Kleidungsstück als Wetterschutz für Strumpf und Schuh. Es sind schon alle Arten von Überschuhen bekannt geworden, von welchen einige nur ,den Schuh selbst vor Nässe und Schmutz schützen, andere dagegen dem Schuh und auch dem Strumpf Schutz bieten.
Das Kleidungsstück als Wetterschutz für Strumpf und Schuh gegen Unbilden der Wit terung nach vorliegender Erfindung ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus wasser- dichtem Werkstoff bestehende Sohle, welche nur bis an die Schuhabsatzkehle reicht, mit tels eines verstellbaren, oberhalb der Ferse den Schuh umspannenden Bandes und einer verstellbaren und zu öffnenden, über den Fussrücken verlaufenden Gurte, an der das Band in halber Fusshöhe befestigt ist, an die Schuhsohle angepresst ist,
und dass ein mit .der Sohle wasserdicht verbundener Oberteil mit einem Reissverschluss verstehen ist und Laschen besitzt, die ein Abgleiten des Fer- senspannbandes verhindern.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt ein Aus- führungs#beispiel des: Erfindungsgegenstan- des: Fig. 1 stellt das Kleidungsstück von der .: Seite und Fig. 2 dasselbe von vorn dar mit teil weise geöffnetem Reissverschluss.
Der Halbschuh ist mit 1 und dessen Ab satz mit 2 bezeichnet. An der Sohle 3, die aus wasserdichtem Werkstuff besteht und bis an die Hohlkehle des Schuhabsatzes 2 reicht, ist ,der Oberteil 4 des Kleidungsstückes was serdicht angenäht oder angeklebt.

Durch die Anordnung ,der Gurte 5, die über den Fussrücken verläuft, und des Bandes 7 wird die Sohle 3 fest an die Sohle des Schuhes 1 angedriielzt. Der Absatz ? ragt aus dem Oberteil 4 heraus. Durch La;seben 9 ist das Band 7 mit dem Teil 4 nur ver schiebbar verbunden, und die Gurte 5 ist nur an der Sohle 3 beidseitig- b efestigt, sonst sind Band und Gurt lose.
Am obern Ende des Oberteils 4 ist am ,ganzen L: infanb an der Innenseite ein in La schen 13, 13', 13" geführtes Band 1? (ver- stel.lbar oder aus Clummi) angeordnet, das dazu dient, die obere Weite des Oberteils 4 dem Umfang der Wade anzupassen, damit der Oberteil 4 sich satt am Bein anschmie@,t. 1.1 ist der Schieber de,, Reissverschlusses 10. an dessen beiden Rändern das Band 1? mit.

Das dargestellte Kleidungsstück, das als Schutz für Wade und Fuss und den daran ge tragenen Strumpf und Schuh geben Unbilden der Witterung dient, kann in einer Damen handtasche, gefaltet in einem kleinen Beutel untergebracht werden. Bei plötzlicher Über raschung durch Reben oder Schnee werden die Teile auseinandergefaltet, über den Schuh gestreift, die Gurte 5 mit dem Schloss G und ,der Reissverschluss 10 mittels, des Schiebers 11. geschlossen. Das Kleidungsstück ist angelegt.
Die bekannten Arten von Überschuhen bestehen aus Leder- oder Gummistoff, sind schwer und nicht en-- zusammenfaltbar und können daher auch nicht in einer Damenhand tasche untergebracht werden.
Demgegenüber bietet das dargestellte Kleidungsstück viele Vorteile. Es ist zusain- menfaltbar, bequem in einer Damenhand tasche unterzubringen und daher stets griff bereit, falls -die Trägerin unterwegs plötz lich von schlechtem Wetter überrascht wer den sollte. Es ist zweckmässig aus leichtem.
