervorgeht, zugeschärft. Sie reicht vorn, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, bis direkt vor die Mittelfussgelenke 2, 3, 4 und 5.
Sie soll unter den Mittelfussknochen, mit Ausnahme des Mittelfussknoohens des Grosszehens, liegen, wodurch bezweckt wird, dass die Auf Spreizfuss-Bandage. trittsfläehe des Fusses unter den vier äussern Mittelfu¯knochen h¯her gelegt ist als die Auf trittsfläche des Gro¯zehenballens. so dass der Fuss beim Gehen in der Längsachse ber den grossen Zehen abrollt.
Damit die Bandage diesen richtigen Sitz am Fusse erhÏlt. sind. ausser der nicht dargestellten Bezeichnung ärechts" bezw. älinks". zwei von au?en sichtbare Alarkierungen} M1, , vorgesehen, die die Lage des seitlichen Grosszehenballens A (Fig. 1) bezw. die Lage des seitlichen Eleinzehenballens B (Fig. 1) andeuten. Diese Markierungen könnten zum Beispiel aus je einer kleinen Öffnung an den betreffenden Stellen der Bandage bestehen.
The present invention relates to a splayfoot bandage with a variable foot width. The variability can advantageously be achieved in a known manner either by producing the bandage entirely or partially from an elastic material or also by means of a pulling element, band or cord.
A pad is firmly arranged on the splayfoot bandage according to the invention and is to be placed under the metatarsal bones, with the exception of the metatarsal bones of the big toe. This ensures that the tread surface of the foot under the four outer metatarsals is higher than the tread surface of the ball of the big toe, so that the foot rolls in the longitudinal axis over the big toes when walking.

With a self-contained elastic band for the right foot is designated.
Due to the elasticity of the tape (e.g.
Rubber bands) the foot width is variable. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the metatarsal bones including the joints 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are combined by the bandage. The bandage is equipped with a base 7, which is sewn into the bandage, glued or otherwise attached to the same; it can be attached to the inside or outside of the bandage. The base consists, for example, of a piece of leather and is sharpened towards the outside, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4. As shown in FIG. 1, it extends in front of the metatarsal joints 2, 3, 4 and 5.
It should lie under the metatarsal bones, with the exception of the metatarsal bone of the big toe, which is intended to ensure that the splayfoot bandage. The surface of the foot under the four outer metatarsals is higher than the surface of the ball of the big toe. so that the foot rolls over the big toes in the longitudinal axis when walking.
So that the bandage has the right fit on the foot. are. Except for the designation (not shown) on the right “or left”. two externally visible Alarkungen} M1,, provided, which indicate the position of the lateral ball of the big toe A (FIG. 1) and indicate the position of the lateral ball of the elbow B (Fig. 1). These markings could, for example, consist of a small opening each at the relevant points on the bandage.
