Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von     Oberbekleidungsstfieken    und Oberbekleidungsstück  hergestellt nach diesem Verfahren.    Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur  Herstellung von     Oberbekleidungsstiicken    so  wie ein nach diesem Verfahren hergestelltes  Oberbekleidungsstück. Unter "Oberbeklei  dungsstücken" sind allgemein über der Leib  wäsche getragene Kleidungsstücke für den  Ober- oder Unterkörper, also z. B. Joppen,  Westen, Beinkleider, Röcke, zu verstehen.  



  Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren besteht  darin, dass Fasern auf die Oberfläche einer  gelochten Form gesaugt, mit heissem Wasser       bespritzt,    verfilzt und gewalkt werden, und  dass die so erzeugte Filzglocke, durch Hitze  behandlung dehnbar gemacht, auf eine Büste  aufgezogen und in die endgültige Form ge  bracht wird und dass sie nach erfolgter Trock  nung von dieser Büste abgenommen und zum  fertigen Kleidungsstück verarbeitet wird.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung dient zur beispiels  weisen Erläuterung des     erfindungsgemässen     Verfahrens.  



  In der     Fig.    1 ist eine Weste a dargestellt,    die aus einem einzigen Filzstück, z. B. aus  Kanin- oder Hasenhaaren oder aus Wolle, be  steht.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt eine Schneiderbüste, die aus  dem Ständer b und dem eigentlichen Küsten  körper c besteht; letzterer ist mit dem Filz  überzug d versehen, aus welchem die Weste  gemäss     Fig.    1 erhalten wird. Zu diesem  Zwecke wird die auf dem Küstenkörper c in  die endgültige Form gebrachte und     getroek-          nete,    nahtlose Filzglocke d von der Büste ab  genommen, längs des Knopfverschlusses     auf-          geschnitten,    und mit Knöpfen und Knopf  löchern versehen.  



  Der Filzüberzug d     wird    dadurch erhalten,  dass Fasern auf eine nicht dargestellte, ge  lochte Form gesaugt,     mit    heissem Wasser be  spritzt, verfilzt und gewalkt werden, worauf  die so erzeugte Filzglocke in feuchtheissem,  also dehnfähigem Zustand, über den Büsten       körper    c gezogen wird. Es lassen sich auf  diese einfache und billige Weise Oberbeklei-           dungsstücke    herstellen, die der     hörperforin     genau angepasst sind. Die Herstellungskosten  sind naturgemäss niedriger als bei aus meh  reren Stücken zusammengesetzten     Kleidungs-          stücken,    da Zuschneiden, Vernähen     usw.    ent  fallen.

       Fig. 2 shows a tailor's bust, which consists of the stand b and the actual coastal body c; the latter is provided with the felt cover d from which the vest according to FIG. 1 is obtained. For this purpose the seamless felt bell d, which has been brought into its final shape and dried on the coastal body c, is removed from the bust, cut open along the button fastener and provided with buttons and buttonholes.



  The felt cover d is obtained by sucking fibers onto a perforated form (not shown), spraying them with hot water, felting them and tumbling them, whereupon the felt bell produced in this way is pulled over the bust body c in a moist, hot, stretchable state. In this simple and inexpensive way, pieces of outer clothing can be produced which are precisely adapted to the body shape. The production costs are naturally lower than with items of clothing made up of several pieces, since cutting, sewing, etc. are not necessary.
