Description

  

  Scheibenreiniger.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein     vorteil-          hafterweise    zum Reinigen von Fenstern und  Spiegeln verwendbarer Scheibenreiniger, der  sich kennzeichnet durch einen Halter mit  einer länglichen     Tragplatte,    die am einen  ihrer beiden     Längsrandteile    mit einem     durch-          tränkbaren        Scheibenabwaschorgan,    zum Bei  spiel aus Filz, und am andern Längsrand  teil mit einem nicht     durchtränkbaren    Flüssig  keitsabstreiforgan, zum Beispiel aus Gummi,  versehen     ist.     



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes veranschaulicht.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt den Scheibenreiniger in Sei  tenansicht und       Fig.    2 in Oberansicht.  



  Der Scheibenreiniger gemäss     Fig.    1 und 2  hat einen Halter a mit einer länglichen, in  der     Querrichtung    gebogenen Tragplatte     a2.     Der Halter ist mit einem Griff     a'    versehen.  Die Tragplatte a weist an     ihrem    obern und  an ihrem untern     Längsrandteil    je eine Rille  a3 auf. In der untern Rille     ä3    ist als Einlage  ein in der Längsrichtung     zusammengelegter       Filzstreifen b befestigt, während in der obern       Rille        ci'        eine    mit Längsrippen versehene  Gummieinlage c befestigt ist.

   Der Filz  streifen bildet ein mit Wasser     durchtränk-          bares    Waschorgan, mittels dessen die zu reini  gende Scheibe abgewaschen wird. Die Gummi  einlage c bildet ihrerseits ein nicht     durch-          tränkbares        Wasserabstreiforgan,    mit dem das  mittels des     Waschorganes    auf die Scheibe  aufgetragene Wasser abgestreift werden kann.  Dank der nach vorne konvexen     Krümmung     der Tragplatte a, wie oben angeführt, lässt  sieh die zu reinigende Scheibe bequem mit  dem einen oder andern Organ (b oder c) be  handeln, ohne dass das andere Organ in Be  rührung mit der Scheibe gelangt.

   Nach dem  Reinigen der Scheibe wird die Gummieinlage  mit einem trockenen Lappen abgerieben,     um     das zwischen den Rippen der Einlage befind  liche Wasser zu entfernen.  



  . Anstatt mit einem Handgriff könnte der  Halter a auch zur     Befestigung        eines    langen  Stiels eingerichtet sein, um so den Scheiben  reiniger auch für     Schaufenster    verwenden zu  können.

  The window cleaner according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a holder a with an elongated support plate a2 which is bent in the transverse direction. The holder is provided with a handle a '. The support plate a has a groove a3 each on its upper and lower longitudinal edge part. In the lower groove ä3, a felt strip b folded in the longitudinal direction is fastened as an insert, while a rubber insert c provided with longitudinal ribs is fastened in the upper groove ci '.

   The felt strip forms a washing element which can be soaked in water and which is used to wash the pane to be cleaned. The rubber insert c, in turn, forms a non-soakable water-wiping element with which the water applied to the pane by means of the washing element can be wiped off. Thanks to the forward convex curvature of the support plate a, as mentioned above, the pane to be cleaned can be conveniently treated with one or the other organ (b or c) without the other organ coming into contact with the pane.

   After cleaning the pane, rub the rubber insert with a dry cloth to remove the water between the ribs of the insert.



  . Instead of using a handle, the holder a could also be set up to attach a long handle so that the window cleaner can also be used for shop windows.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Window cleaner, characterized by a holder with an elongated support plate, which is provided on one of its two longitudinal edge parts with an impregnable windshield washer element and on the other longitudinal edge part with a non-impregnable liquid wiper element. Window cleaner according to claim and dependent claim 2, characterized in that the washing element is in a Filzein position. 4. Window cleaner according to claim and dependent claim 2, characterized in that the scraper is in a rubber insert provided with longitudinal ribs. 5. Window cleaner according to claim, characterized in that the holder is provided with a handle.
